To the Vice President Mr. Jose Contreras, I want to thank you for having Kevin and James at the Lexus RGV , San Juan, Texas as part of your team in making this location one of the best places to purchase a car the courtesy customer relations of Kevin s Customer Service is excellent ! Another important Advisor department is James , took the time to having my car wash with a customer courtesy which is very convenient while I m there. Thank you guys! The only place that needs customer support is at the coffee place , bad service and cold cookies not freshly baked!Thank you

Disappointed!I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when I took my vehicle in for service. I recently purchased a used vehicle, not a lexus. About 1 month after purchasing it, the car did not turn on and had to be towed to the dealership. I purchased an extended warranty for it and when my husband called they told him he had to wait for verification and then they would make arrangements. He ended up making all the arrangements.nto have it towed. When I purchased the warranty I was told I would get a loaner and it's been 5 days and I still don't have a car or loaner, "we don't have one of similar value. We will call you." Then they called to charge me for parts disregarding the fact the car still had paper plates and that the issue on hand was very evident that it would malfunction. The battery connectors were very corroded and cracked!! The passenger window did not function properly which I had made my salesman aware 1 or 2 days after purchased and never got call back. Now they call that there us deductible for the purchase of window part.The only mistake I made was trusting that the vehicle had been properly and thoroughly inspected, why would I think otherwise afterall it's Lexus a dealership that is known for its class and exceptional customer service. This was my 2nd vehicle from their dealership the difference is that the 1st was a lexus and customer service was great then! So now I am assuming that they are bias and treatment is solely based on whether its a lexus or not. My advice is to check everything on the used non lexus vehicle because you will have to contest them when they try and bill you. After being told that I had to pay for the corroded battery fixtures I was very angry and contested, I truly felt it was unfair and that had my husband opened the hood prior and seen the way it looked and checked the window we would have requested fixtures prior to signing. Lesson learned just because its a dealership, any dealership check your used vehicles.Sorry for long rant it was very disappointing.

As a first time car buyer/owner I walked in skeptical, but I trusted my brother and sister in laws review with the quality and customer service that they received when purchasing their vehicles from this same establishment. I had the same doubts that I believe everybody must have when going into a dealership, HOWEVER! My anxiety and doubt was immediately put at ease when meeting with Carolina and Marco. Their transparency and genuine care was very refreshing and gave hope back to humanity. They were both thorough and any questions or concerns that I had they were sure to go over and answer anything even the most insignificant of things. The staff is so upbeat, friendly and welcoming that it shows that they love what they do and because of it will do what is best for their customers. You do not have to think twice, just go, you won t regret it and you will walk away with a good quality vehicle as well as a great customer experience. BTW the taco truck they had for there clients from Pozorale had hands down one of the best tacos I ve ever tasted!

I don t really write reviews that often but my very honest opinion is that this dealership is definitely one of the best if not the best dealerships you will ever see, amazing people, very friendly and most importantly Not pushy salesmen/saleswomen, not to mention the exceptional service and cozy place to stay at and wait for your car to get serviced, Lexus cars on the other hand are both luxurious and comfy and honestly for the price it s unbeatable, I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car to at least give them a try, and I promise they won t disappoint you.Amazing Job North Park Lexus RGV
