Stay away. I came for a low tire (that has warranty and is only 5 months old) and the full synthetic oil change and they tell me my battery that is less than 2 years old is not good, my car wont start. I had zero problems with my battery or my car starting. Kevin the manager comes out and says well no wonder you have a Sears battery... uhm NO, my car is 2 years old and Sears closed about 4 years ago?!It's a Diehard Gold battery was bought on 1/2022 so no I'm not buying a new battery. They finally pushed it to the bay and charged it. The full synthetic oil change took 5 minutes so now I have to worry if that was done correctly. No nail in my tire just needed air. I am home turned off and on my vehicle 20 times and non-issue. Called Nissan and they told me how they reset the vehicle to manufacturer settings when they unplugged the battery which is exactly what I kept asking them about and the techs and manager all denied it. Also two tech said my battery had only been diagnosed and not unplugged. I just set everything back the way I had it, more lies. I might be a woman but I'm not stupid if my battery was from Sears my vehicle would have to be at least 5 years old. If my battery was bad I would have noticed because I drive all day! If the tech doesn't know how to start a 2021 Nissan Rogue train him better! When your techs make mistakes own up to it! When Kevin is a manager and uses the excuse that a Sears battery is the issue he is the idiot and needs to be fired! Don't take your vehicle to Walmart in Grissom and Culebra unless you want to spend over 2 hours of your day and get lies to almost forced to spend more money!

I went to Walmart at 9:50am to get an oil change. They told me that it would be an hour & a half wait. I told them I couldn't wait that long & I would come back at another time. Another guy stopped me & said it wouldn't take that long so I stayed. After waiting an hour & 10 minutes I asked how much longer & the 1st guy that told me an hour & a half told me it would be another 30 minutes to get to my car & another 30 minutes for my oil change. Hey Walmart! 2 hours is more than an hour & a half! So after sitting in their hot auto center for over an hour I left without an oil change

I went to get my two front tires changed. The young African American girl with braids said I can t do nothing without the tire size. She proceeded to give me huge attitude and walk out to hang out with her friends who I assume are off the clock. I asked a mechanic for help and he said they stopped doing tires at 4pm. The girl then was going to charge a man to do his tires and I approached her saying they said they couldn t do mine. After that the mechanic came in and raised his voice at the customer saying We never said we d change your tires. A couple saw this happening saying their customer service is terrible. I m a younger girl and I would think if they have mechanics and someone at the counter that they d help me with my tires and their size I know I could have took a picture and showed them which I wouldn t have minded but come on. I get it you re working but to act like you re a celebrity and flirt with the mechanics you don t belong in that section. No wonder she took off her name tag

WalMart is a well known company, but yet when auto center says they open at 7:00 am and lights are still off at 7:05 and one worker standing in the dark, that s a problem. Don t worry about others trying to get to work and committed to their jobs!I guess pre planning, being open and ready to go by 7 has gone by the way side. Come on Walmart you guys are better than that .! Society has failed completely, even with well known places like these! Sad deal!

Had a 7 am tire installation appointment. They we're ready and opened doors at 7:25. They still got me out within an hour. Not bad at all.

BEWARE AUTO WORK !!This shop will mess up your car and send you out the door with a VERY low funded gift card and never offer to fix the issue. They employ very young and inexperienced individuals.BEWARE! they make you sign a waiver to release them of any responsibility because THEY KNOW YOUR CAR MAY GET FU**Ed UP... I've never had a professional mechanic shop make me sign a waiver first ever!! SO THAT IS WHERE I WILL KEEP MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

The best prices on car batteries and just one issue ever with these guys...they honor the warranty on their batteries if you have the receipt. You absolutely must make a photo copy of your receipt for your glove box. The cheap carbon paper they print their receipts on fades to nothing just like all other cheap printers at registers. The service here is always great, even when the Department is swamped. They do make every effort to take care of you.

Terrible service, they do not know what they are doing. We went for an oil change and they overfilled it with oil and it has gotten everywhere inside the manifold of the vehicle. They also claimed to have not known anything about the system and just started pushing buttons and messing the computer of the vehicle up as well.

I went to the location on Culebra after I was denied service for an oil change on Potranco, and no there was not anything wrong with my car. The ppl at Potranco told me that I could not be seen bc they were short staffed. I have been going to the Potranco location for years, and I had never been told that. The ppl at the Culebra location said that should have never happened bc they do not turn ppl away due to them being short staffed. Especially, if you are there before 7 pm. So, I am thankful for the automotive team at Culebra and the great service they provided me.

We only needed a patch on our tire, with one customer in front of us the job has gone over 1 hour. Many breaks in between very little work.

Apparently these guys do not know how to balance and rotate tires: When I got my car back 3 of the tires had psi ranging from 20 to 30 and the 4th one had a nail in it, And was at 15 psi so Instead of complaining I just won't go back.It seemed at the time these dudes just were having a bad day ( I can relate ), but if I was some old lady that didn't know how to do the tire stuff I guess I would have been SOL ( Seriously) :Maybe next time actually go to work wanting to work OR maybe just call in sick next time because this is BS dude, ya'll failed.

Battery prices are crazy cheap in comparison to the other auto part stores. Plus they have Walmart warranties, so you know you can return almost everywhere. Remember to read fine print. Some warranties are prorated after a few years. I have not used auto servicing in store.

Been here a few time and its always something. No-one waits on me, no-one calls me when my car is done. when you find an employee they say they dont know how to use register and can't help you. They always mispell my name so it's impossible to look up past oil changes. They don't replace the "next service due" sticker. When I went yesterday they handed my my keyfob with the service sticker wrapped around it, covered in grease. Then they got black fingerprints and smudges all over my beige upholstery and door handles. When I asked how it happened they say cause they go into car to vacumn, but it wasn't even vacumned.

I like to be prepared, I rather not waste my time at some place who might not even take my car, so I call ahead to places, an this phone didn t even work, for a huge company you would think their phones were on right? Nope. So for me your a 1 Star.

Told me hour maybe hour in a half for my tires anyways 3 hours later finally got my car back. Doubt they have a single 5 star tech with those times.
