I took my truck for repairs and I was very happy with work done. I highly recommend the the mechanics here . It took them three weeks to finsh, but keep in mind I was told they had alot of work. Take way too long, and ultimately did not fix my car. Had car for a week to change shocks and repair oil leaks. Paid for service and picked up car, next day leak is still there. Took back, had car for 2 weeks and did not even touch it. I just found out shocks were completely loose too. What a waste of 3 weeks and money. I ended up taking car elsewhere after 3 straight days of not even answering the phone.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service. Left my car on a Tuesday picked it up that Saturday and they had done NOTHING to it. I would call and ask them for an update on my vehicle to see if they needed anything like money for a part, etc. They just kept saying they would call me back. Not once did I receive a call back. Every time I would call someone was always "about to check the car and they would let me know soon". No one had any clue what was going on with anything. Couldn't even get a straight answer on what their closing hours were. This place is a joke.Take your vehicle elsewhere, these guys will waste your time, and if your unfortunate like me, your money. I had taken out a rental and lost on both fronts, no fixed car and still paid for the rental service.I hope this review helps someone NOT choose this place for repairs as I can attest they will not do anything but waste your time. Look for a real mechanic shop elsewhere because this place is NOT it.

They are honest with their work. I was referred to them thru Gonzales Auto Sales and they did take their time to find the issue and fix it..they have answered my calls and been helpful thru the process.As a single mother i needed a mechanic that i can trust and i feel that i found a mechanic that i can rely on.

Please do your car a favor..even though your desperate to get it fixed DO NOT take it to Sepulvedas in San juan they charged me 850.00 for a rebuilt transmission and 100.00 for a drum. Warranty for 3 months..after 4 months i drove my car to California then my transmission was out again. I had to get towed in, everything they said they changed well they DIDN'T. I took my business else were got the same thing done and payed another 800.00 with a two year warranty on all parts replaced. Drove it back from California works great.Thx..Gordiz

Transmission work that took two months and still same issues but now i have a leak on my transmission and got the truck back with a broken stearing wheel adjuster , what a wast of time and money 1600.00 to be exact just to wind up with more issues than origianlly had and problem still excist , now will have to correct their screw ups plus the originl issue, unless you want to get screwed find other means of having your auto repaired do NOT use sepulvedas in san juan , would not even recomend tire change there , LESSON LEARNED what a shame .Service: Transmission

awful service very unprofessional, take your car elsewhere this place is a joke had my car in there for a whole month and nothing was done to it, i would call every day asking for an update and always would get the same answer that they would call me back which they never did, always clueless of what was going on with my car, went to pick it up and were still trying to charge me for a service they didnt do, bad place not a real shop

Life savers , I was having really bad braking issues while on vacation, stopped by to get it checked out, despite them being booked up and with a wait of 2 days they still helped me out got me back up and running so I could get back on my 6 hour drive home

HAVING BREAK PROBLEMS WITH OUR CAR, TOOK IT TO SEPULVIDA AUTOMOTIVE, THESE GUYS GUYS SURPRIZED ME WITH THEIR HONESTY AND FORWARDNESS. GOOD JOB GUYS

I have my car for a whole week didn't do a damn thing to it went and picked it up took it elsewhere had it fixed in one day when they have the whole week and then do nothing waste of time

Unfortunately this shop has stopped caring for customer service and their work has also become shoty. Left a car there for a week and all that happened was stolen parts.. DON'T USE THIS SHOP.

My car just needed an alternator change. After 2 months, several visits and calls to the shop, they returned my car with a smashed rear window. Save yourself the trouble friends, the workshop is not cheap at all.Service: ElectricalMi carro solo necesitaba un cambio de alternador. The best! I definitely never wasted money or time on anyone else again. Mr. Adan has the best team that is always willing to help. Totally recommended! With my eyes closed I leave my car with them and thanks to them my car runs very well Los mejores! Definitivamente no volv� a perder dinero ni tiempo con nadie m�s. El sr Adan tiene el mejor equipo que siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar. Totalmente recomendado! Con los ojos cerrados les dejo mi carro y gracias a ellos mi carro anda muy bien

Adan sepulveda es el hermano que no sirve para nada.. porfavor vayan con el hermano a Edinburg.. Adan no les va ayudar el solo quiere dinero dinero dinero!!! Este negocio no sirve para nada.. me copraron $150 por hacer nada a mi troka. Yo ya sabia que era la transmission y dicen que por Checkarla son $150. Si quiere que le roban el dinero aqui en este taller venga. Pero no lo recomiendo para nada!!
