Got a new transmission, tune up, brakes, and new tires. My car is running like new again! Excellent service, and done in a timely manner. These guys are simply the Best! So the guy who runs the front office, his name is Oscar and he's very knowledgeable when asking him about things about your vehicle, on what might be wrong with it. You bring it into his shop, they take a look at it and they'll let you know the estimate before they start working on your vehicle. They do NOT overcharge, they do a great job! and they take care of your vehicle quickly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! You won't be disappointed.. I do have to say is when calling... Sometimes Oscar, the man that runs the front office, he hasn't set up the v/mail so that you can leave a msg for him to call you back!, lol, BUT, the # does show up that you called, and he WILL call you back once he returns from the errands he has to run, I Promise, He WILL CALL YOU BACK, AND ASK, DID SOMEONE CALLTHIS #? LOL, but other than that one thing, TORRES AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR is by far, THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took my truck on Monday I was told they will check it the next day. Never did, finally I called on Wednesday afternoon they said they got behind and are looking at it. So called on Thursday was told it s fixed and told me the a/c compressor clutch was getting stuck and he fixed it. (Note) I never got a call on what the problem was and how much it would be. Fast forward a/c was still going in and out (not fix). So I looked in to it and replaced the pressure switch and the Freon was over charged got it back to normal level. Now my a/c is fixed thanks to me and not their shop. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP for a/c work because they don t know how to fix it. There is another review about a/c work also (bad review also). They can maybe do an oil change just maybe .Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Really great people and very reasonable prices, they did a excellent job on my Ram pickup, I'll recommend them to all of my friends. I only have one vehicle, they didnt have to but they dropped me off at home and picked me up when my pickup was finished being repaired. I'll definitely be coming back from here on out for all of my automotive service repairs.

I have had great experiences here.The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and talented.My 2008 Dodge Ram has needed major repair to basic oil changes.Torres Auto Repair Shop comes through everytime - and - never need to bring my truck back twice for the same issue.The prices are fair too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

$425 for labor $650 for parts that they suggested that we purchase. My ac still doesn't work. Now they want to charge me an additional $225 to remove the parts. Second time we have used them. They are wonderful polite friendly honest did amazing work very cheap and quick they also cleaned the dirt from inside my vehicle. I told them a price to not go over and to call first and they have come way under it both times. Very honest people have already told my family all about them.

Do not recommend. They will not honor warranty. Had to take my car back 3 times because the repair was not done correctly the first and second time.

Dishonest mechanic!!Took my pick up he said he replaced a part on the engine,turns out he replaced a cheaper part and charged me for an expensive one.Found out after the part he said was replaced another mechanic replaced that partzThe guy gave a price of 275 when got there he charged me 470 he said that s what it is!!wowwCuidado con ese mecanico deshonesto me dijo que cambio un parte mas cara de mi troca y la parte que me dijo que cambio se descompuso y el otro mecanico me ense�o la parte que minca fue remplazada,aparte mw cobro de mas el precio era 270 y cuando recoji la troca me conro 470 bien tranza el maestro.!Cuidado!!Service: Engine repair

I didn't like the service because they couldn't finish the work the day I was there. I asked them to return part of the money and they didn't want to. I won't go there again.No me gusto el servicio porque no pudieron terminar el trabajo el d�a que estuve ah�. Les ped� que me devolvieran parte del dinero y no quisieron. No volver� a ir ahi.
