The salesman was uninformed about where Honda Civic's are produced. He stated that the delay in supply was due to the issues at the Southern border. The price included dealer mark-ups and we're non negotiable.Honda Civic is mainly built in Indiana with some production in Canada.We ended up purchasing at Clark/Knapp Honda and our Civic was assembled in Canada.

I brought my mother here to get a complimentary oil change and tire rotation, while I was visiting Texas. I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was very polite. They took great care of us, one man brought us complimentary water, and told us to help ourselves to coffee & snacks, while we waited. Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

Recently bought a car from Gillman Honda from San Benito. Customer service and customer attention were excellent. Salesperson Adolfo, Michael from finance, & Will The Professor were very helpful, attentive, answered all our questions with patience, & were very professional. We were extremely pleased with our experience as we drove away with my wife's new car.

Sales people try their best to put you in the car you want. They never fixed what was broke and wouldn't let me trade in. After 4 months I went to Fiesta and my trade in was more than what Gillman had sold it to me. Be careful buying preowned cars there.

I was able to find a gem of a vehicle and Gillman s treated me well. I found the right vehicle for me and am happy with my purchase price I negotiated. I would recommend Gillman for a purchase of a new or used car.I purchased a used car and my experience was smooth. I was very impressed with their selection as well. I will be sure to check with them again for my next auto purchase.

The service advisor got me into the service department with great time and was able to repair my vehicle, under complete warranty. I thought that we would have a major repair, but it turned out to be just an adjustment and fluid change to the transmission. All cover bye a TSB on my vehicle. Thanks for the great service and care of my car.

Ran Our Credit too much that it went down 30 to 40 points didn't give consent. screwed our chances of getting a vehicle

My experience at Gillman was phenomenal. Salesperson Joe Alvarez was able to help me drive off the lot with a car within a few hours. I recommended Gillman to my family and they too are very happy with their purchase and with Joe Alvarez Thank you for all of your help, I greatly appreciate it and believe I will continue referring customers.

Nice car dealer with plenty of inventory. Great attending and good deals for car buying. The services part are not that great. A little pricey and not honest with the parts that has to be replaced or fixed. They do fixing just for charge your bill.

Took my truck in twice. The service advisor asked me to bring it back for several days, he would provide a loaner car. On Monday morning he was not there, of course no loaner and no one knew about my work order. Had to go back later in the week, problem could not be fixed either.

Why a four-star. 1. Is this the place I want to buy a car that I'm looking for. 2. The salesman who is trustworthy and willing. 3. Negotiation in financial. 4. And the maintenance repair auto body shop responsibilities and promise.This location has the cars that we were looking for and the salesman was all out to help and finances were workable ranges . But the maintenance auto body repair, well there were some defects and some promises broken but they managed after negotiation. good luck and I do recommend this place.For that star missing is the maintenance auto body repair is a downfall. If you have not experienced it you will understand it later what I'm talking about. Still give it a try.

We came here just to drop our car off for service. We have sat here and hour now and we can't get anyone to take our keys. We had an appointment and they asked if we had a ride. It makes it very inconvenient when you have to take off work and miss your lunch. The service department was good in the past but no one can even give us an answer

We have always had exceptional service at Gillman. If we ever have needed to have a repair, it's done right there first time. Have bought cars from them and never felt high pressured to make a purchase.

I may find ouf when my vehicle has been properly diagnosed and I asked twice for a diagnostic reading and was lied to about results. I was given a poor repair job on battery replacement. The alternator went out the day after I paid for and picked up car with new battery install. Where were my diagnostic requests? Quite costly after towing charges from their recommended private tower.

Took car in for oil change. Great service as usual. Luis Rivera always go above and beyond to accommodate me. The service was quick. Even though it was a Saturday late afternoon.

I guess if you have a perfect credit score they will put in a vehicle I mean 800 and upbove visit short and fast.

Stopped bye to see a SUV we where interested in purchasing we asked a sales rep to see the particular vehicle and asked him for the listed price, to our surprise he told us it was listed for 40k we asked why it was advertised for 37k he asked to see the add he actually told us that he wasn't going to go back and forth with the price and that "he" didn't have time to waste he had been doing this for 6 years and he was a professional? We are still going to bye the honda just not from him.

Really recommend purchasing a car at Gillman Automotive in San Benito. Jared Lawrence, sales person, really helps break the ice between sales person and customer. Makes you feel comfortable & respected by listening to your concerns and answering your questions

Took my 2017 Silverado in for it's 1st warranty service. They did not rotate the tires. Went back and had them rotated and they didn't change tire pressures. So I had 60# in the rear tires and 75# in the front tires. Glad I checked.

Everytime i go here there is a problem I went for a suv i saw online i called before I went in they said they had it. When I showed up theh basically told me the suv never existed and if it did it went to auction a few days prior. Then blamed the internet sales for posting it. This is the 2nd time they pull this on me the 1st time was for a 2013 honda civic. They also sold it while I was test driving it and didnt tell me until after I did all the paperwork. Bottom line these reps will lie for a sale and do anything to get you there. Both timea they refused to let me leave. They kept saying lets look at another vechicle after I said no. Try the harlingen location they are alot better.

Well I took my crv Honda 2014, the battery was not working, and the service department mr. Josoe help me right away. Later he called me that the vehicle was ready. Grate place to get your vehicle service, Thank you for very much, and keep up the grate work, that you All do.

My vehicle is making a thumping sound when I go over bumps, railroad or speed bumps at low speeds and I made an appt to have it service and they told me at Gillman that there's nothing wrong with my vehicle. Shocks or ball joints and I am not satisfied with their diagnosis! You are not going to tell me that it's normal to hear that thump sound on a Cadillac Drive! I might have to go to a different dealership to find out or to get a second opinion
