Making my appointment online was super convenient and my service advisor, Jose Hernandez, was extremely great to work with on the day of the appointment. He kept me informed via text on the service required and charges which I appreciated. The service was completed quickly and the entire process was great.

I chose Gillman to purchase my first financed car, and had such a good experience! I worked with Marcelo and he was really passionate about finding me a good vehicle within my budget and that fit all my needs! Moreover, when my car needed to be serviced, Marcelo and his team were able to have my car back to me within 24 hours and DELIVERED to me! Overall a good and easy experience!

Marcelo is the person who helped me get my first vehicle under my name and own credit. Loved the vehicle I ended up getting. Glad they were patient and willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle. highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle to try this place.

Esteban is the absolute BESTTT salesman ever. He made everything go so smoothly and answered the a million questions I had. He is very kind and respectful. He explained all my options to me, and even went over all the details of my new truck with me. No matter how many questions I had he was very very patient with me. I highly recommend going through him if you want to purchase a vehicle. Once again, he was definitely the best salesman I have ever had!!! I never received a bow either previously getting another vehicle and he even made sure I got one! Very happy with my experience.

Marcelo our car salesman and Eli our finance specialist got us into what we wanted at the right price, but more importantly we got in and out within an hour. Marcelo went over our car features and Eli explained the financing and also went out of his way to help me with my educator discount. Great service at a great price.

I had the pleasure to work with salesman Jonus Gonzalez on a car deal, very attentive and professional gentleman, he answered all my questions and made sure i was pleased with the service provided, what i liked the most was there was no pressure whatsoever on buying a car from them and that's how it should be. Jonus and David Galvan (finance) made my experience very pleasant, i wanna thank them for showing customer service above and beyond. Im so happy with my Toyota Highlander!!! I went looking for a vehicle at Gillman Chevrolet GMC and got attended by Sales Consultant, Jonus Gonzalez. He was great, he answered every question I had and made the process extremely simple. It only took about 45 minutes to complete the process of buying a vehicle. I would recommend getting in contact with Jonus if you want to make the process of buying a new/used vehicle quick and easy.

It s been less than a week with this car but this was my first time ever buying a vehicle and I went to many dealerships for 3 weeks straight, was pretty stressful. Trying to find the right car at the right price! Bryan from the dealership went above and beyond! He was patient, honest and understanding about what I was looking for in a vehicle and when purchasing it. No regrets. If you consider him as you re sales man I guarantee he will not let you down.

I went in on 12/30/23 with the mindset of purchasing a vehicle from them but the sales consultant that was helping me, Ada, did not give off a good vibe. At the end when I did not like the selection of vehicles they had in stock she just told me "Thanks for wasting my time." And she didn't give the greatest customer service before that either

I have purchased 2 Vehicles from gillman have payed 1 in full and another is a 2023 well gillman you lost my service for future purchases !!! I took in my GMC to get serviced on top of paying over 4K (which I had got quoted something else)they did the job wrong left me loose wires that got eaten for not being placed right I trusted this dealership well never again the service department is not to be trusted with your vehicles spend your money somewhere else where the job will be done right!

Very pleased with my overall experience. My Salesman Benjamin offered me a few options for what I was looking for. Gave me all the details prior to seeing the vehicle and once I saw the vehicle I was inpressed with accuracy. Love my 2023 RST Tahoe. My boy Eli in financing help me out on my switch from my previous vehicle and was happy with buy back value and leasing term price. Excellent customer service. Felt like I was treated like family. Guys thanks for the service

Hello,My husband and I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra. Devin our salesman made the purchase easy and fast. He wasn't pushy at all and he was able to give us a reasonable trade in offer for our 2015 GMC Sierra. Devin followed up with my first visit and after a couple of visits to Gillman dealership in San Benito he was able to find what I was looking for at the right price with help from the manager on the reasonable trade in value and Daniel from the finance department finding me the best interest rate to make an agreeable finance transaction. They were very professional through out.
