Was here for almost three hours for two front tires to be replaced. I came here when it opened, 2nd person in line. And they even almost changed the wrong tires.Don't come, unless you live sitting in Walmart.*from working there long ago, I remember them telling me none of them are really certified techs. Just labeled there for show

I've been to this auto center a few times now and its a good experience. I leave my car here and go elsewhere in the meantime that's why the wait is not an inconvenience for me. I so find that their prices are lower than other places.

All I heard was yes sir.i got you.ill make sure it's done.i have a hard time getting my 24 inch mud tires balanced at places.but walmart got it done like it was a everyday thing.the attention and service was like having my friends talking to me.thanks to the guys at WALMART AUTOMOTIVE.SUPER JOB.

I always get my truck oil changed here and use their high Milage oil.

I came here for the first and last time recently. I requested an oil change and received a text saying it was done around 20 minutes after I dropped of my car. I went to pick it up and a worker said it was not ready and the text was wrong. I left and came back around 30 minutes later and a different worker said it was not ready. I waited by the window looking at cars come in and out and after I noticed I had been waiting for 2 hours I became frustrated and walked outside. My car had been parked on the other side of the building. I told the workers and they found my paperwork. Turns out my car had been ready 2 + hours ago when I received the text, they just misplaced the paperwork.

Never take your car to this place. They messed up the first time putting oil change, oil was leaking & it wasn't tight enough & 2nd time my car started smelling like oil for 2 weeks after driving it. Turns out they never put back the oil deep stick back and now my whole engine is covered with oil. Bad service and worse mechanics!!

The guys who work in the shop are lazy and dishonest. Three separate times this year I had to go back to put the proper tire pressure in. They must also be stupid because my car has a digital readout of each tire s pressure (which I think is obvious with my newer car), and I catch them in a lie each time. They also don t even check your washer fluid yet write down that they do.They also lied about telling me I had a bent rim and that the tires couldn t be properly balanced. I went to a local garage and had them balanced and rotated within 20min. What s worse is that I spent $ on lifetime balance and rotation for the tires I bought with them.I gave them several chances but I m done with them and will drive the extra distance to find a better location.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Got me and and out quick for tire balancing the guys with the tattoos were really nice and friendly. I will only go here from now on for all walmart auto care.

We needed a new battery, so we decided to stop at this location before church. We were greeted immediately by Kelley and then Marisol stole the show!! What a kind spirit! She was attentive, efficient and extremely outgoing. The techs got our battery and wiper installed very quickly. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! We will be back!Service: Battery

I have been here since 6:50am to get an oil change. The posted auto center hours for this Walmart are 7am-7pm and it is now 7:35am and the doors to the auto center are still closed and there is only one guy setting up tires on the outside of the garage doors. Icould be upset about this and ask for a manager as soon as I get inside but I'm not mad at the Ron Jeremy look alike that chose to come in to work. The man is all by himself and no one has come to help him. The multi billion dollar company that Walmart is needs to do better and pay their employees and take care of them. The doors finally open at 7:43am. Only 2 guys scheduled to open and 1 guy calls in and now no vehicles will get worked on until 9am when the next guy shows up. Apparently Walmart requires 2 guys to work in the garage at a time for safety reason, no exceptions. I chose to go somewhere else and do not trust this auto center will do a good job due to this experience so far. If you are on a tight schedule I recommend to go somewhere else because this Walmart Auto center is definitely not trustworthy enough to be able to open on time or have adequate staff scheduled to be prepared for 1 employee calling in.

Usually get my oil change at a Walmart. First time at this particular store. Won't go back. People stood around laughing and joking while customers were waiting to be served. Was told my car wasn't ready when I came up to the counter. After sitting another 20 mins, went back to counter and asked someone else. It had been ready for nearly 45 mins. When originally dropped car off, asked for an estimate on tires for my car. It wasn't done. Clearly this department of this store is not being managed well.

Well I give it two stars because the service manager in automotive was very rude I really don't appreciate him being so rude no customer service experience I think he needs to go to training very unprofessional then I talked to co manager and she fixed my problem I even got my oil for the ticket price thank you co manager for the price override I would really like to see someone else run that service center his attitude was horrible the cashier was very friendly though kept her cool and was very professional since I got my problem fixed I give it stars

I usually always get an oil change here and I'm beginning to dislike it. The man who took my vehicle was rude. I waited a little over an hour so i decided to check if my vehicle was ready and it was! I did not receive a call saying it was ready so I wasted time walking around Wal-Mart with 2 children. This isn't the first time this has happened either. More like the 3rd time. Going to see about getting an oil change elsewhere from now on.

Heather from the auto care center provided us with the slowest possible service. After standing in front of her for 5 minutes she finally acknowledged our presence and told us to go to the other employee for help. Non of the employees gave us any kind of courtesies like hello/ thank you or had showed anything that resembled manners. We had to wait for several hours for a simple oil change and were not notified when our car was done with the service. We had to track Heather down and again were treated like an inconvenience to her. It was even a hassle trying to leave as the door was locked and she was "helping " another customer( who she was basically insulting for asking questions. ) and would not even open the door for us. The Walmart on 1604 and patranco has much, much better customer service and also gives a better vibe as I felt there was an element of discontent for me and me significant other based on our ethnicity. This was a poor display of customer service and we will not be returning.

I had to wait several minutes for some one to acknowledge I was there to even check in NY car. After it was finished it took another 15 min before they let me know. And another 15 min to actually get checked out because the guy kept hoping others before finishing with me. They didn't fill my washer fluid vacuum makes me wonder what else they didn't do. Horrible experience but it happens at every location. Expect to be here at least an hour and half.

The pit crew kinda needs more experience, not sure but have your vehicle checked before and after..6 months prior did ok today...11.17.22. Checked out before oil changed early..little messy on top needed to wipe of excess

UNRELIABLE!!!! I wouldn t even give them half a star. Bought brand new tires here and they charged me to balance them- but they aren t balanced. When I brought my car back to the center after having it checked somewhere else to make sure it was the balancing they told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I m so so so tired of wal mart. I have never had a positive visit here. Ever. The people are always in a bad mood. They take forever and they are UNRELIABLE. never will I come here again for anything.

I usually go first thing on the weekends, and they can get me in and out pretty quickly. Haven't had any issues with any of the work. Oil change & tire rotation

I came into the Walmart Auto Care Center to get an oil change and my filters change. When I asked them to change my filters they told me "there clean". I knew that was a lie because I haven't had them replaced in 6 years! So I took the liberty of replacing it myself. I put a picture to show my old one compared to a new one. Needless to say my filter was not clean.

Bought tires and scheduled an appointment for my ram 3500. Well after waiting a week to get in they finally informed me at the counter they didn't have the 6 point jack to lift my truck. I'm mad they wanted my time and I would have just gone somewhere else a week ago.

I am from out of town. I had a tire that had 2 nails in it. It was repaired and got me back on the road. It was busy but I waited and they worked through all the people and got mine done. They were very helpful and hospitable.

I came in for my oil change they didn t have the part to change the filter so they tell me I can go out get it and come back and they would do it for me for free I go out but the part come back and they don t replace my filter just wasted my time for nothing not to mention they don t replace your windshield wiper fluid with actual windshield wiper fluid idk what they use but when you use the windshield wipers you get the god awful stench like sewage definitely don t recommendService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Tire and automotive are the worst. 3 hours and nothing done to my car. They actually messed a sensor for the tires up. They did nothing to correct the problem. Put 3 tires in my trunk and 1 in the front seat so I can get the work done else where. The people in this section of Walmart are unprofessional. Straight trash.

FRONT Windshield wipers were installed by Walmart Auto Care Center @ Ray Ellison and SW Loop 410 on 6/20/2021. It was not until i was using the wipers on the morning of Tuesday, 6/28/2021 when the driver side wiper fell OFF during a torrential rain storm at 6 a.m., I could see nothing and had to maneuver car to the first exit i came to (military and 90) and took the turn-a-round, which was flooded. I had to chance it. otherwise, i would be in rising water. I made it to the Exxon on military and 90. Thank God the wiper DID NOT fly off the car, but instead, got stuck between the hood and the windshield where it was held in place. I learned that Wal Mart Auto Care Center DID NOT SNAP on either FRONT wiper. They merely hooked them onto the wiper arm. How do i know that? In my effort to ensure the wipers were secure, I pulled on the one that fell off and HEARD IT CLICK INTO PLACE. I Did the same with the passenger side wiper. NEVER, EVER will i have Wal Mart sell OR install windshield wipers for me again. It could have been far worse. No thank you, Wal Mart Auto Care Center @ Ray Ellison and SW Loop 410!

They like to forget to let you know your vehicle is done. Sat there for over an hour after it was done, the lady at the counter was just hanging out talking to everyone instead of getting people out on time. Diana was her name.

Not the ones I want any business with...they all rude and take for ever to check you out ..they just walk past you and asking a question oh Damm don't waste your time .the Walmart itself is full of staff who don't even seem to enjoy their job. Managers another story... They always have expired items so check dates especially on so call clearance items.. they are good at their loss prevention if only they committed that energy to customer service instead of thinking they are police officers..respect your local law abiding law enforcement members

Doesn't offer state inspections like Google suggested. Still great for tire patches or replacements. Make sure you do it with plenty of time because they take their time!
