Vollmer Service Center is the only place we will have our cars repaired. Dominick and the mechanics are AMAZING! They are reliable and honest. It's such a relief to know your vehicle is in trustworthy hands! Thanks for everything guys!!

This shop was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad they did. They are extremely honest and do not recommend anything you don't need. Their pricing is more than fair and the service and responsiveness is above and beyond. We would highly recommend Vollmer to anyone and everyone and will most definitely be back!

I often do my own work after having many issues with stealerships and other shops in town. Vollmer Service Center is the first shop I've used that I trust with all the work I cannot or do not want to perform myself and know it'll be done correctly and with care.They use top quality brands and products and take care when performing work.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Very professional and very personal service. I went in to have something done and instead they explain to me what was going on and saved me money instead of just doing it. I plan on looking forward to doing future business with them. And I also bring my car all the way down from Colorado to continue my business.

Dominic and Francis Garza have repaired and serviced our entire family s automobiles for 12 years. They are consummate professionals, dependable, and will never charge a customer for something they could not fix. I trust them completely. Driving now for 53 years, I have never had a better repair shop. They are simply the best and great guys, too!

This Car Service Station is awesome, I took my son's minicooper here, we set up an appointment and they refilled his freon for his A/C and did his radiator bottom hose and reinforced it so it wouldn't dangle and they also Support our military!! I appreciate the work done and very reasonably priced. Thanks Dominic and Team. Definitely coming back.

I highly recommend these guys for getting your major repairs done. Brought my Veloster in for a clutch replacement after being quoted $3300 from Firestone. After a quick call to see what they d quote me for the same job they told me $2100. Cost breakdown and labor on my invoice all seem to match up.Furthermore, the edge of my bumper was sticking out as the clips have worn out, and they connected it back together just as a courtesy without me asking for it. These guys care about their work and their customer service and it shows. I don t usually review businesses but when it saves me over a grand I m happy to leave a review for a job well done.

First off, let me say I am all about supporting small, local business. I have been bringing my Land Rover here for a couple years for oil changes and routine maintenance. The owner, Dominic, is knowledgeable, friendly, and is all about putting the customer first. During my last visit, I had a minor issue pop up and Dominic went above and beyond to make things right.I trust this shop and would recommend to anyone.

Vollmers did a fantastic job repairing my truck on short notice! Had a long trip planned leaving the next day and Dominic was a hero to work me into the mix in an already busy shop. Awesome customer service. Quality work. Great attention to detail. I consider myself very fortunate to have found this great shop! I will definitely be back. I've been here a couple of times before when I was living nearby, but just recently moved further out of San Antonio. I was debating finding a new mechanic closer to my new location but it's hard to find a good one you trust. I couldn't stop thinking about how great Dominic has been in the past so I decided to figure out a time to make the distance work.I'm glad I did and took the shot to come out before I have to go on a road trip this weekend. Dominic took a look at my car and made sure l'd be okay for the trip. Every time I come, it's always a comfortable experience and easy to talk to him despite my poor knowledge of cars. Even with the distance, I know I'll be making sure to come here anytime I have any car problems in the future.

Found this place on a whim and it's been a godsend. Bought a lemon and they told me very honestly "get rid of it ASAP". I proceeded to try to use the car and the engine would flood. I'd call the office and they would walk me through how to get the car started! That's 5 stars to me, saved me from having to tow. I bought a new car a few years ago and usually use the dealership service center but this last oil change the recommended 1600$ in repairs and stressed how important it was to get the work done ASAP. After the inspection at Vollmer's they explained most of the repairs are not needed for the car to function properly and can wait. They were able to even squeeze in battery cable replacement and gave the car back in one day. I've had horror stories with service centers and by far this is the best one I've come across because I feel I can trust them!

I took my van to Vollmer to get my engine replaced. The service manager contacted me often with progress updates. I spoke to the mechanic (I'm emotionally attached to the van so I needed to know who was working on her) and he was amazing. The work the performed was exceptional and they even fixed a couple of things that were not on the scope. When I picked up the van the bill was actually $1 cheaper than the quote. I am beyond pleased at the quality of work and the professionalism with which I was treated.Service: Engine repair

Honest, professional and great work. Fixed several warning lights by replacing loose wires in my BMW. The dealership would have fixed each warning whether service was really needed or not, and probably charge me $5000. I highly recommend Vollmer!!

Straight up the best auto repair shop in San Antonio. Their staff emphasizes great customer service and professionalism. They have a comfortable and roomy waiting room but if you're in a hurry they do offer shuttle transportation. They're fast and diligent. I've had my A/C compressor and keyless door feature replaced on my 2012 BMW here. Both times, I didn't have any issue or reason to complain. The fellas at Vollmer Service Center are A1, they're experienced in all automobile repairs, bumper to bumper. I recommend them to anyone who has a vehicle.

Took my 2019 Audi A8L in to get an aftermarket Lowering module installed. With the part being very new to the D5 s, it seemed like quite a challenge. Don t think anyone in SA or the surrounding area has this unit on their A8. The manager Dominic got it handled and did so with professionalism and quality service in mind. Not to mention they were careful with my vehicle and that was a plus. I highly recommend Vollmer Service Center for all types of vehicle repair and additions. I ll definitely return

I was having trouble starting my car and if it did start, and i would drive it, it wouldn't start again. Took it to Vollmer they kept it about 4 days & found out what the problem was. I have been speaking to Dominic & he was vey good at keeping me updated. He ordered the parts and in 2 days my car was fixed. My car is driving like new. I highly recommend Voller Automotive. Not to mention the prices are affordable. Thank you Dominic & Vollmer Automotive. I will definitely keep going back for all my car issue's if i have any.

I have a VW CC that I used to take to a very reputable shop. For the past four months, I've had to take it to said shop, at the very least, four times; spending well over 2 grand and my check engine light stayed on. Beyond frustrated I was recommended Vollmer for their honesty and affordability. The last quote I received from the previous shop was my catalytic converter and it was going to cost $1400. Brought it in to Dominic that morning, $150 later my car has been running like a dream!! I understand this won't be everyone's experience but I can say they will be very upfront and honest with you. I appreciate Vollmer soooooo much. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I only take my card to Vollmer. Dominic is an honest guy, knows his stuff, does great work and has great prices. Definitely recommend taking your car here for any repairs.

Prices may be a little on the upper middle realm, but the service was worth it and my car feels better than ever! Had AC fixed, and bolts tightened up on the frame.

Dominic is the best in town ! Vollmers auto has always been the best when I take my vehicles in for service . The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take care of all my issues with my vehicles . Vollmers auto is by far the best in San Antonio ! Highly recommended!

Made a deal with (Dominic) I left work early and drove 30 min to get there only to find you broke our deal and sold to someone else. Unfortunately your honesty and trustworthiness reflect on Vollmer since you are operating out of their business. So if you have time to waste and want to get lied to, come on down to vollmers and ask for (Dominic) first desk on the left when you walk in.

Honest mechanics that stand by their work are a rare breed these days but Vollmer is the exception to that rule. I would never take my mercedes anywhere else.
