They charge around $130 for a "full inspection/computer diagnostic" that apparently doesn't include checking the coolant level?Finding various loose nuts sitting around under the hood after my vehicle was returned to me was not very reassuring either Edit - when I brought my car back the same day after noticing these issues the mysterious nuts were acknowledged by staff and (hopefully?)replaced. -And they certainly had opened the hood to replace my leaking valve cover gasketThe coolant was also acknowledged to me as a mistake and remedied by the staff at that time. So I'm not really looking for any response, thanks.The low rating is to warn other customers that in my one and only experience at this shop I had to wrestle with my schedule and coordinate child care simply because the work wasn't done correctly the first time and I had to go back to get it remedied

My brothers truck was put in for repair and it took them 6mo to install a used ECM and it was not programmed . As you ll can see previous post on this business their quality of work has definitely gone down hill. Please stay away and save your money. Adam states he has 10 other businesses he has to worry abt and the ppl he has place to help him run THIS business clearly doesn t know how to run a proper business. Which in turn makes you look bad. You charged (OVERCHARGED AT THAT) for services that were not rendered. You gave my brother your word; however, would not put it in writing and as a man of your word wanted a hand shake. You FAILED and did not keep your word. You/one of your employees installed faulty parts and not was was supposed to be done. With inflation and people working hard for their money how can you sleep at night knowing you re not doing the right thing. You said you d make it right and would do whatever it took to fix the problem and you did NOT deliver.

Had my truck for 6 months. Bad ECM. They advised they got a new one from Mopar and since my ECM had to be replaced I needed my truck re-tuned. They installed a used ECM from a junkyard and could never properly tune my truck. Very bad business. Stay away.

Chris at Texas Elite Auto is amazing. Quick service and excellent customer service. I'm having them do the exhaust on my 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. They have excellent payment plans and offer military discount. I can't wait to finally get back into the driver's seat of my Jeep after not being able to drive it for a year. I will be having my Wife's mustang worked on here soon as well. Yall have gained a customer for life.

I was traveling from Phoenix to Florida when I started having power issues with my 2001 dodge ram 2500 Cummins. I Called and spoke to Adam on the phone. he was very friendly and willing to help on a holiday weekend. Got my truck in and diagnosed in a few minutes. The mechanic really knew well what he was doing. It turned out to be 2 bad fuel injectors. I had him change them all. My truck runs amazingly better than new. Adam also talked me into using an injector cleaner product and it did wonders to clean out my system. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of service or repair. Got back on the road and made it to my destination and was very pleased. Found the people to be very friendly caring and determined to do the best. Cost was very reasonable. I will be sure and schedule my maintenance on my routine trips to Florida.

I visited Texas Elite about a month ago and had work done on my 2008 Charger. The ownership and team are very professional in their demeanor and their knowledge of gasoline and diesel vehicles. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and exudes quality and most of all trustworthiness. I look forward to doing more business with them in regards to all of my vehicles.

Service above and beyond. Front man Chris took my truck in for emergency service and the mechanics hopped right on it, not only staying past normal business hours, but completing the work in just about an hour (serious diesel fuel line rupture) keeping my schedule right on time. The rates are fair and with excellent, honest service. Thanks again

This was the best customer service experience I ever had with a repair shop. I am an out of state traveler and my check engine light came on. I submitted a request on Yelp for a nearby repair shop. Most shops were booked. Texas Elite responded within 10 minutes. I was able to drop off my car and it was repaired within 3 hours. The customer service was great, because the driver Joey drop us off and picked us up for lunch. Joey also dropped us off at home. Fred was amazing he was totally honest about the cost and time for the repairs. I strongly recommend Texas Elite Auto and Diesel.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 3500 Ram turbo diesel truck to get fixed due to an oil leak, they kept calling and stating other things needs to get repaired ..initial price was $1400, then ended up paying $3000+, I advised them I needed truck done by a week due to leaving to work out of state and they agreed and said they will do the work right the 1st time. It sounded good to me, they had it ready in a week and when I turned it on it had a hard start and had a error on the screen with the engine light on, I returned it & they said to leave it and will check out the errors. 3 weeks in they STILL didn t know what was wrong, I feel like they bite off more then they could chew. I was losing money from not working. Finally I just went and got my truck, it STILL has the error code, it STILL starts with hesitation and now it s blowing white smoke! This place is not for high performance trucks, I had took my truck to one other high performance place and got it back in a week with NO issues and they replaced my whole transmission! They only thing good thing they did was not charge me for the 3 xtra weeks they had it to try and fix whatever they did. I would not recommend this place to any one!

I had a very positive experience with Chris and the others at Texas Elite Auto. They were straightforward with their estimate, and what exactly was required. Their shop is clean and professional. While my repair wasn t necessarily cheap, it was the replacement parts that were expensive. The shops repair costs were reasonable and within my expectations. I will certainly go back there for any future repairs on my VW Jetta. Thanks guys.

I was there today someone recommended Texas elite I see the reviews looks good. I should have gotten the man s name but he has a buz cut tall with glasses. Maybe it was earlier and he was running late he may have had better customer services. After he quoted me the price which really wasn t bad a but his vibes was off and decided I didn t want to do business at least not with him .So I didn t stay I may try them again when there is someone else there and I just needed coolant for my AC I thought a customer could choose their service since I do know that s all it needed even if not I would just have to come back and get all those other things he said I needed a quote of almost 400 just to start 115 each hr comon please give me a break let s try the coolant first yes it would have cost more if he discovered a leak idk I am just a woman idk know auto. But he was still rude

My ac would occasionally stop blowing air but when it did it was cold. Took it in for them to take a look at it and paid $1800 since July of last year my AC only blows hot air this place is the worst. Don't waste your time with this place they'll tell you that they tested and the ac blows at 60F but you'll almost die of heat exhaustion by the time you get home. One of the worst expirences I've ever had. Felt like I got scammed. I basically gave them $1800 for them to wreck my AC.

These guys are the best and they are honest about the issue on my truck fast service and had a reasonable price. I m sending all my family and friends here and I don t trust anyone but them with my truck.

I came to see them because my Dodge Ram 2500 turbo was running rough. They let me know it was just a connection loose. No charge. I was so impressed I brought my truck in for a full oil and and filter change. Great prices!! Honest mechanicsFound my new shop folks !!!

My Hyundai Veracruz catalytic converter needed to be replace and the vehicle is using two. The price of one is around $350 each. The estimate of the parts and labor was around $1500 they said. So I asked they to do and left my vehicle. I got a call the following day and I was told that it is ready and the cost is $700. I was thinking he called the wrong person but he told me that they only need to replace one. So honesty.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Texas Elite is a awesome business for my 2012 Silverado 2500 Diesel 6.6 liter truck. Since I wasn't in a hurry for my truck they did a complete inspection. My problem was the bad "Reduce Engine Power". Mario did exceptional service and is a joyful character to talk to. They work hard to earn your trust.

Took them 2 weeks to work on my truck. They don t even know what was wrong with it wanting to upcharge me by keep on adding stuff they don t need to check. Don t recommend coming here

If anyone is looking for a all around great shop this is it. Needed suspension work done on my truck for a while and didn t know where to go walked in and knew this was the place. From the front office to the mechanics everything was top notch I highly recommend this place and my truck will be going back for future work I want done. Very well priced

I took my 2013 Camaro SS to these guys in October 2021, got my car back March, took 6 MONTHS!!!! For them to give me my car back...not even 3 weeks later, my car is back at another shop...over 12 grand with warranty I had with these guys and paid $3000 OUT OF POCKET! Supposedly they replaced my motor, clutch, etc...for my car to mess up AGAIN!!! They try to blame me saying I over heated my car! But how??? I just got my car back! From these guys and they are trying to say its my fault...so I took my car to LICENSED mechanics, which they told me these guys put in the same INTAKE instead of replacing it which blew out my motor AGAIN! IT HAD DEBRI from the old motor which caused it to breakdown AGAIN, which FRED the manager there told me they NEVER replaced my INTAKE. SO now I have to pay another 8K out my pocket for another MECHANIC SHOP TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM!! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE WARRANTY TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!, THESE GUYS ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR...THEY WILL FIX IT TO WHERE YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK!

Went in for a busted radiator .. they gave me an awesome price so I had a lot more maintenance done to my vehicle wires plugs oil leak the whole nine yards !! Fast and in expensive they definitely have my business moving forward!!
