Calling all interior designers! If you have some ideas and need expert execution, Thad Ziegler Glass on Rittiman Road is your resource. Tim Schreiber expertly cut out plexiglass seat tops so I could turn two 1876 chairs into bedside tables. He also cut out a couple of shelves to span the rungs. I couldn't be more pleased! Pictures attached.This shop has served me well over the years with mirrors, glass, etc., for my many projects. I've always had very expert execution on all my requests.Thank you, everyone, at Thad Ziegler Glass on Rittiman Road!

Excellent products! They're very busy, so expect a wait. I suppose that's a good thing! I ordered 3 mirrors of varied sizes with a beveled edge. They all turned out beautiful, exactly as ordered and worth the wait! The guys placed them in my car for me, which I really appreciate.

I had originally scheduled with another shop and was quoted a least a month for a glass top for a custom live edge coffee table. Ziegler glass took a look at it and said they could get it done in a day. I left to pick up lunch and they gave me a call saying it was ready! The customer service was great. From the front desks, to the guys in the shop excellent people!

Roxanne and the two gentlemen who helped us were incredible! There were so quick and really took care of us considering the fact we don t live here and needed our windows replaced so we can go back home. So glad we choose to call them! I love this place. The people are extremely friendly. I got a window cut and being me i measured the wrong window not thinking garage door windows are not all the same size fortunately for me i measured too big so i went back and told them my mistake willing to pay for a re-cut and they didn't charge me for it. I am very grateful for that. I will continue to use Thad Ziegler for all the windows i need from now on. Thank you for all that you do over at Thad Ziegler Glass

The manager , Roxanne, is rude, unprofessional and a liar. Without getting services she charged my cc 287.51 and didn't have an explanation for her actions. Then wanted to charge me $65 for cancellation to find out it was 32.50. The whole back and forth was brutal and upsetting.

To be perfectly honest, I am incredibly angry and disappointed! I wanted to call to return it but, my husband told me not to.Even though by small millimetres, the dimensions are not unified. In addition, the thickness is not unified.Doubt seriously I ever will purchase anything from your establishment in the future or refer you to friends or neighbors.Deborah Reedy/dr

Had the windshield replaced on our Flex this morning. Greated by professional staff and brought the car in at the appointment time. When a problem with the moldings came up they were professional, I was a little surly. They used best practices to solve the problem. Thad Ziegler is a honest professional company that will continue to have my business.

Called three weeks ago, received a quote of $465 installed for a new windshield. Called on Monday, was told the cost would be over $700. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

This place just care about money I called twice same person gave me a different price like trying to take advantage of me. they don t care about customer, poor windshield quality, really bad customer services the person who answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering. When I called for a quote on replacement glass for a window, the female employee was rude, impatient, and refused to help me. I thought I was calling an expert for assistance and service. I wanted to support a local business. The sales person on the phone was unprofessional and caused this business to lose this sale, and future business from me.

I'll change my rating when they fix my window, but the lady on the phone had a serious attitude problem. Also when i first called she answered so abruptly and put me on hold immediately for 5min... this some BS customer service, Thad.

If you need glass don t even mess with the others. We use this place to cut and deliver mirrors and glass table tops and are never disappointed

Estimate for front windshield on acura.305 installed..mtf...way to cheap.he cannot get ppg or dealer glass. So if you purchase from this shop you will get aftermarket cheap glass.....
