Went for a sunroof replacement this week service was 10/10 cheapest price I was quoted and a job well done. Communication from the start was awesome and only took 30 mins (other places told me days) and glass is as good as new thanks again!

Great customer service! From the moment we walked thru door. We were greeted and asked for vehicle keys, told it would be 45 minutes. The crew took care of windshield replacement in 30 minutes. Fast. Knowledgeable. Professional. Everyone there made us feel at home. Crew member Lucky was adorable!

[VIDEO AND VOICE RECORDING AVAILABLE, on horrible service and what both workers tried to cover while I was in the back shop area]I brought my vehicle over to Tommy s Auto Glass to replace my cracked windshield as I noticed they had good reviews and upon speaking to someone over the phone they mentioned they have experience working on these types of vehicles with sensors and cameras. The person also mentioned it would be a simple plug and play operation were they do not need to remove the sensors but only tape them out of the way. Additionally the person mentioned they would replace my windshield with the correct OEM (original) windshield and quoted me $785.01. Given other companies did not have any availability I decided to take my vehicle in the next morning per the appointment time.Upon my arrival I let them know my vehicle is brand new and expressed concerns once more. I was reassured with 15 years of experience so they replaced the windshield and advised me they are bringing my car out to me as soon as they are done wiping it down. I paid and walked over to my car and I noticed immediately the inside was completely dirty with small random parts on the passenger side door. As I was driving off I noticed my rear view mirror was chipped/ damaged and small pieces of glass right underneath per the pictures. I turned my wipers on to automatic setting and I received a system malfunction . I quickly brought my vehicle back and asked to speak with someone regarding these issues. The worker said they had marked down the glass was already chipped but they could not prove it to me. Also they did not know why my car was now giving me an error or could not explain the small parts left behind. I asked the workers why there was not pre inspection report done where I can sign off on but no response. The person I spoke with ask me to contact the owner over email. (EMAIL THREAD added to this email) after several back and forth attempts (multiple trips) to speak to someone (even with an appointment) I was not able to resolve this matter and no further contact was made my the business.I took my car to the dealership to have my car reconfigured and repaired. The dealership mentioned the windshield was not OEM as it was an aftermarket part. The third party (TOMMYS AUTO GLASS) did not appropriately adjust my sensors and cameras. My car was reconfigured and my rear view mirror was fixed but now I had to pay more money as a result of their inexperienceI am now following up with the BBB and Texas DMV to help me with complaints and investigation.Service: Auto windshield repair

I think the folks at this place need an attitude adjustment :)I booked an appointment with them without reading the bad reviews first. Later on, I read the bad reviews and noticed that the owner was super aggressive when responding to anything negative. I decided I didn't want to do business with this place, so I called to cancel.I talked to "Chris," who pressed me why I wanted to cancel. I was honest and said I didn't like how the owner responded to the bad reviews (that it was very aggressive, he called everybody liars instead of taking ownership when he messed up, etc.). Chris said the owner had actually "passed" and they had a new owner. I said (very nicely) that's fine, you might want to tell the new owner to respond to the negative reviews in a positive way and maybe that will help their reputation in the future. Then Chris started being aggressive and saying "Well I know we do good glass work, so I don't really care about the reviews." I said "Well honestly that's kind of the problem I'm talking about here - " and then he said "Have a good day" and hung up.Long story short, I don't think this business wants to hear any type of feedback at all. I will pay extra if it means not giving these folks my money. I'm sure they will respond and say this review is full of lies or something, but it's not :)

I am from out of town and am very pleased with the services provided. I needed an electric back sliding window for my truck. They had it in stock and had an appointment the next day. My truck was in and out in about an hour, they vacuumed the whole back seat area of the truck, swept the bed and it cost less than their competitors! The staff was happy and friendly. Thank you guys!

I came in on a Tuesday & was quoted a 45-minute wait but they actually replaced my whole windshield in about 15-20 minutes. Amazing customer service & the manager/owner (not sure which) is super nice and helpful. I feel like they charge *very* fair prices and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would certainly come again for any glass repairs.

Came in for window damage after SafeLite fell through (they scheduled me for an appointment a week out and then didn't order the window replacement?) and then Tommy's quoted me for 150$ cheaper and was able to get me in 2 days later to get the window replaced. Plus, had a great waiting room buddy! Coming back here for any other auto glass related things in the future!

I went to Tommy's Auto Glass & Windshield Repair for windshield replacement on three vehicles in the past few months. Each time it was done quickly and professionally at a good price. I highly recommend their service. Great technicians and staff.

Got me in for a chipped windshield right away. Service was great and super reasonable. Ask for Lucky, he s the chill golden lab who will greet you with a tail wag. Great find and nice to escape big corporate for a small business.

TLDR: They dont care about your vehicle and don't own up to damaging vehiclesBack in October I brought in my vehicle to have my windshield replaced again. I had my windshield replaced before when Tommy's was just a tent in a chevron parking lot. My prior experience was with Daniel. He was very professional and did an excellent job.Sadly Tommy's relocated to Fredrickburg road and is now run by Chris. Long story short. The tech working on my vehicle used a a screwdriver or a prying tool to remove the trim on my roof. Chris told me the tech was having trouble removing the piece and that he might not be able to save the piece. Chris then came to show me that for some reason the tech had to break the trim piece off. I had to order a new $200 trim piece. After removing the tape ondiscovered the tech had put 6 dents in a row on the double layer leading edge of my roof. After discovering the damage I brought it up to Chris and he had me bring my vehicle in. The assistant noticed the damage right away. Chris however tried persuading me that it was likely just hail damage. Chris informed me it would have to go through the companies insurance and that the owner is overseas. Chris asked if I wanted to email the owner or if he should. I said it would make more sense for him to do so. I waited over a week and never received an email. So I called back to get the owners email from Chris. I wrote a very detailed email back in November. It is now April and still no response. My family will no longer brings vehicles here.

Our windshield was replaced today on our 2018 Cadillac Escalade. I had read a one off bad comment and was skeptical about moving forward with them but once I called and talked to a few of the guys I was 100% giving them my business. Their communication and customer service was top notch! I was able to get a better deal from them than from anyone else I called (6 other companies) and their service was icing on the cake. 12/10 recommend! They also offer military discounts

Spoke with James on the phone. Came in and met with James and Chris. Nice guys professional and courteous. Service was excellent and they remembered to put the stickers back on the windshield. It took a whole maybe 30 mins to replace windshield. I would definitely use their service again. Thank you

I came here to get my passenger window replaced after a break in that happened the night before. They were all very friendly and they were done quickly. There was a really nice dog that was inside named Lucky that hung out with me while I waited. I highly recommend this place for your auto glass needs.

I took a chance based on the reviews left here. I got the windshield replaced but the weather stripping on the cowling was badly damaged. The shop manager tried to play it off that it ll be okay. However, this isn t the first time I had my windshield replaced. The first time had imperceptible damage on the cowling. On another note, my passenger floor was left with fluid and grime on several parts of my interior. Left the shop highly disappointed that I have to spend more on top of the repairs received.Update 6/18/23The passenger side trim flew off due to improper installation. I ve messaged the shop using their website but nobody has reached out to me concerning this issue

Got a rock chip between the glass and was told by another friend about Tommy s. Called and they could take me whenever I wanted to come. Went in same day and was helped by James. Very nice and friendly guy. They have an adorable shop dog named Lucky I hung out with in the waiting area. I always trust a business with a dog. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He warned me of possibility of crack happening and needing replacement during the process. Again, I trust anywhere with a dog. No issues came up and the repair was made without issue.

Kudos to Chris and the friendly staff at Tommy's Auto Glass. My 22 Avalon's windshield got chipped on my way to San Antonio, Chris made it look like new. I was invited to breakfast tacos while I waited. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Took my 2011 ram, replaced back passenger window. Easiest appointment they got my info they confirmed appt the next day I was in and out in less than an hr. Job was done correctly 5 stars in my book! Will recommend to anyone!

We had the unfortunate experience of waking up to vandalism to one of our vehicles with the back passenger window smashed out. I called 4 shops before I found on this place. This place was the cheapest and the only one who was able to get me in the very same day. The service was so quick and friendly, it only took about 45 minutes to install the new window. We will certainly return here if ever the need arrived again. Highly recommend.

I got quotes from 4 places before coming here. My car came with a warranty and Tommy's was cheaper than any of the other places that actually took my warranty. The work they did was great and quick. I highly recommend this place

Went to Tommy s Auto Glass and Chris got me in and out pretty fast, excellent service and professional installation. Luis replaced my 1998 Dodge 3500 windshield as well as the whole rear power sliding window on my 2018 2500 Dodge with an OEM replacement. I had a great experience at Tommy's Auto Glass and Windshield Repair. Their military discount was a nice bonus. Although there was a mix-up with the windshield order, they quickly located the correct size and got it installed. Plus, Mr. Lucky, their peaceful shop dog, made the wait for my Jeep windshield replacement enjoyable. Highly recommended and will use their services again!Service: Auto windshield replacement

This place goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I didn t even think customer service like the one I experienced today was still in existence! This business is affordable and anyone can tell immediately that they take pride in what they do. I was able to talk to the owner and he was extremely kind. Great place. Daniel & Tommy took care if me within a couple of hours of calling. Even though it was a side window on an older model mini-van. Quick friendly service! Price was below expected! I highly recommend!

I called at the time of opening at 8 am spoke with chris about coming in for my window repair! Upon arrival i met with james and informed him i had a previous conversation with chris about my services! Once Chris arrived with my window i asked if he could pull my truck to the bay because its raining my interior is getting wet! Immediately he responded uh thats what i was gonna do anyway as im waiting for the service i heard my truck crank and engine running so i approach chris and asked if he could tell the technician to pls turn off my truck i have automatic windows he can test the window with turning the key to the on position! Chris insisted that the technician knows what he s doing and its required for the engine to run! So repeated myself again turn my engine off your wasting my gas! Chris then says omg your the worst customer ever i then replied no you suck at your job im the damn customer im right If you re cool with extreme poor customer service then stop by

Although cracked windshield is not fun. The owner was very courteous and fixed the Crack quickly and professionally. Priced lower than mall parking lot repair company.
