Hank is awesome! This was done about a week ago. He came, he saw, he conquered in about 4 hours; included, traveling, diagnosing, buying the parts, tearing it down and installing the new parts. And the whole time kept in constant communication with me, mainly because he needed me to phone in my credit card to purchase the parts at a couple different places, which was fine by me. And yes, first time thru, fixed my problem. Thank you Hank!!

I highly recommend this company. Got my car back on the road in no time. The service was AMAZING. My wait time was not long at all. It s hard to come by great service now a days. The pricing was definitely reasonable and affordable. Will definitely be using again.

Bad repairing company, overcharged for 5 hours, did not fix trailer right, instead of advising about a repair shop before trying to fix the problem, decided to fix it himself, not doing anything different to the trailer. The signal lights were working fine ,even blinking, now they don't . I don't recommend this company at all. Even though they took off the part, and the mileage, it was still a high price, not worth. Not a very professional company to hire .If he was a certified mechanic, he would've given the diagnostic in an hour, not in 5. Never again.

Charged us 4 hours labor for his mistake and overcharged for parts! Called them out for an airbag. He came and took it off the trailer, took it with him to the parts store and STILL brought the wrong airbag back. Messed with the wrong airbag for several hours before finally going back to the parts store for the correct airbag! We will never use them again and recommend that you call someone else if you need road service.**Update to review** We still feel that we should not be charged for their tech's and the parts company's lack of knowledge. The load was nowhere near 80,000 lbs as they stated in their reply. Furthermore, I don't need some man to "hand over some knowledge for me to understand". I know what was called for, what was done and that their tech took the old airbag with him to the parts store, STILL came back with the wrong one and messed with it for several hours before going back to the parts store for the correct one.

Hank is a wonderful guy to work with and is Professional as well as accomadating! My experience with him was a bit of a unique situation regarding a bus inspection while working with him between states. He made sure to maintain clear communication with me through the process of our inspection and gave us peace of mind as well as a hassle free experience! Recommend him and his company 1000% and will absolutely use his services in the future as need be! Thank you Hank!!

Had a air valve issue on a 08 Sterling. Contacted them, was given a approximate arrival time which they met. Tech was courteous, professional an fast. Had me up an going with not a minute wasted. The Time an money saved from having a trk down in the shop for days before they even look at it makes this service priceless!!!

Don t wast your time with this company. Requested road service at 9am and was told they will show up at noon. Called, texted and waited till 1 pm no show no call back. What a waste of time if they can t make it at least say something instead.

Called for service told me 2 hours. I Called him back after 3 hours. He Informed me he could not come and fix trailer. Would of been nice if he would of called me to inform me I needed to find a new company. No respect for drivers now days.

If I could give Hank 10 stars I would.great guy great mechanic knows what he's doing.got me out of a jam when my truck derated on 10 w near junction tx..would recommend him to any driver that has problems with their truck and are in that are

Hank is not responsible man, I called him week ago and he setup an appointment to check my trailer, he rescheduled agin 3 times after texting, and calling him when he did not show up and after that I did not heard from him again. when you are not honest you will not grow your business.Update for the owner: Please be honest, I never talked to him about a price and i did not negotiate with him or told him that I will check, because when I called him I had an emergency and I was waiting him for hours.

This company is dedicated to scamming truckers with bad work, so they charged me 5 hours and didn't fix my trailer, my trailer was worse. My trailer was much better before I called this company, I regret hiring garbage services like this. I do not recommend it, avoid it at all costsEst� compa��a, se dedica a estafar a los camioneros con malos labores, �sea me cobro 5 horas y no arreglo mi trailer, mi trailer qued� peor. Mi trailer estaba mucho mejor antes de que llamara a esta compa��a, me arrepiento aver contratado los servicios de basuras como esta. No lo recomiendo ev�tenlo a toda costa
