Took my tow truck to get the winch worked on and these guys took great care of me had me back on the road in less than a week. Rebuilt some of my winch added a switch and put new gear oil 10/10. These guys are the experts really appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend this place for anything electrical

Van 15 the gentle man in that van was not only speeding but cutting lanes super fast and was upset that my dad was driving the speed limit and look at my dad and curse him out. Very very unprofessional of him especially driving a company vehicle.

My dad had a business with his buddy on WW White road Acme Refrigeration, Remember bringing multiple generators to be fixed. My dad would be 102 years old. Get the idea of how long these folks been here? Now, 1967 Farmall needs generator repaired guess where I'm going.

Reasonable priced and fixed the alternator on my truck and tractor. My rebuilt alternator and starters last as long as the factory ones! I will never buy box store alternator or starter again! 5 stars for sure.

I am a repeat customer of Triple R. Although their service is somewhat specific and not needed by everyone, when you need them you need them BADLY! Triple R does NOT fail you! I had a 6-volt starter for a 1939 Ford and they took care of my problem while I waited! I was out in lest than 20 minutes. While he was fixing my problem Mr. Stevens also did a quick check and tuning of my starter, improving its' life span and its' functionality. Then he charged me an unbelievably reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them and I give them my highest recommendation.Service: Electrical repair

Both my elderly mother and older sister have had their vehicles worked on at this place in the past few months and couldn't be happier. They're trustworthy and fantastic at getting work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Leonard, June and Steven are some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I was on a cross country road trip and needed a new alternator and battery. They were able to help me in time to get back on the road without having to move my travel plans around which I am deeply grateful for. The car has been great ever since the repair and I am forever grateful for Triple R DC Experts! They made me feel like I was family! Thanks for being so wonderful and being such a memorable part of my trip. I miss you guys!!

My sunroof motor in my suv went out and i called then to see if it could be rebuilt as a new one costs nearly a thousand dollars. They said they'd need to see it to tell as some can be and others can not. I took it to them and as my luck would have it, of course it was a motor that could not due to the design. Most places would have ended their interaction at that and gone on about their work day, but Triple R went the extra mile and explained/showed me why it couldn't and even spent some time finding me some places like Wrench Apart where i might be able to get a used one from a wrecked vehicle much cheaper than buying a new one from a dealer. Though they weren't able to repair my motor (not their fault), I'd have to say they're customer service is excellent and will certainly use them next time a starter motor etc. goes out.

These people are awesome, and Steven, I think has about as much knowledge on alternators as one person could have. We had him help us convert an old Corvair from a generator to an alternator system. He told us how to change up the wiring to accept the new set-up and it worked great. They were reasonably priced as well.I encourage anyone needing help to definitely call on these folks

I was very disappointed that the service tech didn t call me to give me an estimate for the work that needed. He said he would run diagnostics and find the problem.... I suppose he ran the diagnostic test but never called me with a price... and he didn t call me to inform me that my vehicle was ready! I waited for 3 days then called Triple R to ask how much longer? Then he said it s been ready... . Then I got the bill too.I gave him another chance and took him another vehicle and he said it would cost $50 to work on it... I asked him if he could give me a break since I had that precious incident with him... He said well I ll charge you $40. If it s not too much trouble. But when I picked up my vehicle, he charged me $50 because he said he changed a small light bulb which I know does not cost $10. Which was his defense but I know that s bull ...

These guys charge you for just what you need. I've taken alternators and starters to them and they have all been from $25- $75. Beats replacing a $200 alternator... Also beats the rest of these shots I called that want to do an exchange for $150-$225 instead just fixing what needs to be fixed. They've also had my stuff ready same day or day after... Someone's they've called someone's they haven't.

My truck was at the DODGE dealership for a month. The reason given to me was that the part, TIPM, was in backorder. Picked up my truck and found it in worse condition. Took it to Triple R and got it back in less than a week in great running condition. They were able to get the part and in less than a week. I highly recommend this place for any electrical work. They are honest people.

Bad bad experience... took my alternator for an estimate, it only needed a clutch pulley, they wanted to charge $184 for rebuilding it and they would have it the next day. I declined cause alternator was fine only needed the pulley. I came next day and tried to buy the pulley from them... and they didnt have it cause it was not a stock part they had to order it. Had to wait 15 more minutes until they returned me the alternator which was disassembled (i could hear them working on it as i was waiting). I bought the pulley for $33 on amazon, installed it on the alternator and installed back the alternator on the car. Ohh surprise !! It came out with battery light on !.. after getting stranded on the highway, pulled the alternator and took it to another place to check it... and it had no brushes and rotor !!... took it back to triple R, and tried to speak with the manager, no response, only with the vendor which agreed to install the missing part new for $45, and free labor due to their fault of not assembling it correctly, he told me I would not worry for my alternator in years.... 2 weeks later, my battery light came on again, took it to o'reilly to check it and... I have a bad alternator !!. Maaan !!.I'll buy it remanufactured from O'reilly, with lifetime warranty... at least there are many O'reilly stores around town in case of an alternator failure !...Will never go back this place again !!If Triple R reads this, shoot me a message in case you want to clear this issue. Ill be waiting for it.

Rebuilt alternator for my tractor, looks brand new! Had another electrical problem (switch) they helped with that too. Will continue going because they really know their stuff!

Friendly staff who didnt mind taking time to explain things to me. Work was done quickly and was quite affordable. They had helped before on another vehicle and offered an alternative that saved me hundreds.

My truck had hesitation for a few miles while driving the other evening (felt like transmission was slipping-after I towed more weight than I should have two days before this and parked the truck after towing) and also the truck had steam coming out from under the hood right when I pulled up at a job. Shut engine off, opened the hood and saw clear oily type fluid all over everything, spark plug wires looked like hot oil splatter burned them. I called Triple RRR the next day and had it towed to them thinking it could be the transmission cooling oil lines to radiator that busted, they called me back and told me rats or squirrels had a buffet in my engine compartment, I thought they were kidding, I asked them again just to be sure, I think those rats love spark plug wires better than Chucky Cheese's pizza. They replaced the wires and one radiator hose(chewed up as well) and all the antifreeze that steamed out (deadly rat lemonade I hope). Thanks goodness there is still honest businesses these days and Triple RRR is one of them, they could have said to me, "Yep, the transmission was bad too." I had a different shop tell me that one time on another truck. So if you need a shop that will take care of you, these people are who you should go to for car repairs!

Took them over 2 weeks to look at my vehicle. It cost me $1100 for them to "fix" my vehicles multiple problems. A few days after I took it home I found out they only fixed one problem, and created more.
