Visited for the 1st time in well over 7 years because I thought my truck required an alignment, but discovered that I actually need new tires.I chose a set of BF Goodrich tires that make my truck look pretty mean and nasty. While waiting a few hours to get my tires installed and my truck aligned, I started looking around the walls of the store and I was amazed at the decor.

I'm a handicapped person and I like the way they have it set up really nicely for people with disabilities. I was concerned it would take hours and hours to have a wheel alignment done. But, when I got there they probably got the car into the shop like in 15 minutes and within the hour they were done. I thought they just did a front end alignment but they did what they call a thrust alignment basically all four tires. Car runs great, I recommend this place very much. Thanks.

Had 2 take 2 vehicles back they get them re aligned because they couldn t get it right the first time. Another truck they said needed this and that but honestly I think they take advantage of company trucks because they know it s not coming out of drivers wallet. This place needs more honesty and more experienced Tec s

Great place to get tires, has plans to help you pay. But it does take long to get out. Always full. But good service.

Called and was put on hold. Decided to just drive to the shop, and i was still on hold by the time i got there only to see the rep to be just standing there doing nothing. The service i had done was about 3-4 hours, which i expected, but other shops at least offer a ride home or to work. While waiting there waa no water offerwd or anything, something that done at other shops but were unfortunately busy. I can't help but compare. Sorry, not sorry. Great work, but customer service could be worked on.

Came in for an air pressure check and was lucky enough to visit these monster trucks. My son just so happened to have his hot wheel grave digger so that was cool. Pueblo tires has always treated me great, staff is so nice and the waiting area in this particular store was filled with antiques. Love Pueblo Tires.

Their techs need more training.. have had 3 alignments done here and still they don't do it right. Aswell seems their management / owners don't care. I'm not trying to scam them just want to get a decent service done properly. So a warning.. don't come to this particular location.

Walked in at 4:49 on a Friday to have two tires swapped/mounted. This was after calling to make sure they could mount the tire size. The service rep did say they could. So I arrived after driving 45 minutes as this is the only location to mount on a 24 wheel. Well they turned me away due to not having a knowledgeable(dually) tech work on fridays, mind you this was the front wheels, not rears. Also notified them I had a trip to make the weekend of which they had no care. Horrible service. Oh they close at 6, not 5. 5 workers that I could see.

I've been using this place for almost 4 years. I needed an oil change and was low on funds. Was told over the phone I could apply for a service plan. Turns out I was handed a lot of bogus info over the phone. When I showed up at the shop-totally different info. What a shame. Now, I'll go elsewhere from now on. Later.

Beware: Horrible customer service including the Manager. I went to buy tires . They told me not in stock come back at 4pm. I did no tires. I called the next day and asked where are my tires? Theysaid give me your number I will call you back. Four hours later no call back. Went to Discount Tires in Weslaco they not only had the tires in stock but for less $$$$. Went back to cancel my order talked to the manager he said well if you can get them cheaper there go there.???? OMG never back to Shampoozie! By the way oil change is cheaper any place but there. The owner of the place should go to Discount Tires and see how they treat customers. OMG they roll the red carpet for you and have better prices. I wouldnt go back if they gave me free oil changes for life. Bye Shampoozie. Lucky you got one star from me. Customer Service from hell.

Went in on a Saturday for an oil change, arrived before 8am. I figured I'd be out by 9 or 9:30 since there was 2 cars ahead which were already being worked on. Tech came out saying I need air filters changed so I told him to change them, them he came back saying I need to replace 2 tires and my car was out of engine coolant & that it was a hazard. I denied the 2 tire replacent which would cost me around $ 800. For oil change n coolant flush & refill they wanted to charge $ 477.I ended up only getting oil change n drove to my local walmart to purchase coolant for $11.00 and only used less than half to top off reservoir. Very upset and disappointed with the service and how they tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a female & went alone.I've been going to Weslaco Pueblo tires for years and they have excellent service and honest techs, I thought in San Juan it would be the same, but they're a bunch of crooks, les deberia de dar vergenza Bola de rateros, aprovechados.FEMALES DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ALONE, THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR CAR NEEDS OTHER REPAIRS.Service: Oil change

I took my suv to have the air conditioner check out cause you know that's a must here in the Valley. I was totally surprised when Samuel Munoz met me outside before I had a chance to walk in. Customer Service is spot on. Anyway Samuel explained what would be done and in a few minutes I was told what was necessary and how much time it would take. I went home and about one hour I received a call that my suv was ready but before that I got a text alerting me of the inspection done and that was another surprise and I'm telling you it was awesome! Mr. Shampoozie is tech savvy! Pueblo Tires made my day thank you Samuel and all praise to Jesus!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I have always had great service here.I did take my car to Walmart once and they lost screws and didn't tell me. It wasn't till I got home. I do always look under the hood afterwards. So yeah I continue to go with Pueblo.

I went in for an oil change which I believe was quick since there wasn't anybody else at the time getting one, but I also asked for my tires to be rotated. They told me I was 3rd in line, but now it's been 3 hours, and still I'm here waiting. Is there only one guy working there? This is the third time this has happened, and will definitely be the last time I come here.

Called in advance to set up an appointment for early and everything was good to go so I get there on day of and all information was taken of vehicle and I even parked in front of door so there was bo doubt. All I wanted was TPMS sensors changed out and rear brake pads. I called around noon to check on them and was td wrong part was ordered and etc so should be ready at 3p.m. Well 3 p.m. and still no call so I had a friend that was waiting on me go check on it and the truck was in the same spot as I left it. Turns out there was a confusion with my black gmc and a red chevy and never touched mine. I'm giving 3 stars ONLY because there facility looked nice and the guy seemed nice but for me to wait all day in Mexico for my truck with no call that they messed up is pathetic.

Great people great prices. I had been a customer of Discount tire for 20 yrs. However the refused to sell me one tire telling me I had to buy a set. At the time I barely had enough for the one tire and they sent me down the road with my tire which had a bulge the size of my fist. Monday I went to Pueblo and they fixed me right up. The next day I went back and replaced the other three tires. My hat is off to these guys and they have my business for now on. Thank you Pueblo. Shampoozy

Excellent customer service! My tire blew out at my house after a little accident. I called Pueblo Tires and Sam asked to text him a picture of my tire and told me he was sending a worker to my house to replace it with my spare and with no charge. Sam was patient, very clear and kept in contact with me the entire time. Best customer service I ve had!

Went for information to get tires shipped to location and put on my vehicle. Two people on counter. One asked me what he could do for me. I asked for more information on the process. He seemed uninterested and in a bad mood. Yes chief he said while he gave me a card. I asked what tines were best, and he frowned and said, it s busy. Didn t want my business it seemed. Wont bother with them.

Waited 3 hours and they never put my truck in. I kept seeing people come in and out of the shop getting serviced before me.Left without servicing my tire and found reliable help somewhere else.Seems as though they service their friends before a random customer.Never bringing my company truck or any other of my companies trucks to this place. I m sure the owner won t mind. We have other vendors

I was a little antsy about going to Pueblo, as I usually prefer an independent mechanic shop. The Pueblo shop in San Juan is, in a word: awesome. You're kept up to date via texts. The front desk is courteous, and the mechanics do very competent work, imo. Abraham is always a super courteous & friendly guy. Francisco was my mechanic. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. In San Juan, they have a really good team there. I've been about four times, each was excellent. Thanks. Elmer & Madge. (Old but gettin' it!)
