Steven and the rest of the crew were very helpful and professional. All four of my tires were replaced with a free lifetime warranty on each one (perks of being a Walmart Plus member). I have no complaints :)

*update! It turns out this location will treat you like royaly only when you're spending money. Since my tires are on warranty, I've taken my tires here 4 times for flat repair. What should be a simple 15 minute service takes 1.5 hours minimum! Even with an appointment. My most recent visit I scheduled an appointment at 7am, I was on time and I was the only customer there. Still took nearly 2 hours. Even an oil change came and left within 45 minutes and I was still waiting for a flat repair. Horrible service in the back. It's like they are being instructed to hold off on serving the tire repair.I needed to purchase 4 new tires so I was researching and comparing value from different stores including Costco & Firestone. Daniel in the auto center was by bar the most polite. He answered all on my questions and was kind, patient and knowledgeable so I decided to go with this Walmart location on Walzem rd. Even in store he was so professional with everyone. Not to mention a great deal! $430 for a set of 4 brand new Goodyear tires, including the extra I paid for the 1 year road hazzard warranty. Good service, but I waited for a battery replacement service that took a couple hrs and had only 1 service tech.The tech did a superior service on my vehicle!!Maybe,other locations,are a bit different, or for the best service.

I always would come here because I thought they would do good but I went to another place today because there was only one person working there at Walzem this morning and At the new location they told me that someone had wrote underneath my car it said Jesus , Walmart proud they drew a circle and F words and stuff yeah never going back there ever again! Not even to go shopping not a trusted place I would not recommendService: Auto maintenance

Good so far, haven't had any problem w/battery. But last time I was there they were not able to chg oil they said oil plug stripped. Good year removed oil plug w/out any problem.

I went in to have a tire looked at to see if it could be patched or needed to be replaced and decided to have the old changed too. It was toward the end of the day and it took a fairly long time, which didn't matter that much but when they finished they had not checked the tire and had just done the oil change. So, I left with no solution to the problem I came with.

7/6/17 Dont go here. Horrible customer experience. I was told to wait one hour for an oil change. Waited over an hour and still didn't get my service done, other customers upset and left because the cashier was rude with an attitude. She had a conversation with another employee that she had a job interview somewhere else

Hello, GuysI work here at Acc at Walzem, been here since 4-18-2019. Team and I are new and improved. There are times where we have a wait time, and there are times when no one is there to serve. I apologize for the past and hope that you guys can give us a second chance to prove ourselves. Thank you for your time

There s never anyone readily available at the kiosk. You have to hit the touchscreen on the credit card reader to ask for assistance several times before anyone finally comes out. Then when someone finally comes out they have an attitude. There s also a sign right above the exit that states this door must remain unlocked while building is occupied yet the only way you can exit is if the associate behind the kiosk opens the door for you from behind the desk. So there you are stuck waiting at the kiosk for way to long waiting for service and you can t even exit because no one is there to unlock/open the door for you. I m going to notify the local Fire Marshal. This is clearly a safety issue and likely a fire code violation.

Not just this one but all wal marts in this area. Are either lazy or unders staff. Whats going on? Cant get an oil change done within 30mins. Always 2hr wait, 3hr wait .. Ridiculous this has happened more than a few times. So i finally had to say something.

I've been coming to this location for a couple years now. I always get the service I need done. Today, though they really went above and beyond they even vacuumed my carpets. Only place I come to get an oil change. Thanks y'all!

Walmart on Walzem has good prices for synthetic oil changes. These guys do a great job! Get in early!
