You should tell your young GM that if he wants to sell vehicles, he should never, EVER downgrade a Customer's trade vehicle to the Customer. No matter what. Turned me off and I walked away. Maybe he thought I wasn't serious about trading my Range Rover. Had he not done that, I would have bought the 2023 Toyota 4Runner from him. As it was, I went straight to the Toyota dealer from there and hrs. Later walked out with this one. They did not bad mouth my trade to lower it's value and gave me great deal.

Took my car in for an oil change. It was fast and very convenient. I was treated very well. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back. I recommend their services.

Brought in my 2016 Mini Cooper for an oil change. Scott was such a great help. When I called, said it would be about 2-3hour wait but Scott got me in quick and my car was ready within the hour. I m from out of town, visit San Benito every other month but will definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

If I could I would give them a lower score but it will not let me. They are liers, rude and if you are a female they act like you don't know anything about cars. We took our truck in to get oil change and we told them that we wanted the works as they call it. They should of top all fluids, check the brakes, check the air pressure on the tires and all air filters. I had taken out the air filter that under the hood to see they really checked and took out some of the air of the tires right before we got there. When we pick up our truck the salesman (Scott) told me that my breaks were fine, they had put air in the tires and the air filter that under the hood was was a little dirty so he had them just blow it out . My wife tried to ask him how did you do that if my husband took it out before dropping it off, but he was rude and interrupted her before she could finish and said the total was so much and let me talk to your husband sweetie. I asked him you check the air filter and he said sir I personally saw it I was so mad that I stayed quiet because I didn't want to cause a scene. The salesman Scott should not be working in a place like that because he lies to people straight to there face. When I called and spoke to him he gave me an attitude and and told me why I would take off the air filter if they were support to inspected it, he never said I apologized please bring it back so we can correctly do our job. When I called the second time I spoke to his manager and he said that he would talk to him but he never ask for my name what vehicle I had taken in or for the salesman that I spoke to so I don't know how he knows who I was or what person I was talking about. He even laugh at me when I was telling him what happened. He never said bring back the truck so we can make sure we do what you paid for.

Juan Perez, the General Manager, took care of me personally. I appreciated that he listened carefully to me as I explained my needs and preferences in a new truck. He showed me three that would meet my needs and my wishes, one brand new, one almost new and one a few years old, but immaculate in its condition. We drove each one together. He let me decide which was best for me without pushing any one of them over the other. He was my professional consultant, not my salesman. When I made my choice he arranged great financing and added a few extras that sweetened the deal nicely. I love my truck and I will certainly go back to Boswell, and Juan, when I need another.

I was placed in the perfect car. It was brand new and the car salesman helped and handled everything very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. This was my second time visiting the Service Center. Outstanding service both times. First visit was earlier this year, with a engine issue. They fixed me up in a couple days. Now it runs better than before (Somehow I even average better fuel mileage now).This time was a drop in oil change (no appointment). I asked the wife to drop the truck off as I had to work. She advised that Scott was very nice and courteous to her. To our surprise as she was leaving he told her it would be ready in about 45 minutes. True to his word he called me and told me it was ready. We discussed a issue that needed some attention, no high pressure that I have received at another Ford Dealer, I have him the go ahead. He called me less that an hour later to tell me the truck is done. Final bill came in less than he quoted.Nothing but Gratitude for the crew at Boswell Elliff.When it comes time for my new ford, I know where to come.

I purchased a 2019 F250 earlier this month from Boswell Elliff Ford and was helped by a good friend Daniel Stillman. By far one of the easiest and stress free purchases I have made. I have dealt with Bert Ogden, Boggus, Payne and Hacienda and would definitely recommend you stop by this dealership and give them a chance to earn your business. I was pleasantly surprised. Ask for Daniel stillman if you ever shop there.

Called and asked for information on a service. The gentleman (Josh/John) who took the phone call (technician) made an offensive comment. Called the dealership I bought my vehicle from horrible. I m sorry but you should understand that the people calling are not very knowledgeable about cars, hence me calling. Do not recommend.

Have purchased trucks here, buying is great. The service department needs work. The men here are great with other men, not always as friendly with women. That's been my experience. My hubby has great service but not always me or my mother. Get tired of treated like a dumb wife who don't know her truck or car. But continue to change oil there so when I trade in I get more for my trade in bc they have the records.... just go in with not the highest customer service standards.

Don t let the size of the dealership fool you. These guys are some of the best to work with. They enjoy what they are doing and talking cars with you. I have never had such an easy time purchasing a vehicle. It was stress free. Customer service is the best. They work to answer all your questions and get you exactly what you want at great prices. When given the tour of the dealership, everybody I spoke with was very inviting and made you feel like you were part of the family. They were all very knowledgeable. When I m ready to purchase another vehicle I will most definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at Boswell Elliff Ford.

If I could give them "0" I would. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THEM.They do service work by first come, first served. NOT appointments. We took our car in on a Monday early morning. Was told 2-3 days to fix. Wednesday no info. Called them. Was told there had been at least 5 other vehicles ahead of ours on Monday, that there was 2 still ahead of ours. This is for a 5 bay service center. That it would be at least another day before they could get to looking at it, let alone fix it. They were told to hang on to it for now. After our conversation, within an hour we decided to take our business elsewhere. We get to the service center, car is in front of the office, window open, keys in it and RUNNING! We proceeded to take our vehicle home. Within 15 minutes we contacted the local police department to let them know of the situation. Another 30 minutes passes, and we get a call from the service center to see if we have our vehicle. That they were just getting ready to check it out. That if we didn't have it they were (first now) going to report it as stolen. GO ELSEWHERE where they are more concerned with their customers patronage, prompt service and security of your vehicle when there.

I LOVE getting my vehicles serviced here. I have a fleet vehicle so im here at least monthly. Everyone is so friendly and there is a nice waiting area with a TV and beverages. Out of 25 visits I ve never had an issue. I refer people here all the time. I trust them more than any other dealership or car service place. I never worry about my cars when I leave. I bring my person vehicles here too. I Highly recommend.

My experience with Boswell Elliff Ford was 5 stars all the way around. Tyler helped me place my truck order and was critical in helping me decide on which features to order. He also updated me throughout the entire process as my truck was being built and shipped. When my truck came in, Bill, one of the owners greeted me and we talked a while. Juan did a great job in helping me to decide which financing options to take while still utilizing my rebates. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Great place to go. First time buying a vehicle there and I will go back for sure. Our sales associate, Eli, was very helpful and easy to work with for sure. Cefo, not sure of his title but the gentleman that did all the paperwork, was very nice too. Everybody seemed very relaxed and no high pressure that you typically get at a dealership. Made the deal and told them I'd be back later to pick it up and sign the papers. Worked out great, everything was ready and about half an hour later I was done. I've bought a lot of vehicles at a lot of dealerships and this has to be the easiest, and best, experience I've had. Walked away feeling good about the deal and the people I got to work with. Looking forward to seeing how the service department does.

Awesome experience there. Spoke to Daniel Stillman, when we arrived. We got there before closing time. He waited and answered all my questions. I called him several times more during the week with more questions. I Finally showed up to finalize everything and was happy with my purchase. Nothing like the horror when I bought my Nissan. Thank you Daniel and Ceferino for making this experience great.

They always preach customer loyalty or brand loyalty. An hour and a half for an oil change. Completely outrageous! I will no longer bring any of my Ford vehicles. If the dealership can't make any money from you, your not a priority! This is why people shop other brands like Lexus......

It saddens me to post a poor review. Previous service has been very positive. How ever after taking my F-250 in for a bad sensor. Three days later I finally got it back. From stripped threads to replacement parts forgotten. Additionally with an extended service warranty, I wasn't offered an option for a rental. Not a good visit.

The staff is top notch. Daniel (Stillman) was most helpful and very attentive. Never bought a car before and he explained everything in a way that not only put me at ease, but made the entire experience actually manageable. Will definitely be sending friends and colleagues to Boswell Elilff .

Service department first come first serve sometimes they do that but the majority times you have to schedule an appointment and wait 1week or up 2 weeks by the time they get you in.call Jeff for a starter for my f250 and a quote to do the job never call me back.went the next day to confirm if he got me the starter he said he forgot also check engine light was coming on randomly back and forth going in to service department Jeff did not help me in a timely manner with my truck issues. So at this time I decided to do business with Boggus Ford. George Cordero

Service was weak. Replacement battery of a FORD battery I paid $164.00 for. $20 labor . Was advised since it was not purchased at this dealership the labor I paid six months ago was not valid. I popped my trunk and exchanged the battery but was unaware of a cover on the negative post. I removed the plastic and the battery worked while their mechanic watched me. I hope I don t have to go back during bad weather. I have a Navigator that I will not be bringing here.
