called this dealership and needed to speak to someone about parts and Gabby came to the rescue, she takes her job serious and she really dose a Great Job at Communicating that to the customer. I Truly Appreciate her taking action and catching my mistake she is amazing 5 if only there were more people like Gabby !!! Truly amazing

My wife brought her vehicle here due to fuel level gauge not reading accurately. They said she needed the whole gas tank replaced because the fuel level sensor was inside the gas tank. A $3,000+ job. Decided not to get it done. Paid $200 for the diagnosis of the fuel level sensor. At the same time she had a headlight that was out so i figure i go ahead and let them fix that. Can't cost that much right? Wrong. Paid another $200 for diagnosis of a light bulb, yes a light bulb, $70 for the part and $220 ish for labor. Paid just under $500 to replace a single headlight bulb. Don't you think i would have just said skip the diagnosis and just change the light bulb; atleast i could have saved $200. And in reality i would have just changed it myself because it takes less than 10 minutes to change a bulb literally. So why the high labor charge? The best part of this story is that i let another mechanic look at the fuel level sensor and they found nothing wrong with it. He reset the system and we filled the tank up to completely full and the fuel level has being reading accurately ever since. Do not do business with these people. They will rob you blind.

Terrible Customer Service. I went to go buy a Jaguar F-Type. I test drove it over lunch, and told them i had to run back to my office. I further told them i was serious about purchasing and to just start to send me numbers to make a deal. They never called or emailed. I tried to contact them a week later, and would not return my emails. Weeks later when i posted my story on Facebook, they finally started to call me. As far as I'm concerned, I would rather not do business with them. I guess I didnt look the part to drive a jaguar. Now I'm scouring the internet to purchase the car, but i am just disgusted with the brand now. Such a shame, i did really like that F-type. #jaguar

Hoping this review gets to the ears of Miss Gabby in the parts department. She did a fantastic job of helping me getting answers in regards to a part that I was looking for... I contacted Land Rover South Bay in California parts, where my customer lives, and even though they could have told me the information they made me call Texas to get the same response he had in front of him,Toby. But thank God for Gabby who explained the issue, provided me with the information I needed to advise my customer (yes this was for me, a buying customer to resell) and I was finally able to resolve my customer's issue. All thanks to Gabby. Now a days there is no more customer service out there... but she knows what customer service means. Once again thank you for taking the time to help me.

My personal experience was with the service department; which became a pleasant surprise. After first encountering a very torpid, arrogant, and lackadaisical service advisor(Ricardo R.) I asked to speak with the manager(Mary G.) and she quickly showed me to a much more friendly and helpful advisor(John Solis). Mr. Solis exceeded all expectations previously set by his coworker and turned around the entire endeavor! The communication, transparency, and over all standard set by Mr. Solis is what I expect from Jaguar(Land Rover) as a valued owner. I would definitely recommend the service department at Jaguar Land Rover of San Juan. Also much recognition and gratitude to the technicians who spent many hours on my XF.

I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership. First time an ok experience. Second time around worst experience. My car in a year was worth way less than what i pay. It has been in the shop so many times. Service department doesn't answered calls or let's you know the status of your car. No loaners so very inconvenient when car keeps been in service. For the prices I paid I expected a better vehicle and better customer service . Would not recommend. Save your money.

Mary Garcia, Service Manager, at Jaguar Land Rover San Juan is always on point with ensuring everything runs smoothly. She is excellent with customer service and her staff highly respects her. I think she should be commended for all her efforts!! Great job!

Don't buy from this dealership!!!!In May of 2021 we purchased a Velar from The San Juan Dealership. First we gave them 5 thousand down and signedall the paperwork. A week later they sent us the car to Laredo and we gave them a check for 35 thousand. A week later we noticed that the the passenger rear view mirror wasn't working and that all the trim around the car was falling apart. My wife tried to get the salesman who sold us the car to pick up the vehicle for a month but to no avail. When I found out what was going on I called the dealerships manager no answer no call back,I called the salesman no answer no call back. Finally I got the only person with a back bone around the place. His name was Hector Flores to bad he's not there anymore. He got on it right away the next day they picked up the car and it took them 2 weeks to fix the issue . I got the vehicle back and the passenger rear view mirror wasn't working. I called them back and they told me they forgot to program it. Six months later we noticed that the underbelly protection grill was hanging off so I pushed into place. In the morning we went to Firestone to rotate the tires while the guys at Firestone had the vehicle in the air I inspected the underbelly protection grill ,it had no retaining clips on it. All this time we have been traveling up and down Texas and that underbelly protection grill could have fallen off at any time. And when my wife called San Juan they asked her if she had hit anything can you believe that....Oh the rear view mirror isn't working properly.... I called yesterday and talked to the service manager ,she told me that there was nothing she could do since it wasn't a hazardous item. That I would have to call the 1 800 number and schedule a pickup myself.....Would you look at that...I guess falling off parts and rear view mirror you can't see from isn't hazardous....What a joke....

GREAT SERVICE! Got a Deal with 0% interest for a beautiful Discovery Sport 2020 last year. The salesman Jorge Gonzalez was beyond helpful and patient with my wife, my toddler, and myself. Even after the purchase he always answers my calls for any questions about parts or maintenance. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! He deserves it. Looking forward to making future purchases here. Great experience 100% recommend.

Purchased a 2022 range rover sport in July. Absolute lemon! Been in the the shop for the last month. Extremely unhappy with service. No expected date for return of vehicle from service department. No-one can even tell me what is wrong with the car. Each time they have returned my "fixed" car, the engine warning light comes on along with every warning imaginable as soon as the car is started. Complete nightmare. Terrible communication.

I was blown away by Walter s customer service. Even though the RRS I came to see wasn t the one I ended up purchasing, my whole experience was extremely professional, and prompt. They were also very flexible in accommodating my requests, and circumstances. I highly recommend seeing Walter for your new/used Range Rover needs.

Recently bought a Land Rover and couldn t be happier with the service that was provided. Our salesman Efrain did an amazing job of getting us the right vehicle at the right price. I highly recommend anybody searching for a vehicle to give them a try. Great service and great prices.

Terrible experience! Will never consider or even recommend purchasing with this dealership. After hours of trying to finalize a deal with a new vehicle, I was told the vehicle had been sold to another costumer. My bank had finalized all transactions and was in the process of sending payment to the dealership for the vehicle when I was told the vehicle was no longer available. Victor Silva spoke to my financial institution and gave his word that the vehicle was available for purchase and that no other negotiations were in place. Victor Silva did not hold up to the end of the bargain. I understand there is currently a high demand for vehicles but this should never be standard practice. The car salesman JC Moreno was extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, because of Victor Silva, the salesman lost a sale and his commission.

I ve been dealing with Land Rover San Juan for a few years now. Purchasing parts on a daily basis & my parents got an Evoque a while back. They have always had excellent service! Ms. Erika is always a great help with getting a hold of anybody we need to speak to and is always extremely nice and respectful when answering the phone. Great operator to run everything ! Nathan is the best when it comes to parts, always knows exactly what s needed, accurate with descriptions and pricing. Can always count on Nathan and his team for what we need. Would not think about going any where else, have been more than satisfied as a customer! Nathan is definitely the man to speak to with any parts needs !

From beginning to end, our overall experience with Land Rover of San Juan was nothing less than exceptional . We have purchased several vehicles In the past with average to below average experiences, but everyone we dealt with at this dealership showed their willingness to help and try to give us the fairest deal possible. Parker's patience, knowledge,honesty and his hard work made such a huge impression on us. He is true to his word and not once was he ever pushy or inpatient with us.. Great person !!! Victor in finance worked very hard to give us the best possible rate and we felt that we really counted and they appreciated our business. Carlos went the extra mile and delivered our new LR4 to our home which made things so much easier for us. He was very professional and had such a great personality. Thanks again to everyone and we will definitely be referring our friends and family to San Juan Land Rover.

This dealership has consistently provided horrible service. Unfortunately my vehicle has had too many issues arise with it since first purchased (supposedly has to do with computer updates) and to top it off, the Service Department is severely lacking. The Service Technicians are not in tune with the Service Advisers, which causes a lot of confusion and misinformation to be relayed to me--the customer.

The service center are always doing a great job. Not just on how fast they fix my vehicle but they always receive me with a simile, they don't wait for me to go into their office because as soon as I park they step outside and they ask me how they can help me and they always keep me updated. Mrs. Annabelle, Mr. Eric and the rest of the staff keep up the good work.

Land Rover San Juan always does an excellent job in taking care of any needs I might have regarding my Range Rover. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating. I always receive great customer service and I leave there completely satisfied. I trust Land Rover San Juan and won t take my Range Rover anywhere else but there. Very classy dealership from top to bottom.

My Discovery Battery went completely dead and called Land Rover San Juan, and Anabelle Garcia waited on me in the Service Dept. Was pleasantly informed that the battery was still under warranty. Anabelle took care of me fast and had a very pleasant experience, she was very curtious and even found out there was a problem with my car antennae that they replaced as well. Overall had great experience and very satisfied.

I recently moved to the RGV, and took my Range Rover in for a broken part; The staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous . They asked me immediately if I wanted a coffee or other beverage. They escorted me to their comfortable waiting area with free wifi so that I was able to finish a few work related items. While waiting 2 different people came up and asked if there was anything they could do for me. My repair time was about 1 hour; which was much quicker than I imaged it would be. Once I got back into my SUV it had been washed and smelt amazing from the interior fragrance they had added. This dealership hasn't forgotten what great customer service looks like and I applaud them! If you ever get a chance to purchase from Land Rover San Juan or have your vehicle serviced here I would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee with Walter Vazquez about a month ago and have had no issues whatsoever. He was very helpful and went above and beyond by even helping me get a reasonably priced insurance policy! I recommend him to anyone, especially if you're a first time buyer like me!
