Always enjoy going to Thad Ziegler, they very professional and treat me well there. They are courteous and are ready with the glass, any materials I need for the job. Thank you everyone from, Jackson Keller Rd. Y'all are the best!!!

We renovate houses so it s important to have quality, price and service. They showed up same day and were able to charge me remotely. They are also one of the few places that still carry single pain glass.

The job was great but a lot of miss communication as to what I wanted done and what they were quoting me. Also if a glass was broken by the installer they were not responsible and I had to purchase a new one while installing the window beads. Not totally satisfied.

Wonderful service. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Laura, sitting at the front desk who is one of the busiest people I have ever met. Definitely a specialty store, but this place is exceptionally professional. Just walk in, tell them what you need, and it will be delivered shortly. Seems like no job is too large or too small. And proof of how good they are is obvious... A San Antonio tradition since 1893. How many businesses can claim that?!!

Should probably tell your employees to not harass the workers at places they regularly have lunch at. Especially while they are still in uniform for your company. I had 2 individuals from your company act as if they were going to grab me and laugh about it around noon today. They are VERY lucky we were in the middle of a lunch rush, because I would have been more than happy to have my management involve SA PD and have a no trespassing order placed, since they don t know how to behave like professional, law abiding citizens. I fear for female customers of your company and hope your employees don t act like this on the clock as well. Truly terrifying having a man lunge towards me as I m walking past simply doing my job, don t see what they saw was so funny.

I called for a quote and the agent quoted me $157 per window by my measurements. I wasn't completely confident in my measurements because it was my first double pane installation and I asked for them to send a tech out to get the exact measurements. She told me if the measurements were off by half an inch or so it would only increase the price by about $20. After sending out their tech and getting the exact measurements I called in and she quoted me over $1100 dollars!!! She had no recollection of her original quote to me just a couple of days prior. I would never ever recommend this company unless you have more money than you know what to do with. Completely unprofessional - and the tech was late for the appointment as well.

I had trouble finding a place that would cut a piece of glass as long as I needed. Ziegler had no problem accommodating me, gave me a great price, and helped me install it onsite. Both Josh and the girl up front were friendly and professional. This was a referral from a friend too, and I was equally as pleased and will refer in the future, as well.

I recently remodeled my bathroom and I m so happy that I used Thad Ziegler Glasss. My shower wall and mirror that they installed look absolutely wonderful. They came out and measured and got exactly the right dimensions despite the fact that my house is certainly not all right angles. Very professional job. Super customer service. Great price. Would highly recommend.

Always have good service. Very helpful in how to keep glass clean. What products to use or not use.We have had them install mirrors, make us glass shelves, glass for desk tops, glass top to protect our bar counter, install a shower inclosure and have never had a problem. Everyone with whom we come into contact has been kind. Sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes because they can get busy. I've been there when there's been four people behind the counter, every one of them handling three, four different requests at the same time, and helping me too. We keep returning because they are very good at what they do.

We took our china cabinet door in for a repair estimate last Friday. The customer service rep was told by her supervisor that they did not have the equipment to make the repairs at their shop. So, she took the measurements of the door and said she would call it in and would have an estimate for us in 15 minutes. She said she would give us two estimates--one with the bevel edges and one without. I gave her my cell phone number and went on with the rest of my day. I did not receive a call 15 minutes later or anytime that day. I called on Monday and she told me that the person who had the information was at lunch and that she would call me as soon as she had the estimate. No return call. No return call on Tuesday. Last night (Wednesday) I called and an "after hours" rep took my information and said someone would call me first thing this morning. It is almost 3 pm and no return call. This business cannot even return a phone call. Do not trust them with your glass or your business!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had a sidelight window by my front door broken. Called Thad Ziegler Glass on 1/15 to have a replacement. They came measured, took the color of the dividers. Several weeks later at the beginning of February the window was ready to be installed. I took the day off work to be home. The installer arrived an immediately told me the color for the dividers was ordered incorrectly, brushed silver instead of champagne. I'm not sure how it was received in or made it out for install expect for poor product control. But I was told it would be several more weeks and would be reordered. I called 2 weeks later to check status. Was told it was on order and I would be called. Called YESTERDAY 03/07 and was told my order ticket had been lost and they were fixing and would call me back that afternoon. Crickets, no call. I called this morning to cancel the entire order. After 2 months of not being able to get a simple sidelight replaced there is no way I would ever let this company do a larger job. It is a carnival of folies at that place. If you're a builder or just normal consumer I'd google another company.

We called & they sent a guy out to measure for a shower door. He took forever to measure & we expected a quote within a day or so. It has now been three weeks. I've left 2 voicemails (due to "high call volume" not because I called after hours) and my hubby called as well, although he did not leave a message. We have since ordered from Samuels (they were very professional when they measured & actually answer the phone). In case you wonder why they earned 2 stars, they weren't the worst. Mission came out & didn't call back either, but they were even more unprofessional.

I have had several occasions to deal with the shop on Jackson Keller, products and service has always been outstanding. There was one occasion the glass was cut to the wrong size but a new piece was cut immediately and fit perfectly. Can't ask for better than that.Ken.

Put in a simple service request and the repair person said he called that he was at our house at 1 and I was sitting on our front porch reading from 12:40-2:40 and have a 180 lb dog that goes nuts if anyone comes within 100 yards of the house. If you screw up man up don't lie and make excuses. We will never be using them again and I see why they have more 1 star than 4 and 5 star reviews. Terrible.

I love this place because it is the friendliest most helpful glass distributor in this city. While I recommend the Lockhill/410 location for it's awesome staff and prompt production I feel comfortable and appreciated. For any glass needs call and get a quote and some good advice from these wonderful people.

This place has some of the worst customer service. Jim the manager handled our order with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 panes if acrylic for a book case. During delivery the acrylic was bowing. I would not accept the delivery and Jim and his staff still tried to charge me for the acrylic. The staff and Jim made accusations that they told me, which was a complete lie. Then the corporate office became involved. And the 1290.61 was refunded, but was re billed again when replacement glass was ordered, so I was charged a total of 1734 for plastic that bowed and the replacement glass. I don't know a business that would fraudulently Bill a customer like this company has.

They are pricey here, but apparently glass is expensive.. They are very honest and put no pressure on you. Alternative suggestions and options are offered to save you money. The customer feels valued without judgement.

Good service for the pickup stuff. I've never had them deliver or install for me, but the work at the shop is always great and dimensions are perfect.

Called the Rittiman location out for an estimate and never heard back from them after they came to take measurements.
