I am really satisfied with the service at Acura! Everyone was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I really felt like they put my needs first before anything! They got me the best possible deal and I am very happy with my Acura mdx! Def rides very smooth! Ernesto was my salesman and he did the absolute best and I appreciate his service!

Best customer service. Love the way Acura cares for there customers. This is my 3rd vehicle I buy from Acura and I love my friend Andiana she helped me get my car of my dreams. She the best sales person ever. I will continue to buy my cars from Acura Delar.

Over all, this was a very pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle from a dealer!! We weren t pressured into anything. We were given our choice of products and given the chance to think about it before making a final decision. Really unheard of now-a-days!! We dealt with a very pleasing and knowledgeable staff that was quick to take care of us and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Acura of RGV when purchasing a vehicle. You will be treated well by mindful, courteous and polite staff/employees!!!! Thank you!!

I m usually not the one to give reviews. I had an Acura TLX which I loved very much. My family is growing so I decided to go back to my salesman Juan, since he gave me such good service the first time. This time though not only Juan the salesman went out of his way to show me around patiently, but also Zach the salesman manager and Chris from finance were outstanding. They worked hard to get the payment right we re I needed it! I really felt like they cared I felt comfortable with my payment! Thank you for the awesome service and for making our family complete with this new fully loaded MDX AWD type S. We are very happy with the service I just had to write a little something to let you all know what great team you have!

The team starting with Julio G. we're very helpful in helping me attain my actual dream ride. Although I shouldn't have gotten it for another month or two they worked some magic, and got it squared away for me, and they were able to deliver the car to me across state lines.I fully financed unfortunately which nobody wants to do that been said the interest was higher than expected, but I will put that down to B-enomics at this time.Would 100% recommend to future customers!

Purchased a 2021 Shelby GT500 out of state. The out of state experience was by far the best/ easiest process I ve experienced! Zach was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and disclosed everything! The price was aggressive to the market, and was a great deal. I really appreciated ARGV pricing, and no need to go back and forth! I ve experienced nightmare problems in the past when it came to shipping out of state. Luckily shipping was an absolute breeze, and my new car got here quickly, and flawlessly. If you are looking for an everyday driver, or one of their high end luxury cars ARGV is the place! Ask for Zach he ll make the experience a great one!

Great Service. Went for an Oil change. I was greeted by Service Advisor Javier Melendez. He showed me where the coffee bar was He explained very well the job that was done. I would certainly go back for Service on my Acura. Thank you Mr Melendez

Just walking into Acura i was amazed by the luxury vehicles they have. Got to work with the best sales person and Not once was i ever pressured into anything like most salesman do. Very well equipped and most comfortable dealership i have ever been to. After being well informed on the vehicle features and specs, they worked on our deal. The sales person and the financial manager exceeded our expectations. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Very highly recommend Acura. Ask for Adriana in sales. And Ruben in finance. They will make sure you get the best deal possible

The dealership service department was great. They were able to identify a simple problem without doing a full diagnostics and gave me the option of doing the repair myself since it was a simple solution. Hope that s the problem but they were very accommodating.

I take my Honda van to Acura of the Rio Grande Valley because I feel they have the best service for Honda and Acura cars. They are first class and Javier the service writer is awesome. The technicians have always done a great job repairing my van.

Very pleased with my purchase from Acura of the RGV. Adrianna was very helpful trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. She kept in touch and quickly followed up during the process. My car was delivered to me 2 hours away as a courtesy, and the delivery person made the process so easy. Overall my car is a great vehicle I couldn t be happier!

This my 5th time going through the vehicle purchasing process. This was by far one of the best. Jorge W. helped me out with my purchase, and went out of his way to find a deal that worked for both parties. A nicely maintained dealership, and a tremendous amount of care goes into making sure they are meeting the needs of buyer. Once again a shoutout to Jorge W. the salesman that helped me find a vehicle, and to his manager that was able to work with me and my trade-in. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle. Top tier dealership experience here in the RGV.

The best dealership experience I've ever had. Have had vehicles from Dodge, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Chevy, Honda, and now Acura. By far, the San Juan Acura Dealership exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for the new Acura Integra now is the time to purchase!
