Went to Auto dept to have trailer tire put on rim, I carried tire and rim in only to find out they don't do trailer tires, despite having my trailer tires done rhe same way at another Walmart. I wish Wal-Mart would get their stories straight. I suspect the staff at Walmart on culebra rd just didn't want to mess with it. I quit going to Walmart on 1604 and Culebra because employees are miserable working there and take it out on customers. Now, the employees at Walmart on culebra are the same way, with no customer service. What the hell happened to Walmart customer service?

These are the guys you'd want helping you out. I was in a rough spot after two flat tires and a tow one evening, rolling up as soon as they were about to close. These gentlemen offered to stay later to see if they can help me out by either trying to repair the tire itself or installing a new tire all together. While they weren't able to accomplish either (they didn't have the tires available for me), I really appreciate that they went out of their way to see if they could help me out.

Bought my tires and the hazard warranty from Walmart a few months ago. Come out and both passenger tires were on the rim. I get air in them and drive to Walmart. Wait 2 hours for them to say one tire the valve was loose and they don t know why they other tire was flat. Just a shoulder shrug. Today leaving work both tires are flat and on the rim again! Wasted my time yesterday for no reason. Now I m waiting on a tow truck at work. I would definitely like a refund on the purchased hazard and lifetime balance.Update: I had a nail in each tire. I don t know why the workers wouldn t have noticed that instead of shrugging and saying they can t find a leak.

I needed a tire change, I have the new tire, just needed it changed out. They won't do it because my driver door is broken and won't open. The lead told me that I should get the door fixed so I can get my tire fixed. There's so many things I want to say right now, and none of them good.

The cashiers are very friendly, but you will wait hours for services. Incompetent management and disorganized auto center. I would definitely recommend a different business for your tire needs.

Horrible customer service. Went to get an oil change at 5pm on Friday 11/10/23 and there was no vehicles when we pulled up . We see A worker walk right in front of us and he just looked at us and continued moving around some items . My husband got off and went inside and still no one came to the register to help him . If you hate your job then quit . Never ever coming back to this place and will definitely let all my family and friends to stay away . I guess the auto center don t want anyone s business or money .

Beware of having the Walmart techs install your wheels. Tech and I had a disagreement over the phone, came home to wash my vehicle after picking it up and noticed the big deep scratch caused by an Engraver or Dremel. Apparently Walmart is not responsible since I can not prove it was them.Service: TiresService: Tires

They never have enough people working the counter. Each time I've tried to get help there, there is one employee and 8 or more people standing in line waiting to be helped. I just leave and go elsewhere.

There are no signs to go inside the store to sign in for an oil change and the mechanics don't even pay attention to you. After signing in and handing them my keys they were going to call me when my car was ready, but they never did so after waiting more than enough and seeing my truck parked out of the garage I went in to ask and the rep already had the keys in a drawer and handed them to me. If he said come back in 20 or 30 minutes that would have been sufficient.

I ve been waiting for 5 hours for an oil change. And currently still waiting.First they don t have the correct tools, then they gotta go to autozone for another part. 4 hours in and i was never notified hopefully i can get my vehicle today for this regular routine oil change this is ridiculous. If I could give it no stars I so would. Don t order pick up for your tires here. Someone marked one of my tires unavailable online. So I called and confirmed without giving my info and they did have multiple. They say they don t have stuff available when in fact they do. The manager prefers you pay in store and does not have any knowledge of the mobile app. He wouldn t even take my order number or anything! I even called customer service and put him on the phone with them to let him know, ITS ON THEM. He didn t care. So somehow the other tire then becomes unavailable and I m forced to cancel my order in full. DO BETTER WALMART!Service: Tires

Did I use this business? Uh. NO. They turned us away because there were 20 minutes until closing. Why have service hours then? We needed help with a flat tire, and there were literally no other cars being worked on. We know because we pulled up in the back and talked to the guy in the shop. How ridiculous

I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for the tires to be installed. The technician said my car turned off 2 times while they were moving the car into the stall. They called me and informed me that they couldn t install the tires due to this problem. I arrive to pick up my car and my car doesn t turn off on me. I believe Walmart workers are lazy and don t want to work.Service: Tires

I really like this Jims location but the hours can sometimes be a little funky. The actual dining area is rarely packed unless you plan on going during the lunch rush which I do not recommend with the limited amount of wait staff available.The food is what you expect but the pricing on some of the menu items are a bit confusing. For example, the pancakes are the price of an entire meal unless you get the 2x2x2. That has always baffled me.The wait staff is super friendly most of the time we visit.

The hour at the tire shop are immature and inconsiderate. Idiots can t get their story straight .. they basically left me with 3 tires and didn t even install them even tho one guy said they could schedule me an appointment the next day I ll be filing a complaint

Great people that work here. I got my new tires installed that included their TPMS sensors. Long story short, the sensors werent compatible with my 2022 Colorado (even though it mentions they do work with my truck on website). The tech also didn't know they weren't compatible as I don't think they've been installed on newer trucks that much.I had my original tpms sensors from other tires so they went ahead and swapped them out after having installed the ones I bought.. Had to go 3x but that third time got everything squared away. I know how easy it is for both sides to get heated over something like this but everything was handled perfectly. Thanks again!

Tl;dr wasted 3 hours of my life to come up with a sorry excuse to not change my tires.Ordered tires and set an appointment online to install. Get there on the day they arrive for my appointment to find it has been cancelled, and they can't take me (no vehicles are in the bay). Also one tire hasn't arrived yet. I ask to take the other 2 and they say I can't I can only take all 3. Shouldn't have prepaid. Let the customer service lady talk me into setting an appointment for today (5\19) at 1pm. This time they can take me even though there are several vehicles in line. My truck didn't move til after 1:30. An hour later I see my truck sitting parallel parked. Had to ask if my truck was done. They said my lug nuts were siezed so they couldn't do anything. It took them 3 hours to let me know. I did brake pads not 2 weeks ago so took my own tires off with hand tools no problem, and I am not a strong man. Any one of these by themselves wouldn't have been too bad but I went on 2 separate occasions with 2 separate appointments and never got my tires installed.Service: Tires

I bought tires here with warranty. Tires went bad and wanted my warranty to replaced them. They ended up telling me they couldn t because it needed a wheel alignment. Then went the following day to another tire shop that did wheel alignments and waited for them to tell me that it was not needed. Went back to Walmart, showed the documentation and wanted to get the tires. All for them to tell me the tire I purchased got discontinued. Still got another set but was discounted for the warranty. They took so long that I had to leave to work. I sent my 17 yr old son to pick up my car to have them charge me for the full tires. I had to call them up again. Complain and now I have to return back again for them to fix the mistake. They are definitely inconveniencing me. Save your time and money, they will only give you the run around.Service: Tires

I came in for an oil change and asked for motor craft oil and filter. They were able to find the oil for my car, and everything seemed just fine. They let me know I was missing some bolts at the bottom of the vehicle, but I already knew about that and was getting it fixed the next coming weekend. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly, and I left thinking I was going to come back for my next oil change. Anyway, I started to have unrelated noices coming from my transmission so I had a family friend take a look, and he noticed that my dipstick was snapped in half. Now, my own family member had taken a look under the hood before I went to Walmart, and the dipstick was fine, so I came to the conclusion that Walmart had snapped my dipstick and didn t let me know. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn t have been upset. All they had to do was replace the dipstick, and I would have gone with my day. This doesn t seem like a big issue if they would have told me. I really was looking forward to coming back due to the short wait time.Service: Oil change

Makes no since that there's no back up person for the register and that one person is the only person able to check anyone for the tire center. Wasted time driving across town to pick my tires up only to not be able to pick them up because only one person can check people out. Definitely need to get rid of him before you lose alot of business. Smh.

Avoid this place. I was next in line...three hours later they hadn't started, technician left for lunch no one attended to the vehicle. Young man at the counter was too busy on his phone to be helpful until I insisted he check. He could not have been less interested in service. Later found out they didn't have the tools to do the job. A very apologetic tall mechanic came out and apologized as I left.Service: Auto battery replacement

Timeliness! The service was fine but it took 3 hours for an oil change. That would've been fine I was told it would be a while or for them to offer to call when it was done. I was told 1-1.5 hours. I came back after 2 hours. I was told it would be 30 more minutes. Waited another hour in the lobby, the went back to the counter and they told me my car was done. So I guess I'm just supposed to sense when it was ready. It's okay to be very busy but this was just unacceptable. I wasted so much time when I could've been at my house for 3hours.

I should've known better, than to come here. I came in for 2 new tires, and after a 5 hour wait they replaced the wrong 2 (badly damaged) tires, even after I made sure to explain to the attendant which ones I needed replaced and why. After explaining the situation to a new attendant, they luckily found the 2 good used tires and put them back on the rims. Total of 6 hours!

Nothing wrong with this place. It s Walmart, so I m not sure what half of these people leaving reviews were expecting. I had four tires mounted & balanced here and have gone about 800 miles on them without issue. You can find the same tires in store on the Walmart website for a cheaper price. Yes, it takes 2-3 hours, maybe more if there s a huge line. I just dropped my car off and they called me when it was done. People are hard to please, especially the type of people that shop at Walmart.

It's Wal-Mart... you go for the convenienceNeeded new tires purchased two and asked them to rotate the new ones to the back. After a wait of a little more than 2 hours (3 cars ahead of me for tire replacement) I asked about the car and it was ready they had just not called multiple people to get their vehicles.I see the new tires are in front still so I go and ask about it they say they recommend replacing a tire in the rear. So instead of telling me I have a bad tire while replacing the other tires they wait until the car is done and parked so I can find out later and either wait back in line to replace the other tire or come back.

said it would take 1 hour to get a tire patched. It took 3 after them constantly saying we were next but cycling everyone but us through along with breaking a piece off my wife's car and just leaving it on the seat. You're better off letting someone who either knows what they're doing or at least cares about their job take care of you.
