I decided to go with United collision after my vehicle was hit. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job with the repairs. Desiree kept me informed every step of the way and was very friendly and super helpful throughout the process. Very pleased with the work and the employees at this repair shop.

I can't reccomend this business enough!!! My car was brought here after an attempted theft and the whole experience was nothing short of awesome. Throughout the repair I was informed about what was being done every step of the way. The customer service was second to none. The car looks incredible and the price wasn't bad at all. Took my car to this shop. I was nervous because I had a similar repair done at another shop and the service was not great and there was a lack of concern towards the customers at the other shop. I didn t know much about this company, but decided to get my car dropped off here and had the repairs done here and overall, the experience was pleasant. there was clear communication regarding status of vehicle repairs from when the repairs were made, when parts was shipped and parts arrived and when when the vehicle is ready for pick up. overall like the customer service, really good and they were kind and approachable and I will recommend this location to other people

Best service I've ever recieved at a shop! I never had to call for an update & they kept me updated every step and worked with the rental company to make it all super easy. They also cleaned my car a bit inside and it looks so great. Highly recommend!

Excellent and quick service. When my Kia was stolen I took it here as recommended by the insurance because my usual go to shop was booked. I m so glad I did! United Collision was quick, efficient and great with communication and friendliness. My Kia was so clean and nice when I received it. Luis was awesome answering my questions and needs. My other shop took a month when my car was first stolen but this shop took a little over a week and I had no hassles. I highly recommend United Collision and will go here instead.

After being rear ended I found United Collision to fix my bumper. They were very professional and kept me up to date with where they were in the repair process. They completed a full bumper replacement (including paint) within 5 business days, this included having to order parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work, the owner and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing customer service. The staff was very helpful with any request or question that I had about my vehicle. I was given options and suggestion about fixing my car and they always seemed to have my best interest in mind. The work team is professional and meticulous, backed up by their lifetime warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. On my vehicle, the front suspension shock was changed as well as under body welding work. This corrected the damage I had from a road/ highway incident.

These guys are awesome! High quality work with a lifetime guarantee. Faded spots on my roof and hood with small blotches on the upper side panels are gone now. Paint job was perfectly blended and makes my car look brand new!

Well I walked in and I spoke with his gentleman that's was sitting behind that desk sorry I don't remember his name but he was so generous and kind and understanding he made my day I didn't expect for him to do what he did but I know he heard from God and truly blessed me thank God.

Picked up my car yesterday after a hit and run incident left my bumper scuffed and and bit dented. They did an absolutely amazing job. They took care of my car quickly and worked with my insurance company and my rental company to insure I was fully taken care of through service. My car looks great like it never even happend AND They buffed out some other scratches I had on the back lol. Great service and friendly people. I didn't have to wait at all and was able to leave my rental there after they had already called them to pick me up when dropping off. When calling to ask questions I spoke to the owner which says alot about a business to me. And they cleaned the interior of my car a bit as well! Strongly recommend this place!!

United Collision Care Center couldn t have helped My Toyota Tundra and Myself anymore! Luis Jr. and his Mechanic Albert helped me OUT A Lot! Not to mention the Wonderful Crew Tony, and Miguel with their service. United helped my car get back on the road by replacing my radiator after it had gotten a crack! They got me riding back home in #Satx in no time! Thanks Family!

This business is highly recommended.Needed all 4 disc brakes and worn rotors replaced, leaky radiator and windshield reservoir pump also replaced on my '06 Caddy.All the work was done meticulously, professionally, and quickly.And these guys are good in quickly communicating with customers whenever unexpected complications pop up and providing helpful options.Overall, guys are really thorough, knowledgeable, kind and courteous.Service always with a friendly smile.

Collision repairMy repairs were not completed I called several times voicing my concerns for a specific part of my vehicle. I showed the mechanic upon drop off. I shared my concerns when the specific item did not show up on the estimate, and I called your business on two separate occasions outside of the ones listed and discussed my concerns. Each time I was told ma am we will look at all that you just don t see it on the estimate, but I do and upon pick up I was told yeah we fixed it when I inspected the damage I m sure you can imagine my frustration when I found the parts were still damaged. While the person delivering the car continued to insist my concerns had been resolved, my trust began to waver as I saw the area was never looked at. When there was glass throughout and the portion of the car is still damaged with missing paint. It was obvious that my repeated requests were not looked at, addressed, or taken seriously. I was assured the car would be taken apart and inspected, this did not happen. I m seriously questioning the integrity of team and the quality of work. After having my car for two months and not one person took my concerns seriously. I am at this point regretting my decision to have my car repaired there. My hope it the business is able to recover as I did not accept the car back. It is truly astounding and terrifying to consider the reality that my vehicle half way repaired and could be out on the road completely compromising the safety of my family, myself, and others around me.Service: Body & Trim

Had someone bump into the door, came here was promised it would take 4 days to fix. And better yet it only took 2! The work and constant communication took a lot of stress off my plate of not having the vehicle. Feels like a brand new car all over again

They did great work! I was hit from behind and needed my bumper replaced, they had it replaced and matched my pearl white paint perfectly! I was incredibly happy with the time and the work they did. I had an extremely negative experience with these people. After bringing my car in for a repair, 3 weeks later, they failed to complete the job and returned my vehicle to me in an unsafe condition.To add to the frustration, they wanted me to take the vehicle by claiming "it's still drive-able" and bring it back to them the next day when it's more convenient for them to work on it. Over the last two days I have had to deal with going back and forth for an issue that should of been taken care of in the first place.In short, I would not recommend this car repair shop to anyone. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and have shown a complete lack of concern for their customer's safety.Service: Electrical

Probably the worst repair job I have ever seen in a repair of any of my cars at any other collision center in San Antonio. Almost no communication on status of the repair at any time the 9 weeks they had my car. I definetly do not recommend using this facility for your repair.

The employees are great here they are very informative and seem to care about my concerns. The job was done promptly despite the delay in parts being back ordered. They also took the time to deliver my car to my residence. The people at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable. they fixed the car. Ok job not extremely professional as their are remnantsof their work still left behind like they didn t replace the window weather stripping properly,but while my car was under their care someone either them or someone they sent it off to for repairs scratched up the tint on both right side passenger windows in several places. When i dropped it off to them it was not like that. When brought to their attention nothing has been done or offered to fix. They are now ignoring me and have not attempted to rectify the situation at all. They got their money for the job and thats all that matters. Now i have to hound them to get my tint fixed because it was in Fact damaged while in their possession of my vehicle.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

After having an accident with a deer and having to go in circles with insurance, rental car place, and car repairs, I'm happy that there was so much communication between the car updates, and what was going on. We were given a completion estimate for 1/26 (accident was 1/3). They notified me when parts came in for the car, and when there were issues with some parts that came in, as well as when there are parts on back order. Still don't have the car back due to back ordered parts, but I'm glad Im not being left in the dark on things like I have been with my insurance company. I had even asked if I was able to make payments on my deductible while they still have my vehicle, and I was told that as long as I have it paid in full by the time I get the car, I can do the payments (makes it so much easier for me).

Luis and his team are fantastic! Always positive, a pleasure to work with. My car had significant front end damage, and even though had some difficulty getting parts under the current circumstances, they turned the vehicle around to good-as-new quality and fit. The car literally has not looked this good since I bought it with 3000 miles on in about 4 years ago. Service and interactions with Luis and his team were always positive, willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
