They re life savers! Helped me fix my bumper within 24hrs with an affordable price. Everywhere else quoted me higher with a longer wait time but not them! They worked with me over the phone and through their system about my price and said I could bring it in and it could be done by next day. Here are my before and after pictures

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. My car had a punctured gas tank as well as some other damage to the undercarriage of it, and not only did it take forever to get it fixed (almost 6 weeks), but as soon as my husband drove away from San Marcos, a part came loose underneath the car, and they are now REFUSING to make it right! They will be hearing from our insurance immediately.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took 2 weeks to get the headlight, tail light, and front bumper by the tire repaired and then we get the car back and it looks like it did when we dropped it off.

All Makes Collision did a fantastic job on the Lions Club Rental truck! Chris and his staff were outstanding to work with. I was in the insurance business and it was the praise from my insurance customers regarding All Makes that convinced me to use their Body Shop and Repair Service. The owner is very much a gentleman and the woman at the front desk is great. The adjuster and people in charge of my car lied to me, overcharged me, gave me attitude the entire time. One guy actually scares me. I've been a repeat customer and I was dealt with like they were doing me a favor. Again, the owner was very nice but really did nothing so satisfy my complaints. I was going to leave another car for some paint and repair but I was quoted $4,000 and I have TWO other shops quote me under $1,500. I started out as a satisfied customer and now I would never go back there and would caution everyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Broke windshield during repair of our car, and refused to fix it. I used this business to fix my cars three times and referred friends here too. Never again. Unbelievable.

Unbelievably good experience with Eddie Serano and his crew at All Makes Collision Repair after we hit a deer with our Honda Odyssey. Eddie helped us navigate the new post pandemic world of insurance companies (inexperienced local agents directing you to a 1-800 number followed by 2-3 hour hold times and then, after finally getting a claim filed, having to deal with incompetent adjusters.) He showed us how to quickly do all of our filing on-line saving a lot of time. And then he personally followed up with the adjusters and Claim Manager to insure approvals of all needed work. Eddie treated our repair as if it was his own car! Friends with a recent Honda repair told us it took 6 months because of parts shortages. We had one needed part on 6 month back order. Eddie figured out he could order another more expensive available part and rob our needed part from it (and he convinced the Insurance Company s Claims Manager to approve this!) Due to Eddie s persistence, expertise and ingenuity our repair was completed in 7 weeks and our car now looks brand new! My wife and I were overwhelmed and very thankful with our experience at All Makes Collision!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

These young gentleman are superheroes! My step mom passed away and left me her car, but it had suffered a hit and run. The door was dented and anytime it rained water got in. They told me how much it would cost to install a new door, and I just couldn t make that happen. They offered to take a look and see if there was any way they could just secure a better seal on the door. I had expected some kinds of half off door alignment procedure, but instead, he put it back into place with his BEAR HANDS! And it was PERFECT!! Water hasn t gotten in since, and he said not to worry about a charge for the service. They truly blessed me, and I ll be coming back if there ever is a service that I could pay them for.Service: Body & Trim

VERY professional, kind, patient and excellent customer care all the way around! Natalie was amazing and so helpful through the entire process of replacing my daughter s bumper.She worked with us through the insurance process, saw to it that the shop was able to get the car done as quickly as possible and kept great communication with us throughout.I would work with her and the shop again and again and am happy to rave about them and refer others to them for service!There s a reason they re #1. Super friendly people who were very accommodating with fabulous communication during every step of the process. They did superb work replacing a broken headlight and refurbishing the other one, which now looks like new! Highly recommend All-Makes Collision!

This place was great from start to finish, Eddie is very personable and helped me from the very beginning. I explained to Eddie that my car was brand new and I was worried about it being fixed with after market parts, he assured me it would be fixed with nothing but the best parts. Eddie ordered parts specific to my car and you can tell! The final product looks even better than it did before the accident. All makes is professional, timely and goes out of their way for their customers. If you want your car done right, by honest and hard working people, take it to All makes. I am so very happy with my experience and my car looks like it was never in an accident, they make the experience easy and are very customer focused. Hello San Marcos. I wanted to take a quick moment and thank All Makes Collision for their exceptional service they provided when fixing my vehicle. They were efficient, thorough, and very professional. They took time to focus on the details and definitely exceeded my expectations with going up and beyond with cleaning my vehicle prior to picking up. They have a great relationship with a rental car company which made things seamless. Believe completing the work faster if there was communication. One headlamp had to be replaced, if I received a call before they ordered that headlamp I would have requested that the other headlamp be ordered as well so both would have arrived at the same time. Will need to take the car back as the passenger side of the bumper sticks out just a tad and need that checked. Otherwise, the matching paint color is awesome. All-makes collision did a great job! I have used them several times before always with a good experience. This was a complicated repair with lots of moving parts. Hail caused back glass damage, body damage, mechanical damage and hail damage. Eddie was able to coordinate with several different vendors and his own shop while dealing with my insurance company. He achieved two supplements and managed to complete in an efficient timely manner. As a mother of three sons I have lots of experience with body shops. All-Makes is head & shoulders above the rest. I was recommended by my dealership to come to them for a scrape on the passenger side of my bumper. I have to say I m extremely pleased with the work that was done. Eddie took great care of my car & it looks just like new. You would ve never guessed there was a scrape at all. He fixed a little scrape on the driver s side of the bumper that I hadn t noticed, too. Also, it was done in less than 2 days & for a great price. 10/10 would recommend to everyone :)

I would rate All Makes Collision a 5 in each category. This is the second time we have taken an automobile there, and both times we have been VERY pleased.This was not an insurance claim, and I thought their price was very reasonable. Adrian was wonderful to work with. The quality was perfect. Never know anything was wrong. He was very professional and even delivered the car early. They had cleaned the car inside and out, and I just cannot say enough good about them. I will certainly use them again, if necessary.

From the first minute we arrived, Eddie made us feel like the most important customers on earth. Seriously, because that seems to be rare these days! He looked at the bumper, explaining what they would do to further examine the extent of damage, gave us two likely scenarios, an estimated cost & time required for each. He was right on! The parts were ordered, paint department matched the color perfectly and car was ready to go as scheduled! Oh, and even cleaned/detailed inside & out! This little 10 year old car looks brand new!! I Definitely recommend All Makes Collision. From the moment I walked in the door they made sure I knew they were there to take care of all my Car needs. I didn t have to worry about anything. My car was hit and I didn t know what to do or how to start this process. Eddie and his team were Amazing!! From calling the rental place to pick me up, keeping me posted on my car and explaining the process. They just went above and beyond my expectations. When I came to pick up my car it looked like it had never been hit.They cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and made it look new again. They understood the inconvenience of having your car hit. They made the experience of a bad situation such a positive one. My salesperson, Larry, at Honda of San Marcos made a phone call toEddie and said I would be bringing my CRV for repairs as a result of a fender bender.The driver at fault had insurance and his provider worked with me and Allmakes Collision .The entire process was very professional and easy .I highly recommend Eddie and his company. I had my car repaired here after hitting a deer. They took care of me and dealt with my insurance for the rest. Within a week my car looked good as new. Eddie constantly kept me up to date with where my vehicle was in the repairing process, and always asked if I had any questions. A driver ran into the left front and side of my Subaru January 22. The repairs look great just like a new car. Three times his insurance was very slow about okaying the various needed repairs. I finally got my car April 9. Sam seemed to work very hard at getting it done, but the insurance company was terrible. All was done by pictures rather than a real person seeing the damages. A snow storm slowed progress. Terrible situation. It took a long time, but we are happy to get it back and will use and recommend All Makes Collision.Service: Body & Trim
