I am rating this auto-center with 3 stars due to exceptional customer services skills of Ms. Brittany. Otherwise, the auto-center technicians and fronk desk including the Auto-center Manager are lacking Professional ethics and behavior. On sunday i went to replace 3 tires for my car, the old lady at the front desk checked in my car at 12:45 PM, at 2:45 PM i came to ask about whether my car is ready or not, the technician told me that your car is not in the system. I called the Manager, after coming, the Manager even didn t apologize for huge delay; he just shaked his head and told me to wait. Then the technician came to recheck in my car (That s what the Manager instructed him to do). But Ms. Brittany ( the young lady) apologized and gave me discount for waiting too long and i am so impressed by her character and social skills.

Got my battery replaced Saturday morning. And man I wish I could have done this 4 years ago instead of going to Big O tires and spending almost 300 dollars on a battery replacement. It was only $165 and took 25 min. Better than anywhere else and cheaper. Will come back for everything else they offer.

Zero Star to the dumb and dumber on 410 and everas. Just want a tire installed. The guy with a edger style hair cut had no customers skills what so ever. He's like "what you want" and didn't know what he was doing. System down he said. Called his manager on speaker we were listening to the whole conversation. Sounds like the manager don't know either and didn't understand his employee. Waist of time and gas. He advised us to go to a tire shop. Just pure laziness at this location. Never had this bad customer service in my life.

The hours of operation says its close at 7 right now its 4:30 and they are close I park there and the guys who was just stand there they just ignore me

The chubby mechanic lacks customer service skills, in my opinion he's lazy and just doesn't like to do his job! he kept finding excuses to not do the oil change on my car even after talking to his manager. I've always used Walmart for my car needs I'm definitely not coming back to this location!!!

Personal sucks, they can t even fix a flat tire with regular excuses as their machines aren t working. Trash service, avoid this location.

Can't do oil changes on anything bigger than a small car. Lifts down for a few weeks and will take a few more weeks to fix. No sign posted, just wait until they tell you the bad news.

The worst. I called ahead and when I pulled up to get service someone else pulled up after me and was attended to before I could even tell them why I was there. My understanding was it was not by appt so not sure why that happened so I called and because other guy knew process he was attended to first. Totally not fair if your in a line with no appointments necessary.

I have been regular customer to the auto care at this location for long time.They are amazing especially with the road hazard protection you get when you buy new tires.I bought 4 tires from them including hazard protection, after one month my right rear passenger side got a big construction nail,So I went to them and they gave new tire.Yesterday one of my tires also had some problem they simply replaced it.Thank you for your service guys.

I ve gone to other Walmart s and this one to me is far better. I went to De Zavala prior to this one, concidering you needed an appointment it didn t matter due to fact the guys wud not start in my vehicle unless they were both there. One left to his hour lunch and I had to wait until the other had his lunch only two techs and they both cud not work unless they both had there hour lunch they were both there however it was getting close for first guys hour lunch a 15 min oil change. And they didn t want to work on my car cus lunch was in 30 mins what jerks. Thin nerdy skinny guy was willing however the chubby one had food on his mind.

Tires and price were good, but they did not readjust the TPMS gauges in my new tires when putting them on, so my Tire Pressure sensors immediately went off and I had to take it to a shop to get repaired.

I was told it would be an hour and half to get an oil chage because they only had one person working. I had asked for a standard oil change. Almost 2 hours later I was told my car called for synthetic oil not standard oil. I told them the dealer had used standard oil on all oil changes I had done with them and they didn t recommend synthetic oil for my car. They refused to change my oil and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told no one was available. I will never return to Walmart for any services to my car and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Got a nail on inside sidewall from tire. Replaced free with current Tread wear. Just paid $10 for new road hazard warranty. The guys made it super easy! Thanks!

Was on hold the phone for 30+ minutes to create an appointment to come in. I arrived at the appointed time to find that no appointment was arranged. The technician did a good job and finished the work on a timely manner; thus the three stars.

Literally pulled up to every dock completely empty except for one worker. After a while of not being greeted I stepped out of the car just to be told to park against the wall and it would be an hour and a half. This wouldn't be an issue if their were any cars being worked on but there was no working going on. I drove off and won't be returning. Disappointed I didn't get my new tires and lube services.

purchased tires awhile back and returned to get 2 tires replaced and they told me I was sold the wrong tire so they don't replace them. I had to purchase new tires at firestone because walmart would warranty them. this is not my problem.

Bad and dirty service , they dropped the oil and they didn't tell me and when I checked there was this piece of aluminum and oil dripping around, I went back and told them but they don't care , if anyone can help me with this, I need to know what I can do or where can i report this, I would appreciate it.
