Horrible customer service. We were interested in a car which they were waiting to receive a title for. We waited for over a week and instead decided to see if they had something else. When finally we found a car that actually worked well (because all of them had an issue) and liked we began the process in which we were told we will call you in about an hour. We turned in all of the information the owner asked for. A lot of the information we had he said was not needed. We called 3 hours later and were very rudely informed we didn t have the information needed. The information which we were missing was what the owner said we did not need. Upon arrival to turn in the information the owner began to yell and implied that we did not have enough money to buy when we were going to pay 3/4 of the car cash. When leaving the owner as well as the receptionist were shouting at us because we decided to rather leave than buy the vehicle.

First and for most the receptionist that takes care of checking if you qualify or not to take a vehicle is super rude she answers the phone with a horrible additude the owner himself raised his voice & made horrible comments in regards to missing work in hopes of getting good news in regards to the vehicle i was looking foward to purchase horrible in fact the worst experience i have ever had defently would NOT Recommend this place with out mentioning the owner tried selling me a gold chevy malibu with a knocking sound in the engine

The salesman was very rude, while I was inspecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase he asked me to refrain from touching or checking anything from the engine because it would make the check engine light turn on. Unfortunately the engine light was already on and he closed the hood. Very unprofessional and bad salesman. I regret going and will not be going back.
