2021 Silverado 3.0 DieselHad a 8 in lift kit installed also purchased 24x12 Moto metal Combats along with nitto 35x12.50 R 24 Recon s , at the start there was a minor problem with the lift kit from ready lift out the box , Edgar along with his wife kicked butt getting things corrected in a short period of time. They understood that I had a limited wait time and got it done when they said they would . I personally didnt like how the lift kit allowed the rear to sag Chevy lean and I could see it was about a 3in difference from the front so again Edgar got on the phone ordered different blocks for me for the rear and it s Perfect now , I recommend doing business with Edgar at Texas tire , he will get it done no matter the cost , his 100% customer satisfaction attitude is above and beyond any company I ve ever dealt with in the past. Thank you all at Texas Tire for all the hard work you did .Respectfully,Pete P

These places always give the best service and have all the tires and rims I need for my vehicle. The manager is amazing their tech Jose always provides great amazing service and I always come back to do my tires here at this location.

The wait was a little long but they had a couple other trucks in front of me, Tommy helped me with my patch and got me back on the road in no time. I'm glad they were able to take my tire off without messing up my rims. The rest of the guys working there jay and James contribute greatly to the work environment. Thanks Tommy and texas tires!

Submitted some info on a link from Facebook. Jay had contacted me and listened to what I wanted and suggested a few items. I was shopping around and was waiting for another quote from another business I usually go to. Jay asked me what was needed to earn my business. Gave him a number and he said done. Great communication throughout. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel comfortable assured that I was in good hands. I m very happy with the process and even after it s been done, Jay is always welcoming and eager to take care of you. #1 service in my book! Thanks Jay and Texas Tires SA #27.

Where to start!!! I love how my truck came out thanks to Jay he hit it spot on with what I had visioned. There was only one small correction that had to be made but Jays Team handled it no problem appreciate you guys.

Great customer they have at Texas Tires . I was taken care by Tommy as I had a flat tire on my Impala SS was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Not before Tommy made his pitch sale to me if I was looking for new tires that they finance to buy some in which he sold me as I will be back to purchase some later on this month. Thanks Tommy and Texas Tire !! Great job gentleman . P.S. if anyone has flat on Sunday afternoon Texas Tires is open cuz I had a hell of a time trying to find a tire shop that was open on Sunday

I had two flats on Sunday and only places was opened and did amazing job on both of the tire. Thank You Jose and your team for being helpful and professional then Wal-Mart had me outside the auto care center to change my own flat. I have this place a 5 out of 5

Do not take your truck to get lifted. They did a hack job on my 06 dodge ram 2500. When I was finally able to pick my truck up 8 days later. I noticed parts were missing g. I went straight in the office and demanded I get my parts. With no hesitation one of the employees went in the back and came out with 80% of the parts. They didn't even install the whole kit! I found a dozen lose bolts. When I got there they were putting g my back shocks on and the guys was using vise grips to hold the bolt while he tightened the nut. I do not blame yhe guys that did the work! I blame the management for allowing it to happen. They also used zip ties. I'm still missing 4 brackets. 2 that hold the sway bar links and 2 for the bump stops. 2500 no payment plan. They were going to keep the parts they didn't put on. They also made me lose 8 days of work. And 8 hour job turned into 8 days and they only installed 1/3 of the lift. Management needs to be fired and the guys doing the work need to be trained properly...Update!!!! I've found a number to someone in corporate. Thankfully they are going to cover the full tab for another tire shop that specializes in lift kits to do the repair work. This is expected. I've requested I get my full initial payment back for lose of work, money and pain and suffering/mental anguish. I still have to wait 2 weeks for the repairs and my truck will be in the shop for 2 days. As a business owner I can't afford to wait that long and it take 2 days to complete. I'm already over my head financially due to lose of work. They are waiting to hear from them to see if their higher up ins corporate will approve the refund.friday may 20th 2022

Brought our truck there on 05/10/21 to have a 6in rough country lift kit installed and 35 tires. They called the same day and said the truck would have to be towed to have it aligned because it was really off no problem there. BUT the very next day they call us and said the truck would need new ball joints to be aligned so I told them no thanks if the lift kit was installed and finished which they said it was, I ll pick the truck up and have the work done at a shop I trust being I had no idea what shop they brought it to at this point. They told me on the phone where to pick it up and it was drivable. We went to the address provided and they had no idea who I was or what truck I was talking about I had to track the trucks GPS to a shop 2 miles away from the address that sent me where they had my windows rolled DOWN in the pouring rain parked in the street with the doors unlocked. To make things worse the alignment wasn t just bad it was HORRIBLE! the passenger tire was turned all the way to the left and the driver side tire was straight! when I had it towed to my mechanic they found that the steering stops not being removed when they tried to turn the wheels it messed the steering box up and the tie rods, missing brake line brackets, ball joint spacers that came with the kit not installed the steering stops that had to be cut off still in place which busted my break lines mind you I haven t even driven the truck at this point so that was damaged by Texas Tires! I had to go back to the shop to track down my wheels and tires that should have been in the bed of the truck which were not... and when I asked them for an invoice they refused to give me one. Texas tires charged me four thousand dollars to do terrible work and not even install all the parts I had to pay two thousand dollars to have this hack job fixed. None of what I have said is false info I have documents and pictures to prove everything that they did.

The guys in the tire shope are great however the guy who does the lift installations is trash he first tried to lie about the key he broke as well as left bolts loose and tried to place nuts on that were completely the wrong size and ripped the abs sensor wires do not do it DONT USE THIS SHOP FOR LIFTS PERIOD. as for the wheel and tire side those guys are on there A game they deserve 10 stars

Texas Tire is the best they got me what I wanted and it wasn't expensive either. Justin, Regina, Jay, and Jose got my ride right and it didn't take long. They know what they're talking about. If you're looking for the good stuff go see them! I went from the photo on the left to the photo on the right. Thanks Texas Tire!

This company, did not return my old rims, I told them I would be back for them, come to know they dispose my old rims the next day.I have a mustang and not all tires would have fit , even I were to take them the same day.Corporate office is useless and the only person that can help you is Mariana, she Does not help you at all and gets disrespectful.Jay and his staff are all disrespectful, and even laughed when I was upset.I do not recommended this company, please take my advice , as they will do the same to you!****************************************Per your reply at the bottom, I would give you negative per your customer service your reply is all lie, and you never contacted me about any kind of credit, I would rate below negative on your poor customer service.Please do not act like I was in the wrong, because you nor any of your employees told me this, you couldn t even talk to me in person and that say a lot, any ways you have a good day with lying to your customers and laughing at them.

Thanks Texas Tires27. Jay and his Team are very Professional, Courteous and Helpful. The tires they sold me are Awesome but most importantly they noticed a safety issue with my wheel locks and corrected them on the spot. Had me back in the road quickly. AWESOME JOB & THANK YOU. I couldn t find a shop to patch my tire on 28 s, I was referred here and they didn t have a problem helping me! The entire staff is extremely friendly, Jay took care of my tire and looked happy to do it. Definitely will be coming back for my tire/rim needs in the future :)

These folks are amazing. Super friendly and professional. They have very reasonable prices and were very timely with the amount of work they provided. Endless customization options can be tiring. Jay helped me out tremendously, spending the time with me to understand what I wanted out of my wheels tires and lift. In a profession where cutting corners and inflated cost are the norm these guys are full of integrity.
