Always really nice, but the wait time is always 2 hours for an oil change, regardless of the day or time you go. Only really worth it if you have a maintenance plan. Otherwise, spend a similar amount of money and go somewhere that takes 10 minutes.

I rarely leave reviews but felt it necessary. My experience with the service department was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Having dealt with a Ford dealership service department regularly over the past 4 years it's like night and day between the two. It has even made me insist on purchasing my next Toyota from them. Can't go wrong using these guys!

I just purchased a 2023 GR86 from Jacob Guzman this past Tuesday & I am very happy with everything. He made this process so easy especially for me being a first time buyer. I really appreciate him for looking out for me, communicating with me well & trying to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted as soon as possible. I was able to take home my new car the same day it was delivered to the dealership. I highly recommend he be the person you work with if any of you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great customer service and good communication from the service advisor on what service was due and how much it cost for the different services. They were very helpful, quick, and made it easy to get through the process. Would like to see them do a complimentary quick interior vacuuming and light wash, especially considering they got $250 for the preventative maintenance work that was completed! However in the interest of speed and efficiency I can forgo the lack of a wash and detail.

I m almost done with this dealership. When I first got my car in 2020 the first oil change was done incorrectly and left oil stains in my brand new driveway. They fixed it & the service advisor lied about having someone power wash the stains. Now the technicians who work on vehicles are looking through my belongings in my glove department. You have to watch them very closely at this location.

They never open on time, yet offer 7 am appointments and their managers will keep their long lines of customers waiting while they have meetings instead of being open. Even when they see huge lines through their windoes the managers don't care. Also the waiting rooms, and employee computers will not be ready to receive customers for 7 am appointments.

Took my vehicle to get serviced (4Runner) under the extended warranty. My used vehicle came used with TRD Pro suspension and I was told the suspension would be covered. One of the shocks started leaking so I took it to Universal Toyota and they said that the warranty was going to cover it. October 13th, they said the parts would be there Tuesday October 17th. I called October 17th for updates since I hadn t heard back, I was told my keys were with accounting so it should be ready for pickup. Turns out no work had been done and they were still waiting for the part. My service advisor had gone on vacation so that s why there was no communication of the delay. I took a look at the paperwork and saw they ordered the base suspension to replace the TRD Pro, NO COMMUNICATION! They never called me to tell me they were doing this. I called multiple times for over a week to get an answer as to why the incorrect parts were being ordered, never heard back. I left multiple voicemails and requested call backs from a service manager and to this day, Nov 4th, I still haven t heard back. Horrible customer service!! I won t be coming back here. My service rep was Brianna, hopefully you don t get her, and was passed off to someone named Cassie. I understand everyone deserves a vacation, but you need to hand off your work to someone else so things like this don t happen.Against, even to this day they still haven t reached out with an explanation or a response to any of my voicemails and messages.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I would not recommend this place at all, the entire experience of just being there was awful, I gave the salesman my social and he said it was a soft check just to see where I m at, he ended up applying for 4 different loans at 4 different banks before I even knew if I wanted a truck. Just said sorry it was his manager n he didn t know he would do that. I whent back to get my deposit on the truck I was lookin at, instead of refunding it to my account, somehow they accidently charged me again for a another deposit, so now I have 2 deposits on truck I didn t even get.

Went in to universal Toyota to get some warranty work done on my vehicle because the service center is less than 2 miles from my house, I was planning on having all my service done there as it is conveniently located for me. I stated the problem and named the part that was defective. I was told it would be $180 to diagnose the problem. After telling the service advisor exactly what part and the problem I was still expected to pay $180. I called another dealership while my car was in the line for service and they said their diagnostic fee was $140 but would be waived if the problem was covered under warranty so I booked a next day appointment with them right there. I went in to Alamo Toyota the next day and said the exact problem and listed the exact part that was defective same as with universal Toyota, they ordered the part and are getting it fixed all under warranty at no cost to me. There was no need for diagnostics as the problem was blatantly apparent to the knowledgeable service advisor. I have never been asked to pay for warranty work on any vehicle I ve ever owned, especially for something obvious that can be diagnosed by anyone with two eyes. I had called universal Toyota the day before and asked several questions about my upcoming service visit and the representative I talked to just kept telling me that it would be a question id have to ask my service advisor and she didn t know the answer. I wish I could ve talked to someone knowledgeable before my appointment as I feel like my time was wasted.

I like the services the people are very friendly (maintance, check out, & gifts shop) BUT the Kids area is SOO DIRTY. I like that they offering it. They just need to keep up with it. Make a part of daily cleaning.

I recently wrote a review on how Universal Toyota are a bunch of crooks. The owner replied and told me to contact their customer relations manager Heather Greene. Well, I contacted Heather and left a voicemail and I never received a callback. I shouldn t have to blow up a managers phone to get a response. I see how you treat customers, especially when there is a problem that your company is fully responsible for.

Because one of the Church lady friends owns a Toyota jeep, she went for the service need for her Jeep, after we promised to lunch, so I went to meet her at universal Toyota. So this is excellent, the waiting room is very clean place.

Always great service here, my girlfriend's service advisor was Felix. He's very good at keeping in touch with you, every step of the way while they have your vehicle. I'm still waiting on getting my paint recall fixed though, been waiting over 2 years now. They say I'll get my Toyota corolla in early next year finally! I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Universal Toyota has always always treated me with the utmost respect, they always let me know if something needs to be fixed or replaced. They show me the item/items and show me what it is suppose to look like and what the purpose of it, universal Toyota also understands of you don't have the money then and there. They have this program or something similar just ask your service representative and they will understand what your asking. They put reminders on your receipt to let you know what needs to be replaced ASAP. As far as time; well for example they can say an hour but sometimes it can go over. There are a lot of people that bring their vehicles to Toyota but in my opinion it is worth the wait but for those that to get their vehicles done so that they can go on with their day my advice bring your vehicle early in the morning. These guys do the job right they even make a short video for you to see now that's professional. I have been coming for years and it just gets better and better. U.T on Judson is a great place to have your vehicle serviced you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good Job. Toyota.

Great place to buy and get your Toyota serviced. Great and friendly staff. Just bought a 2022 Sienna XLE from them with a pretty smooth process.Have been going back regularly for covered service and it usually takes a little over an hour. Just make sure you set up an appointment before you go. Nice waiting area there.
