It was crowded at the pump, but the price of gas was well worth the 1 minute wait. Clean sounds the pumps. I didn't go inside, but it looked full of supplies from outside with enough help.

I just started working across the street at sam houston high school. We're building a new addition. I'm not a large guy, but I do tend to put away more than my fair share of food. That being said, I go in early, and I tend to destroy about four to six of those sausages on that roller deal...every morning. So, it is highly appreciated when I don't have to test that roller deal, and the "hot" dogs are still cold. I went in yesterday, and my man already had several on... hot, and ready. And little does he know, that, did wonders for my day at work!!! Had I had more money, I would have left him a tip! That appreciative, i was... And, it's amazing still that, people, still believe, and still, look out for one another... Just when I was starting to lose faith in the human race. Faith restored.

Poor customer service, rude. Manager will justify and ride along with all employees and don't care about.their customers. I was threatened by the manager and was cussed at but their relations department feel he was okay in doing that cause I returned the same attitude he gave me. They did nothing to him but banned me from the store. Will be closing my Valero account and never go to a Valero or associated gas station again. My account includes a truck driver who spends thousand a year on gas with them. Not no more.

The attendant in the store tonight was terrible was refusing to do her job because she had friends outside. They threatened me and walked up to my car while having a gun on them and acted like they were gonna pull me out of my vehicle. After I had already shut my door.

Staff doesn't pay attention to surroundings because they are always on their cell phones. Trash cans always full and window wash smells like rotten eggs.

Dirty the employees are not polite to some people who walk in and then some nights the doors are locked for no reason or they close saying their computers are down when i went in there not but 2 hours ago

The worse Severus I never came across on. Fountain drinks are horrible no one polite and can't get good help.

Place is great I pass up many many Valero and a lot of other stores, but I always stop by this one.... Great crew and manager friendly as heck....
