Replaced both of the headlight lens on my 2009 trailblazer at a fraction of cost from the auto parts stores. Highly recommended place.

Poor customer service. Doors are open, gate is open, employees inside working, yet I was refused service because they re closed. Holiday hours listed on the door state they re closed Christmas Eve, totally understandable. Says nothing about closing early on the 23rd. They just lost a $500 order, plus all future business from me. Hopefully management actually reads their reviews and knows your sales person lost them business

Someone recommended United to me YEARS ago, and I bought some parts from them and was very pleased with the service, price and availability. I always said I would be back when I needed someone like them again, and that happened this past week. They were wonderful. I am very comfortable with them. They care about sourcing quality parts, and no one even comes close to their prices in almost every case (and then you have to wonder about the other company's quality when you do find a better price). They guarantee their parts and will even take something back if you find that you didn't need it after all.

I ve purchased headlights and bumpers for my vehicles to replace and the prices have been reasonable and I ve never had an issue with any products purchased here. Will continue to give them business and recommend them

They had the part I needed at a great price. It isn't a box store, so it took a little bit longer than at somewhere like Autozone or Napa. The workers all seem to have a family like rapport with each other, the grumpy brothers and sisters kind, which makes the wait entertaining. If I need to get more parts soon, I will be going back without question. Just wish they were open on Saturday.

Starting with the customer service I received over the phone. To actually getting me there to them. Priced reasonable to me... They had what I needed and more. There were other items I need for my truck and the cs rep inside looked them all up and gave me prices for them. They have it all and priced fair. I will definitely continue to do business qith UAP

It's a good place to go get parts for truck the customers are cool I just got me a radiator from there those not bad that's a good deal I seen you guys in 2 weeks thank you for your service have a blessed day

Whenever I need a part, they have it. The customer service on the phone, and in the office, was fantastic. They are always priced better than the retail stores and online vendors.

I went there to find some parts for my ol' Ford, they knew exactly what I needed, made conversation while they were pulling it from the back, and all the parts were right the first time. United auto parts, I'll be a returning customer
