We had a fantastic experience. The process was very smooth. Trevi employees were happy to work with us and extremely helpful.We walked in after checking multiple small dealerships and struggling through one confusing and very difficult application process, where we were denied. So when we got to Trevi Auto Sales, we were beyond happy with how they were able to get us through the application process quickly and so easily. We walked in, and we drove out in our first choice vehicle. It was very affordable and we are so happy for our car purchase.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would I bought a camaro , first day with it the steering gave out . It got fixed and within a week and a half a they found a head gasket was broken. These guys have horrible customer service I would text Temo manager/ owner at time call and will never answer when he would he s says he ll call me back days will pass no call back , they said they will fix my car back he said they d pay for 100% of the damages and at the end when it was time for my car to get out the shop he was only paying a percentage after giving me a horrible interest rate on the car please do not come here 5 months later and the car still runs horrible and I ve put over 2,000$ into fixing it it s a lemon . Out of the 5 months I ve had it I ve only driven the car 2 months . These cars are lemons please don t go here

Trevi Auto Sales is a great place to buy a truck I am a repeat customer and have CT to thank and his amazing staff. You are treated fairly and will work hard to get you in what you want. Now i own a Tahoe and a Suburban and I plan on coming back again. Before i completed my deal with CT I shopped around and in the end my best deal was with Trevi. I highly recommend if you looking to get a deal done CT will find a way!!!

Total reversal from my original post, which was requested and pushed to be done within 8 minutes of my arriving and even before the test drive. Once I signed the papers and headed home, Not a mile from the lot the check engine light came on, along with 2 others. Now I know why Chelsea rushed me to put in the review. I would not recommend. Once you sign and drive they literally don't know you. I had to call to find out that my tags came in and had been several days.ORIGINAL POST: Great experience! Chelsea was so helpful, very expeditious and friendly too. This is a place to buy your next used car.

Adam and are very pleased and understood at times it was hard to make a payment at times but we got through this and paid off out truck Ford ranger! Very excellent choice of cars and just want to say thanks so much I recommend Trevis auto sales !!! And we paid off our vehicle and we still love it ! Ty

I had purchased a Chrysler 300s from this dealership. And at first I was extremely happy with my purchase but not even a couple of months later I started having multiple issues with car.. (Buyer beware this dealership does not sale reliable vehicles)

Went to check out a truck asked to test drive it I literally asked 10 times or more and they were very hesitant and didn't let me until they gave me a flat price with no wiggle room as a Salesman said Southern kept trying to direct me in different directions other than just to let me test drive the truck I do not recommend it

They ask for way to much as a down payment. For older cars to get a good decent car they want 7, 000 down. Place not recommended

This car took my down payment of 4 thousand dollars said I was approved let me drive off called me back in two days to sign paperwork took the car back from me kept my money and said call my lawyer!!! They straight up robbed me!
