They let a food truck with absolutely no customer service experience take over at night.I knew it was late and I had less than 5 minutes, I just needed something to eat at the time, the girl really had 0 suggestions, so I asked "What is the most available item?'. She suggested the beans, & I obliged. It took her a while to even process my transaction & even after that, she took her time to pack 2 other orders.I never questioned the quality of the food, all I ever asked for was the most readily available item & even after I had paid $20 for "3 beans" I felt no one there cared.& If that's their standard for customer service, I don't want to even imagine their standard for food.Worst $20 spent

I had been having problems with my air conditioner, and I decided to take in to this mechanic shop, Victor attended me and also did the work! They did an amazing job! It was on time and a great price. If you need someone whose reliable, goes above and beyond for you and does great work I definitely recommend Vic's Auto shop! Thanks so much! I have lived all over the country, have had to find a good mechanic in every city. When I moved to San Antonio everyone at my job in fine dining used Vics Auto Tech. My car is old and been in alot of extreme conditions. Hands down....they are the best mechanics I have ever had, FAIR PRICE-QUALITY WORK. I also suggest this to single women looking for a safe place with no hassle to have work done. They are professional family men.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I loved the service at Vic's Auto Tech, everyone is very nice and everything is within reasonable price. I live on the south side of town and always make the drive downtown to Vic's Auto Tech. I've been taking my car here for a very long time and never have I been disappointed. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I went in with an inspection and for them to take a look at the light blinking on my toyota. not only were they fast, Ignacio went out if his way to explain in detail what was going on. Making this my primary stop moving forward.

These guys are fine for basic things like oil changes and flushes. Long story short, they broke one of the bolts when replacing my starter and would not fix it. The owner told me he could put a vice grip on it to hold it in place lol. It cost me an additional $1200 at the dealer to get it fixed right. The dealer had to pull out the engine and drill the sheered bolt out and rethread it. Never going back.

I like it when you are treated with respect. And they don't over charge . Quality work. This is the 3rd time I have brought my mustang back for work on it. Now I'm getting my sway bar linkage replacement on both sides. I'm very excited to not hear the clickety clackety going down these terrible roads in San Antonio. I will update .

Got me im right away, had appointment with Precision down the street, Pecision didn't really even want to start in my repair, calles Vics and drove 1 block and got started repairing 5mins later.Axrually am glad because this has a waiting room, real shop, etc.Ill come here from here on out.

Took my car here to get the bulb replaced for my front left blinker. They fixed it in about 10 minutes tops and charged me only $15. I'm looking to bring it back to have the a/c compressor replaced. Vic was quoting me only $150. That's not bad.

It is always great when you take your car to have it repaired, they charge you, and then the owner tells you that you need to take it somewhere else. I took my car in to have some brake work done. Prior to taking the car to Vic's Auto Tech, the brakes were not squeaking. After paying Vic and taking the car home, we noticed they started squeaking when putting the car in reverse. We took it back to Vic's Auto Tech and were informed we needed to put factory brake pads on because the brand he had put on were defective. Putting the factory brake pads on incurred another cost, which we paid. Well, low and behold the brakes started squeaking again. Even worse this time, and moving forward. Not in reverse, as previously. After going back to Vic's Auto Tech a third time, we were told here may be a recall on the brake pads. Turns out there was not. What was Vic's solution? Take it to the dealership, and have hem look at it. What a poor customer service response. Let's see. Let me go pay someone else more money, after we have already paid him twice. Lesson learned, and if I were you, I would not take your car in or service to Vic's Auto Tech.

We live close by to Vic's and that has been a real lifesaver. Everyone is nice and they do good work. One time when Doug was sick; it was the week of Christmas but Vic himself came to our house when I explained what was happening with Doug's health and the car not working. I recommend Vic's for any car emergency!

Great guy, great mechanic, he and his team (Nacho). They've kept my Jeep on the road verses my Jeep sitting in the junk yard. I've been a loyal customer since 2007.

My mother in law lives down the street, so we have ben going here for years. I have a hard time trusting mechanics because I feel like they are always trying to sell you something. I take my car here when I notice something is wrong and they always find the solution, no trying to "fix other things." The work is always at a reasonable price.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would .... I have gone to this place a couple times but this was the last time I go there, very unprofessional and they wanted to overcharge for just replacing a light, this was a horrible experience when I declined the service and fixed it myself and came back for my inspection he was on lunch and the employee there didn t know when he would be back he said an hour or 2 hours he had no clue , I came back the next day and he rudely told me he was in a meeting. They were very rude and I told him I wanted to give him my business and you are refusing my business he said he didn t care go somewhere else.

My Wife And I Live Close to Vic's Auto Tech And They Have Been A Real Lifesaver. Everyone Is Nice And Friendly Mostly The Manager Is Always On Top Of His Game First Time I Met Him Felt Likee I Knew Him For A Long Time He's Very Friendly Great Personality Great Person And Great Mechanic. This One Time My Cars Transmission Failed In The Street Going Home And The Closest Place Was Vic's Auto Tech Specialist It Was A Week Before Christmas I Think I'm Not Too Sure Christmas But I Went Too Vic's Auto Tech Specialist With My Wife And Then We Got There I Explained That There's Something Wrong With The Car I Didn't Really Know How Too Explain It And The Manager From Vic's Figured It Out Really Fast Knowing It Was A Transmission Failure And Told My Wife And I Too Wait 5-4 Hours And That Same Day I Come Back And The Car Is Working Back Too Normal Better Than Ever. Now I Goo Too Vic's Auto Tech Specialist Everytime I Need A Oil Change, Tire Check Ups, Brake Checks, A/C, Just Put It This Was I Goo Too Vic's Auto Tech For Everything. You Havee A Problem With Your Car They'll Fix It!! Gives You A Fair Good Price Likee A 20-30% Off Of Other Places Wouldn't Give You And Does The Job Better Than Those Other Places!!I Highly Recommend Vic's Auto Tech Specialist Service For Any Emergency You Havee For Your Car And They'll Takee Good Care Of It!!

I needed some minor clutch work on my pick up truck I took it to Vics Auto Tec and when I got it back the engine was knocking. The problem is the engine was running perfect before I left it there. So I took it back they had cracked the distibutor cap so they replaced it Now the motor makes a knocking noise and they can't figure it out and told me to find someone else to take it to. In other words pretty much washed their hands of me DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE You will regret it. I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Vic's for many years and have received nothing but excellent service from Vic. They do excellent work at reasonable rates with a very good turn around time. I highly recommend Vic's Auto Tech Specialist.

He's a hard worker he break's his back every day to fix your cars every day month year if you have any bad comments about this company then good luck finding another one he's has the only shop where the price is right and if you don't see that go spend thousands of dollars at the dealer or another mechanic he has the best workers a mechanic can have leave a like if you agree and has the most cleanest shop you'll ever see in town and I know for a fact he always gets the job done right for the right price.
