John Jake was very professional and handled my husband s truck with the utmost care, taking photos before taking possession and photos and video upon delivery which were texted to us. He was also on time and gave a courtesy call and text prior to arrival. We will definitely use this company s services for any future needs. The best experience we ve had with a tow company ever.

John Jacob was excellent!! He went above and beyond and stayed with me for 2 hours and made sure me and my wife got home safely. My car was inside a fast food drive tru and he maneuvered my car very professionally. Would recommend him to my friends and family

The towing service is trash. My friend waited for a tow in the cold for over three hours. Twice being told the driver was on the way & should be there in ten minutes. They were contacted at 8:10 pm & he didn't get home until 11:10 pm. Stay away if possible.

Kudos to Driver John Jake.John was very professional and friendly. He kept us informed as he was on his way and when he arrived. There was never a doubt that he was good at what he was doing as he loaded and secured our small car on the tow truck. He let us know when he had secured the car at the dealer ship since it was after hours. This set our mind at ease and we are grateful.

PLEASE!! Do not use this towing company!! I have had to use them at least 3 times in the last year or so and every single time they do not pick up at their designated time. They are always over an hour late and the customer service is horrible. They always have the same excuses. They will always tell you that the driver is on the way but they are not! This company and the customer service absolutely sucks. The odds of your vehicle being picked up on time are slim to none. Don t use this company!!

John Jake Was very professional and even went out of his way to try and diagnose the car to see if there might be a chance of getting the car to start. Although the car is an old 2001century, he treated it as if it were a brand new car. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by him, he made what started as a bad night just that much more better.

John Jake went above and beyond. He saved me a costly trip to the mechanic. He had outstanding performance and was able to find and solve my problem. He could ve just towed my car and left it at that but instead he pulled out his tools and got my car started. He was also the only tow in the area and had to drive over an hour. I could not thank and praise this man s service enough.

"I had the pleasure of working with John Jake from Texas Roadside Services and Towing to transport my motorcycle to the dealership. Throughout our interaction, John demonstrated utmost professionalism and efficiency. Although a minor damage occurred due to a strap during transport, John promptly informed me about it. He proactively obtained a repair quote and covered the repair costs right there at the dealership. I commend John for his exemplary character, integrity, and responsibility in addressing the issue."

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place sucks. First the driver that barely speaks/understands english come to the impound lot. I have to explain 6 times to come in office to do paperwork. Then he is told they need his company documents, this needs to be explained 4 times. Takes he 15 minutes to walk across parking lot get info and come back. Then they ask him 3 times if he knows what he needs to do cause he kept asking if THEY bring the vehicle to him. I head home to meet him as I'm getting there 15 min later he calls says he needs key to get it on flatbed..I turn around and am almost there when calls and says oh dont need it.

John Jake arrived fast and helped us tow my husband s car in the freezing rain. He was careful with our low to the ground car and was able to get it on there even though the car was unresponsive. He was communicative and helpful the whole way!

Although the first driver (They claim it wasn t their driver) came to pick me up on highway 35, got the flatbed ready, and then drove off without towing my vehicle after waiting an hour and a half they sent out another driver, John, who came an hour later and loaded me up quickly and took my car to two dealerships after the first dealership was closed early. He was patient and overall made the experience more bearable.

If I had to choose between a towing service or just a vehicle/road assistance in general, I would HIGHLY recommend giving Texas Roadside Services a call! They helped me get my car back to my home in perfect condition thanks to the support from John Jacob, and not to mention also gave me recommendations to tow my car to there mechanic shop they have located in San Antonio for fast and reliable repairs! If you are looking for a service tow or just looking for a shop to work on your vehicle I recommend giving them a call ! 1 star is well more than enough to give these guys. Please save yourself the time, hassle and headache of dealing with this company. Find someone else to assist you. I have been waiting for 3.5 hours from the time of this post for assistance. When they were 10 minutes past their 1st ETA, I gave them a call for an update. They said we ll be there in 30mins and didn t think nothing of it and gave them the benefit of the doubt but after that, I kept calling for updates and was told the same. After a few 30mins away I was fed up and called another tow truck company and shelled out the money for immediate assistance. What makes me even more upset is that I see they are located on the same road I m stuck on. Needless to say, I had time today to share my experience with the good people of Google. Do as you must with this information. Have a blessed day.
