I came in to have my battery checked, Fidencio not only checked it but installed my battery and had me back on the road in no time . Will definitely be coming back to this store .

I showed up with my horn blaring because it was stuck and it almost burned. I was helped very quickly by Fidencio. He immediately knew what was wrong and helped me disconnect the horn. Very great and efficient service.

Me being visually impaired (I am 1/2 blind). I would like to Thank Rick M. from the San Benito store off of 77 and Sam houston.. He not once got frustrated or annoyed with me. He was VERY attentive and took his time with me. He was very resourceful , explained and read for me the products that I needed. I will definitely come back to this store with Rick as my go to. I went to Auto Zone because I had a dead battery but praise God it was still under warranty and Kodi the manager did an exchange. Kodi was very friendly and I give him a 10 for customer service. God bless .

Great store and they are extremely helpful there. Go go outside and hook up there a machine to your car and try tell you what's wrong with it. The employees will even tell you where a independent mechanic is that isn't too expensive. In my opinion they're great. They'll tell you the little hidden details that will save you money. And I sure appreciate that.

My visit here was pretty good for an auto parts store the guy working behind the counter seem to know what part I needed where it was located and was helpful in obtaining the part so that I could get back on my way quickly these guys that work here typically seem to know their stuff with Auto Parts and I think they've probably been working there long enough to recognize when customers need additional help and can provide it in order to give good customer satisfaction to their customers

Went in with my tundra blinker not working 8$ and 3 minutes later the rep set it up for me, completely understanding they do this as a courtesy I am very grateful vs having to wait at Wal-Mart for 3 hours and 20$ coming here was a great choice, very economical and Rep set it up for me, now back to driving safe, Thanks auto zone!
