I have been there before she get an oil change and everything was fine. However, this time is horrible. They forgot to seal the oil filter so it spit all the way out. You have a bad smell so it s smoking saturate my alternator which caused the battery to die, and when I called to tell them, they were not helpful, I had to have the vehicle told and my expense I will no longer vehicle so for an oil change I would Encourage anybody who asked to at least go to the mechanic shop that specializes in oil changes.

My battery was low so I got a jump start to Wallmart on Bandera . I arrived early around 9a.m. There were several people with appointments ahead of me. The girl working came out and put a new battery in my car and I think I stood In line longer to pay then it took her to do that. But everyone working was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend going there with any car troubles.

Went back to get my tires re-torqued and they checked out a noise from my tires and fixed it for free. The employees were really helpful and nice! Thank you guys.

We got here at 3:00pm and left at 7:00pm for an oil change! I had time to walk to a nearby Burger King and shop for myself. Everyone who was waiting for their cars kept looking out the window to see why it was taking so long and they hadn't even touched the cars yet! I'm never coming back here again!!!

Went for an oil change. Was given a time frame and was told I would get a call when done. It was taking much longer than expected so I went to the desk to ask about it. Mind you, you can't sit anywhere since the waiting room is closed due to covid, so I had to walk around the store the entire time. Turns out my car was ready, so I paid and got in my car. Looked at the paperwork and turns out I was wondering the store for more than an hour after the service completion time. Never got a call. Moral of the story, don't hesitate to be THAT customer and check in on the status of your car. I chose not to be and wasted my time.

A job that was supposed to take at the most 2 hours had us there for FOUR hours. HORRIBLE customer service, the guy was pretty rude. I asked for them to check the tires that weren't being replaced as I was only replacing 2, and now one of the tires I didn't replace is flat. Obviously no one checked it. Also asked for a fuel filter change that wasn't done. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple extra bucks to go to Discount Tire.

I drove up to the car center at 11 this morning with 3 cars in the bay. 2 cars getting an oil change front of me and one who just bought tires. I came in to install 2 tires that I ordered earlier in the week online at Walmart. It is almost 1:30 now and they are still working on installing them. Im told they are "balancing the last one now" which will take another 20 minutes at least to balance the second tire. It will be 2.5 almost 3 hours of waiting when it is all said and done. The 6 people who came in after me... Gone. Only one car besides mine is this in the bay. Sadly, that car came in the same time as me. Think about it.. 2 tires installed... 7 people on staff when I showed up and 3 cars plus mine in the bay. 2.5 hours to install 2 tires and another 30 minutes to replace a light. Wow. Why do I do this to myself? I should know better. Yay! Car finally done.. well sorta... no one knows for sure. now 9 people working. Had to call manager to get car finished. 1:50 p.m. Finally checked out

This is the worst place to get your car stuff done here one time I came they were only 2 vehicles in front me for an oil change and one car needed a tire change out, 3 hours wait!?! No thank you came back today they didn t even bother attending to me waited in my car for 10 min I left the big guy saw us and just turned around with a face if you don t like your job I suggest you find another one

I Had an oil change done. They work really really slow. I was At the Walmart car center at 0700. 1 car ahead of me. Did not get my car until 0920. Always have problem with the car center at this Walmart. Will go back to the Walmart close to my house.

Double check your receipt and make sure you are charged correctly. i went there yesterday for an oil change and got an extra charge on my account. Turns out stephen (head technician) paid for a subscription to Wal-Mart's beauty box with my card.

The service is great. The cashier, since there is always just one is slow. If the scheduling of service and paying for items was quicker it would be a 5 star service.

I went there to get new wipers for my car, I called before going.I was told they had the type wipers I needed for my 2015 Kia. I went and they put them on without a long wait.

Very annoying sat there for ten minutes just to see prices on slow leak tire the tech had no communication skills and told me when I was ready to let him know when I can pull in the bay when he s the tech seemed like he didn t want to help, then walked off with no concern so I spent my money at another place

There were no reference books by the oil and filters section. The employees in the auto section were clueless, on the type of oil My vechicle needed. I had to look up everything I needed to know on my phone.

3 hour wait to replace 1 tire in the morning. On top of things I had to go back 3 days later due to a leak in my tire. They fixed for free but still had to wait 1 full hour...

Walmart had a rollback deal on one of their oil changes. Craig was a great salesman and pitched the additional $10 for fuel injector cleansing, good deal.
