Mr. Padilla was just amazing! He came right to my house which is a huge time saver. He was very kind and easy going. He explained his whole process to me while trouble shooting the vehicle which gave me peace of mind. After everything was completed he was able to accept Credit Card which made the already easy process that much more convenient. Definitely recommend his service to anyone! Mr Padilla was very responsive, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint a complex electrical issue on the roadside and offer a warranty on his work. While he was not the most affordable option in his category, his work was worth every penny spent and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed. I highly recommend him.

Had a quick and easy experience with this company, extremely convenient with reasonable pricing. Communicated fast and worked with my schedule to fix my car up, and he even went the extra mile to teach me what he was doing while completing the repair. I called VIP to assess the repair needed for my husband s Ford F150. Mr. Padilla was fantastic! He arrived around the set time, he was courteous, and he took his time to explain the repair that was needed, and his estimate. He was able to repair the truck, made sure it was back to proper working order and his charges were absolutely reasonable. I have saved the number for VIP not only for future needs, but also for recommendations. Thank you VIP!

I called Mr. Padilla for what I taught was the problem, had the part there already, but Mr. Padilla Decided to give it a thorough check before he replaced the part. And I'm glad he did. He found the actual problem Fix it and saved me some money. He welcomed me as he worked, explained Everything that was happening. An overall I am very pleased.I will recommend him to all my friends and family and I will definitely be calling him back.

Was so quick to help and professional. Had him replace the starter in my spare car, he was great. He showed up and did the work the same day. Showed me the pricing of everything and explained what he was going to do as well While he was working on the car! Will be using him again!

Called with electrical problems and he lived far away from me. He gave me some pointers as opposed to paying for him to come all the way out and it worked. Rare person just helping you out to help you out. Cant imagine how good he must be if he actually works on your car! Thank you brother

Mr. Padilla is honest, kind, and does fantastic work. I m very glad he lent his expertise towards the repair of my son s vehicle. He diagnosed and repaired the issue I needed help with fast and communicated with me along the process of getting everything fixed. It s 115 degrees in Las Vegas and my car will not start! Mr. Padilla (in San Antonio, Texas) was able to diagnose my car trouble via telephone by asking several questions. He determined it was my key. Luckily I had my spare and I tried it reluctantly (I mean surely it was the battery or something but not a key) Well, the car started right up to my surprise. I was having issues with my starter on a Friday, my normal shop was too busy to work on my car until Monday but I couldn't take any time off for car trouble. I called Mr. Padilla, he was able to diagnose the issue Friday afternoon bought a new starter and installed it Saturday morning. My father once told me, "Son, when you meet a truly genuine person, make sure to get their name and number. You can never know enough genuine people."This absolutely applies to Mr. Padilla. I had an issue with my 2009 Mini Cooper S overheating suddenly. Mr. Padilla came to me (as advertised) and immediately got to work. He checked a few different areas, the 35 + years of experience were brightly on display. He did a patch repair, noting that the coolant overflow reservoir would need to be replaced.I'm someone who loves to learn, and I like to get my hands dirty. So he not only answered all of my questions, but he showed me exactly what I needed to do if I decided to do the swap on me own.I ordered the part and using his instruction was able to get everything going and haven't had any issues since.Mr. Padilla will forget more about the automobile mechanic industry that many will learn in a lifetime.Don't hesitate to contact him for your automotive issues.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Don t hesitate to call Mr. Padilla for your auto mechanic needs. It s very rare to find an honest mechanic who is extremely knowledgeable in repair and spot-on in diagnostics. Mr. Padilla fixed all 3 of my vehicles within a few days and even offered me a military discount!! I am so thankful and blessed I crossed paths with Mr. Padilla his number is permanently in my phone contacts and should be in yours too!! You will not regret hiring Mr. Padilla for your auto mechanical needs. If you want the job done RIGHT, Mr. Padilla is your man. Lauro came out to take a look at our vehicles. He was able to punctually determine the issue, inform us what was going on, and repair on site.Would be 5 stars, but I'm a huge customer service person. We agreed upon a set price for a set of services. Due to no fault of his own, he was not able to perform the agreed upon service in its entirety. I requested to not pay for the service he was not going to be able to perform as originally intended. He guilt tripped me about trying to rip him off, still expecting to be paid the full agreed-upon price although he was no longer able to perform the full agreed upon service. Sliminess rather than fairness is not a great customer service quality.He was otherwise honest, flexible, and reasonable. Because of this, I gave him a very generous gratuity anyway. I'm still willing to consider giving him another chance and call him first any time my vehicle needs professional eyes. Thank you, Lauro!

VIP Mobile Mechanic was able to come and fix my Dodge Magnum that wouldn't start. From the in depth diagnosing to replacing the component necessary, it was done in less than a couple of hours. And he did it on such short notice too!HIGHLY Recommended for any automotive repair needs!!!

Finding Mr. Padilla and having him service my wife's vehicle was a great decision. Very professional, thorough, communicative and reliable. I got quotes over the phone that would have led me to pay 2x what Mr. Padilla charged, for half of the quality. He explained the issue, explained why and how he would fix it and got the job done in the time that he said he would. Mr. Padilla was amazing and honest. He was able to change my brake pads and rotors within 40 mins of my initial call with him to get quotes. He was able to quickly change my front brake pads and rotors AND be honest with my back brake pads and rotors needing to not be changed currently. He is definitely my go to mechanic for all changes. Mr. Padilla is an outstanding mechanic! He is thorough, very honest and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was back up and running. He was able to come by the very next day and fixed my vehicle in just a few short hours even making a quick trip to the dealer to pick up a part. This guy is the best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He s a very experienced mechanic, charges less than major repair shops, is licensed/bonded/insured, and comes to your front door!! And even weekends!! He s honest, quick, and is a premier example of a hard working American who is reliable and professional. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! My bf is the one who utilized mr. Padillas services & his review was very consistent with all the other reviews. Knowledgeable, not scammy, invested in the job he is doing. Although ours was a transmission issue and he is not a transmission specialist, the trip to have him come take a look was very worth it because he s been invested in figuring out our best fix ever since. Very happy with the services received from Mr. Padilla. I d recommend him to anyone, thank you again!

Mr. Padilla is very professional & polite person.He listen to our concerns why our Dodge Ram would not start.The alter on our dash board was saying it was the fuel injection.Mr. Padilla was able to access it was our spark plugs, that was in need of replacement. That why our fuel was not getting to our motor to turn over the motor. He bought the spark plugs today & installed them for us today, without having to have our truck pulled to a garage, wait in line for several days to get your car or truck back.His pricing are fair & work was outstanding. Blessed to have found Mr. Padilla .We highly recommend Mr. Padilla.Thank you & God Bless you.
