I've been waiting here for 2 1/2 hours for a synthetic oil change on my truck. After waiting this long, I look at the paperwork and they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. The technician is draining the oil and putting the oil I requested when I first got here. This is Wal-Mart service for you.

They way over charge just to mount and balance a tire. Wanted $31 when I can go about 5 miles down the road and get it done for $15 at a tire shop.

The workers open 20min late and then take two hours for a damn tire patch could ve been done in 5min at any local tire shop, but that would void the warranty and you can t get a tire replacement if you needed one.

Great customer service, job was done right and in a timely manner. Also, the lady sup/manager went above and beyond helping me and my mother a few years back when she had a medical issue there.

Love coming here for fast, good tasting Mexican food. Everyone is so friendly and they have fun events like karaoke and live music. Very festive and spacious seating having been recently remodeled. Definitely a fave

I went to a mechanic because my car has been turning off suddenly and he said my battery (which I bought from Walmart) was faulty. Sure it charges my car but still causes my car to turn off. My battery is still under warranty and should have been replaced but since these Walmart employees only did the bare minimum in checking the output(battery charges my car fine for about 95% of the time), they didn't help me. One tall guy was so unfriendly I don't recommend this place at all.

Great service. The woman who serviced my vehicle was professional and polite. Very helpful. They were faster than the proposed time. Will return. Everyone I dealt with this morning was great.

It's decent but I hate that at self check out the older white lady stands right over you to make sure you aren't stealing which I find rude because they can see it on the handhelds. Plus the auto center busted my head light.... So unless I really need to go to this Walmart I kind of just steer clear

They said it was going to take an hour and a half but I'm pretty sure they got it done in about 40 minutes. Made me very happy. And the staff was friendly.

Good no chairs due to COVID but that's okService was quick, they give you a sheet of everything thing they do.They can't do anything more than what you could do at home (maybe less) but they save you time and hassle.If you need anything more there's plenty of mechanics nearby on the poteet freeway and southwest military

The older lady that i believe was in charge was rude and abrupt with customers. She had a "my way or the highway" attitude..at least she managed to say thankyou. No sense of urgency....and will not even consider going the extra mile. Employees here do not want to make $$$

This place is a JOKE! I bought my tires from Walmart a few months ago with the warranty.This weekend I noticed that my car was indicating the low tire pressure symbol so I dropped my vehicle off to get serviced around 3:00 P.M. The employee ask me what I needed and I told her that my tire pressure was low and I needed to get my tires checked, she asked me if I ALSO wanted to rotate them and balance them and I said sure why not! I leave the store and go home since I always do that and Walmart eployees call me to let me know what s going on and when it s ready (Walmart on Pleasanton Road ONLY does that ONLY apperantly). I never got a call so I called them around 5:30. I had to call MANY times until someone answers me, I ask if my car was ready and he said yes. I ask the employee if anything was wrong my tires he said according to my notes no, I said okay great maybe they just needed some air no bigggy ! I drive down there and when I walk in I ask the guy again if anything was wrong with my tires he tells me he is going to go ask again just to make sure. When he walks back out he says no the tires were ok nothing is wrong with them. He handles me the keys with the paper work and I leave. As I walk to my car I look at my tires and I see a BIG NAIL ! (BUT REMEMBER NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE TIRES ACCORDING TO THE EMPLOYEES). My husband walks inside and tells one of the employees to come look at the nail, the gentleman comes and looks at it and apologized. He then tells me and my husband that he will call his manager. He walks back outside with his manager and she just walks up to the tire and starts to mumble back and forward with the employee. My husband explains how unexpected that was that they were going to send us off with a nail on the tire and how it s unsafe the manager then says I have seen bigger tires than that! My husband told her it doesn t matter it can still cause a accident and she said You only came for a rotation not to check the tires, we ONLY do what you asked us to do EXCUSE ME ??? So you are telling me that If I were to only go in for a rotation (which I didn t) and you see a nail you are not going to do anything about it because that is not what I went in for ?????? She also told us that there is cameras all around the building and she can check cameras (which I don t get where she was going with it)That is so pathetic! She rudely tells the employee what to do and begins to walk back into the building. I tried to talk to her and she just kept telling me something along the lines like let s move on from this but never did she say I am sorry my employee didn t see it but now that we do let sfix it! I ve NEVER spoken to a MANAGER as rude as her!Walmart teach your MANAGERS the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE especially them since the employees look up to them!

I brought my 2003 Chevy Silverado to have the battery replaced .and now my stereo doesn't Power on . When I informed the manager. She Stated that I should probably check some fuses. Which I most definitely will do. However. There isn't a doubt in my mind that something happened in the process of swapping out the battery that caused the radio Power to cut out . Proving that however is impossible so it is just one of those situations where the customers SOL

I walked around the store aimlessly for an hour and a half just to be informed that they could not service my car since the latch for the hood was broken. I asked them if I could open it for them but the service manager said no. First time I experience this at this Wal-Mart as I have previously taken my car to the same shop for service even with the broken latch. I will no longer have my vehicle serviced here.

Went to get my oil changed....Was so fast wonder if is really done right!I leave there and go my marry way and guess what? Car light comes onCHANGE ENGINE OIL. O% LEFTMakes me wonder?????

It was my first time getting an oil change at this Walmart location and it definitely would not be my last. Customer service was excellent oil change service was quick and the prices you cannot beat.

Work is good and prices are fair. Although if you have to wait be prepared to walk the store or just stand because there's no seating.

Walmart TLE (TIRE & LUBE EXPRESS) is notorious for being slow, negligent and for provided inadequate customer service, much like Walmart as a whole. No exception here. I wouldn't visit unless you lack other options.

Clean ,well organized. They never answer there phones. When they do they put you on hold for 10 minutes or more.

Sure they gave my warrantied battery to someone else, BUT they ended up replacing my battery at end of day.
