Mason and Lexi are awesome! Greeted as soon as I got there. Other employees made sure I was checked in. Waiting maybe 2 minutes for service and actual service time was about 10 minutes including oil cleaning. Thorough job and really friendly. Love this place.

I drove from Florida to San Antonio. Texas to visit my sister for holidays. After my arrival Oil fumes were present. I was driving past Timberwood Lube, on Blanco The receptionist responded courteously and asked the lube specialist to check car.They were 3 mechanics came to see, and diagnose possible causes and recommendations for repairs in short wait.I was obviously concerned about the potential cost of service!Guess what ?Free . Amazing.!I recommend this trustworthy place of business The website and Google reviews are on point.

Wow, my suv had 55,000 miles and brakes chirped each morning. I took it into Timberwood lube. I was prepared to pay for both pares of brakes. To my complete surprise Timberwood said my brakes are in great shape and should last another 15,000 miles. Wow who ever heard of such an honest assessment. I will be back for everything they have to offer, oil changes, brakes, inspections.Who ever heard or experienced and honest garage!!

we really hoped that we could suggest this place to neighbors and give them more business but NEVER will you hear us recommend timberwood lube. even after they tried scamming us out of hundreds last time, we tried to give it another shot by going in for an inspection. we were made aware that one of the windshield wipers needed replacement and that they would see if they had a correct one. they then replaced both wipers without saying anything and tacked $48 extra dollars onto what should ve been my $7 bill. DONT MESS WITH SOMEONES VEHICLE WITHOUT A CONSULTATION. beware parts are DOUBLE the price here.

This used to be "the" place to go to get a vehicle state inspection. The new manager and very young staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, all they want is to make a sale. I took my 3 vehicles there for years until about a year ago when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.

The customer service is great. The young lady that serviced me was kind, helpful, and quick. I got an oil change, windshield wipers, and my state inspection. The pricing is great. They offer 10% off their oil change. I'm grateful to find a local business to change my oil.

The crew here are always chill and work efficiently. Drove right into the bay and got my oil changed and inspection done in less than 30min. They even filled up my windshield washer reservoir.

Place is fantastic! Gone for multitude of things from starter, oil changes shoot they even do breaks! Very professional & not looking to nickel and dime you as they are reasonably priced! Ben helped me out most recent and dude was a rockstar diagnosing my starter/battery situation! Thankful to have a trust worthy machanic just down street!

Turned away when attempting 3 safety inspections with 2 fake excuses and finally the real reason of the shop/owner makes more from a brake job .Will research with the state if declining safety inspections is legal practice.

Here is my objective review. Service and timliness is great. They are efficient and you don't have to worry about them cutting corners. I have confidence that they are performing a quality job. However, here is the downside. The pricing is NOT reasonable and they quote you a baseline price not including any extra quarts of oil. Long story short, I was charged $140 for a full synthetic oil change on a 2021 yukon. I called GUNN GMC and their price for a full synthetic oil change was $79.99 (including 8 quarts). Initially i was quoted $99...however that's for 5 quarts, they basically charged me another $40 for the extra 3 quarts of oil my yukon required. I looked up the pricing of the exact mobil 1 oil they used and autozone had it for $8 a quart...that's $64 plus say another $10 for a filter. That's $74 for supplies...and i know they get the supplies cheaper than that since they buy in bulk. So i have no clue how they can arrive at a price point of $140. In summary, good service with unreasonable pricing.Service: Oil change

Got an oil change (& air filter), replenished my coolant too, service didn't take too long. The lobby was clean, quiet, and smelled great!Shout out to all of the professional, knowledgeable, and sociable staff. Great establishment

Always fast, efficient service and a friendly staff. This has become our go to for inspections and oil changes and other maintenance services. For me, it is worth driving a few extra few miles to experience the short wait times and great service.

They took advantage of my wife. Quoted 40-50 then charged $90. I called to go over pricing and was told well we didn t have the weight needed for synthetic blend so we went with the most expensive synth blend beside royal purple. Anyone who thinks they re getting good service here is probably to naive to understand the games being played. Hey management, repeat customers are your best business. Looking forward to sharing my negative experience with everyone in the area.

Excellent Service, Honest Employees. These guys have done a great job of taking care of both my wife's and my own vehicles. Regularly visit here for Oil changes, inspections, and minor fixes like changing out lights. Prices have always been fair and consistent.

Timberwood Lube is always fast and friendly. A basic oil change is not quite as cheap as some of the big chains, but the service is much better and they seem to be more honest. I've used them at least a dozen times with three different vehicles, and only once have they recommended an additional service I didn't request (replacing a cracked belt). They didn't try to convince me it had to be done right then, they just showed me where the belt was damaged and recommended it be replaced soon. I declined and said I would replace it myself and they didn't push back at all. They top off all fluids and check/fill low tires, and they will even scan an active check engine light for free if you ask. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Check their website for a discount coupon as well!

Excellent Service and Great Team of Employees. The efficiency and no pressure sales tactics are a refreshing experience for this service. The employees execute their tasks and are not geared towards adding unnecessary expense or offering guilt-fed repairs taking advantage of those with less knowledge of automotive repairs. The Team may offer suggestions that are in line with cost avoidance of larger repairs with simple recurring maintenance. All-and-all, a great shop and attitude towards the customer.

Went in after a bad inspection experience at take 5. Told them I expire next week and need this done. They told me I need wiper blades, which is probably true but agreed it wasn't fail criteria like take 5 trying to make me buy them there to pass. They were quick and appeared to actually do the inspection unlike other places. Overall it was quick and I appreciate them helping me get on with my day. I know places don't make money on inspections but they should see it add an opportunity to gain customers.

I recently moved to Timberwood Park. I really liked the place where I got my oil changed near where I used to live. They were very polite, professional, and honest. However, I no longer wanted to drive across town for an oil change. I looked up Google reviews, and the closest place to my house was Timberwood Lube. It is a family owned business and had great reviews. I decided to give it a try. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They were honest and took care of me well. I met the owner, Mark. He is a super nice guy that tries to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care and treated right. I would definitely recommend Timberwood Lube.

These guys are for real. Excellent customer service! Dropped off my broken down vehicle and they quickly changed out my alternator and had me back driving again in half a day. Very competitive mechanical rates, they would allow me to bring in my own parts for them to install but chose to have them order for me.

I just have to take a minute to thank you for having Brandon in your employ,,, he helped me today by installing a cabin filter... temps in the 3 digits and very close quarters to work in,,, he never complained, was so polite, patient and efficient... felt i just had to give him a thumbs yo and the 5 stars! Always treated well at this location. Thank you!

We recently took my 2004 vehicle to be serviced. We dealt with Andrew. He was a true delight. He was prompt to greet us at the vehicle, knew his services well, extremely polite, and he followed through on all his promises. I will certainly be returning and I will most certainly be telling my friends, acquaintances, and family about this location's superior customer service.

Austin server was down while trying to get vehicle inspection. Same was true for Valvoline station on Stone Oak Pkwy but they weren't courteous and/or informed enough to explain the circumstances to customers driving in...just telling customers "some" locations giving inspections but not which are and/or what they were doing to remain current on the situation. Timberwood Lube not only explained what was going on with the Austin servers, continued rebooting to keep their system current and allowed me to wait until their system was up ( My car was inspected within twenty minutes at their location) but also acquired me as a new customer to get my oil changes done in the future. Thankyou for your exceptional service Timberwood Lube!

Timberwood Lube, where have you been all my life? If I add up all the hours wasted at the Dealer and (insert name of quick-chain) Lube... I'd have SO MANY HOURS. Point is, not only was this the fastest I've ever gotten an oil change, the customer service is excellent as well. I asked if they could take a look at one of my windshield wipers, which had broken due to a hail storm and they just fixed it. Didn't charge me for it either. This was a few months back but the excellent service stuck w/ me long enough to write this here review!

Great place to get your annual vehicle inspection or oil/filter change! Service guys are always friendly and wait time is almost always short. Check them out esp if you live close by.

Glad this place opened! Great service.Clean Atmosphere & caring crew. I've used them a couple times for state inspection & oil change.Definitely recommended. We will be taking all our vehicles here for service.

Honestly, I can t help but laugh. I ve come here before with no issues, but I just pulled up now and there were 3 people working on a kiddy care academy bus. No one acknowledged me. I walked inside and saw that there was no one there, walked back out and kind of stood there and stared at the people. They went out of their way to avoid looking at me or talking to me, that s what made it so funny. I won t come back again. If they didn t have the ability to see me they could ve just let me know, like a normal business would have.
