An oil change and tire rotation was promised 1.45 to 2 hours and it has been 2.45. Just for tire rotation it's been sitting for 45 mins with 2 mechanics in the shop. They are intentionally slow. Raise your prices but this poor service has to end. Left store came back after service started an hour and 40 mins ago per the tracker but still not ready.

Dropped my car off for new tires at 9am, they said it would be done by 4pm. At 11:45am I got a call saying they were having trouble scanning my vin number, so I read it to them over the phone. 5 HOURS later I got a call saying they still couldn t get it scanned so they couldn t change my tires. Absolutely unprofessional, I could have had time to take my car elsewhere for new tires but they wasted 5 hours and now every other tire shop in the area is closed. I will never come here again.

Not coming here anymore. I've had a few minor issues before but always came back for the cheaper prices. Got my oil changed today (they also check fluids and air tires at the same time). On my way home my tire pressure sensor went off. Thought it was a nail. I checked the tire pressure when I got home and found that they had over inflated my tires on the left side by 15lbs. On the checkout form they gave me it showed them all at 33lbs.Now I don't trust any of that check list. Did they really change the filter? Did they even use the right oil?I'm going to one of the places where you sit in the car while they do it. I'd rather pay $30 more to make sure the job gets done right.

I tried to get my tire fixed on Saturday at 4:30 they said they couldn t do it until Sunday. I came back on Sunday around 10 AM and asked to have my tire repaired or if not able to fix then to replace tires. 5 hours later I had not heard from them so I went to the front desk and they told me nothing had been done because I needed a new tire. I told the guy who took my vehicle in to replace the tire. Yet no one called or did anything with my car. I had to wait an additional 2 hours at the store because the guys that receive your car make no notes about anything. I even had to go find my car in the parking lot and take a pic of the tire myself because they didn t know what type of tire I had. Never experienced such low level of service. I can see why this location has such poor ratings. I unfortunately had to get this fixed now if not I would have definitely gone somewhere else.Service: Tires

Came to get our Jeep s tires balanced and rotated- Estimated time was 45min, took about an hour. They were very informative yet their cash register was working improperly, had to walk to another register to pay. When we arrived our steering wheel was vibrating yet when we left- smooth as butter!Would come again, but recommend a weekday for quicker service !

They are the best in my area. They just put air in my tires this morning on my way to work! They also do it for you for free! Thank you, for always being there for us single mothers

Trash service and communication. Waited about 2 hours before learning they cancelled the appointment without any explanation. I open the hood to find my oil cap left open and stuff spilled out. No one could even answer my questions or apologize. Completely unprofessional and discourteous.

Since my 2012 Toyota Sienna was having difficulty starting, I drove it to the Walmart Auto at 1604 and 281. I pulled up to the only one of the three bays that did not have an orange cone in front.Dennis, a black guy wearing a do rag on his head, seemed frustrated from the get-go. He claimed I was in the oil change line. However, I had seen no signage indicating that it was "oil change only."Anyway, my car wouldn't start. So then, for some reason, Dennis started charging my battery. I asked, "Can you not tell if the battery needs to be replaced without the engine being on?" He asked, "Well, what do you want to do if it does need to be replaced?" I replied, "I want you to replace it." He seemed anxious to charge the battery, so that I could turn on the engine, so that he could have me move to a different lane.I patiently asked my question again. "Do you need to have the engine running to test the battery's strength?" He finally said, "No." I said, "Well, just test it and if it needs to be replaced, just replace the battery, I'll pay for it, and be on my way." That certainly seemed like the quickest solution. He reluctantly agreed, discovered that the battery did need to be replaced, and asked me to go into the waiting area.I waited for at least 20 minutes. Still nothing had been done. When I saw Dennis pass through the little Walmart auto care lobby, I asked, "How much longer will it be?" He seemed annoyed that I asked, and said something like "10-15 minutes."After that time had passed, I walked out there and one of the techs said that Zeke was now the one who would replace the battery. When I went back inside, Casey, the manager, a tall, slender white guy with a goatee, was SUPER friendly and helpful. He said that they were checking to see if the battery was still under warranty. Zeke was at one of the computers looking it up. I explained that Dennis had already determined that we had bought the battery in 2019 and that it was no longer under warranty.I asked Casey, "How much longer will it be?" he said, "Just a few seconds." Apparently, Zeke had not yet gotten the replacement battery, and expressed exasperation with an annoyed tone of voice.Looking embarrassed for Zeke's semi-rudeness, Casey said, "Okay. I didn't know he had not yet gotten the new battery and replaced it. So, it should be another 10 minutes." I said, "Okay."After I watched Zeke replace the battery in bay 2, he walked into the waiting room. I said, "Thank you!" as he handed me the keys. Oddly enough, he totally ignored me and didn't give me eye contact. After saying "Thank you" another 2-3 times, he begrudgingly said, "Ok man." The proper and easy response would have been, "You're welcome sir! We'll see you next time. Thanks for giving Walmart your business."Casey would be well advised to give Dennis, Zeke, and the whole crew a refresher course in 4-star customer service. It takes such little effort to be courteous and helpful. Why not do it?Casey is a GREAT example of how to interact with customers. We are not an annoyance. Our business pays your salaries.

I went there for an oil change because they have great deals on synthetic, but the line was too long. I also needed tires, but they don't have my size in stock, and they wanted me to order online and have them shipped to the store. I found a place that had a better deal on better tires and had the same price for synthetic oil, so I guess I found a new place.

A battery replacement that took literally 3 mins had me waiting for over 4.5 hours. This is a horrible place to have a battery changed and i would not recommend it. Ki, the manager, should be ashamed of himself.

I got my oil, wipers changed and my battery tested, i was going on vacation. Harold worked upper bay on my car said my battery was good. I tried to start it the next day its dead had to bring it there again. While on my vacation the wiper flew off on the highway as I was traveling out of state in a storm. Waiting to hear back from the store. I'm sure Manager Ki will give some excuse as to why it's not their fault and they've done everything right.Services: Tires, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I bought a warranty to service my tires for a lifetime a year ago. I ve driven about 20,000 miles and have a leak somewhere. Walmart said they could not work on my car even though they re the ones that installed and gave me the warranty This was the laziest workshop of people I ve ever encountered in 30 years of driving and having service on vehicles. They look for every excuse possible to not do the work and clear ticket. On a day where I find a few days off, not taking PTO these lazy people know every excuse not to do their job. I know this is not a reflection of all Walmarts but specifically this Walmart. They couldn t check my tire by using a chat but they said they don t have time. I hope you consider this when doing business with Walmart automotive and tire. Expect them to look for every few by being clear warranty did not do the work that they ve been given if there was a way to get negative stars, I put it in here.

Ezequiel R is a frustrated and lazy worker, I was watching through the window as he neglected balancing my tires. Even though I took a video of this occurring, he still lied to my face and then slammed my keys like an idiot onto the table like a child. Bad management is to blame if workers having this kind of behavior. I will not go back to this Walmart again for any tire service anymore.

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff is quick and efficient.I ve never had an issue and if you go early enough you can in and out in under an hour!I appreciate the attention to detail they take to properly inspect my tires, finding a nail that another Walmart automotive overlooked.Thank you again!

Sunday night, and I had to get to work Monday morning. While gassing up the car, it didn t want to start. I called ahead and Walmart said they could change a battery. They didn t have the battery I needed, but sent me up the street to buy one. They stayed open, kindly, quickly, and professionally installed the new one. Hey, manager, give those guys working late on a Sunday a big thank you for helping me out. I m so very grateful!Service: Battery

Oil change. Two cars in front of me. Bad news: Nearly 1.5 hours later before I get my car back.Good news: Cost me $64 forbfull synthetic. That's $35 cheaper than any of the 5 chain oil chains I contacted.

Went to get an oil change on my Honda Civic, it requires full synthetic as indicated on the oil cap. Bought their "best" package at $49.99 (about) and then it was still discounted to $46.88 which was an awesome price considering I usually pay anywhere from $60-$70. However, I was quoted at least 2.5 hour wait, which again, not bothered as I had another ride and we had other things to do. We came back to pick up the car and I found it unlocked, no telling how long it was sitting there that way. According to their "checklist" on the print out receipt they should have vacuumed the inside, this was not performed as there was still some visible debris like grass and such. Otherwise I keep my car rather clean so it wasn't like it was all that much work out of the technician that worked on my car. Then, I looked at my odometer and saw it wasnt the way I left it and am used to. It was left on "Trip A" so I took it back to the odometer setting that showed total miles driven. Went to check if the oil life was reset as the gentleman that greeted me said would be done, he was very pleasant and I enjoyed his upbeat attitude, but this was also not done it still said 90% (I had previously accidentally reset it a few weeks back) so I reset it myself. Then I looked up in the left hand corner to see the sticker and saw that they couldnt be bothered to remove the previous sticker from the previous oil change and just put the new sticker next to it, rather lazy if you ask me. It makes you wonder what else wasn't done up to par on that checklist they claim to check off. I probably won't be so inclined to leave my car and surely will double check before I leave to ensure all those things are done properly. I guess you get what you pay for.

When I arrived Dean greeted me right away. He looked at my battery and determined that it needed to be replaced. He has this all accomplished within 20 minutes of me arriving. The longest part of the transaction was waiting for the cashier because they did not come in until after 8:00am. Overall this was a great experience because of Dean!

The WORST place to get your oil changed...PERIOD! When we got there we waited about 10 minutes for somebody to help us and come out to the drive up area. He told us that he thinks we can just leave the keys in the vehicle. When we went to the register to check in, there were two individuals in front of us in line and nobody at the register. Everybody waited for someone to come out for about another 20 minutes and when he finally did he was completely disinterested and slower than molasses. The dude didn't even know how to use his register but his name tag said that he had been there 20 years. We waited about an hour even though there was only one car there when we pulled in. When we finally got into the vehicle I noticed that there was oil literally smeared all over the steering wheel door handle shifter and center console. I went to look for somebody to talk to and ask them if they could clean it up but could not find a single person to talk to. The entire garage was void of any employees as well as the register area. We ended up just leaving and later cleaned up the mess ourselves.

Went in right when they opened up Sunday morning. I had 2 tiny nails in my tire. They said that it couldn t be patched up, than tried selling me on 2 new tires instead. I thought I had no choice so went in to see tire options to than get told they don t have the tire I needed in stock. So I left, went to firestone down the road. They said it was an easy patch job and didn t need to buy any tires. Don t trust those idiots at Walmart. Go somewhere else. Firestone was great.
