If there s a single review to read, read this one.My son had his car repaired after hydroplaning, and it was a simple repair (bent control arm). They replaced it, and painted the front bumper. Control arm started to make loud metal to metal noises, we brought it back, they put grease. After 3 more times of this, we took it to GUNN Honda. They said whoever installed the control arm, didn t even torque it down and destroyed the control arm, knuckle, and a wheel bearing.They didn t admit any mistake and did not stand by their work, when we showed pictures and video from Gunn right after coming from their shop. They stated everything was installed correctly, when it clearly wasn t.They prey on people, especially those who don t know. They also claimed they replaced a fog light harness, they didn t. They spliced the fog lights to the headlights so now no matter what you do, the headlights and fog lights are always on together. They obviously didn t do anything about this.They will ignore your calls and not reach out if they know they re the ones who messed up.Please don t go here, there are so many better shops. PLEASE just go ANYWHERE else other than this shop. From their other reviews, I wouldn t trust any of them.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Worst experience ever, my work vehicle was brought here, I had left my wife's bracelet in the console (was taking to get cleaned) and it was stolen. The response from management was " don't leave valuables in the car!" HOW ABOUT TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO STEAL. What a response from owner. You sing a paper saying don't leave valuables. Maybe your employee should sign a paper saying don't please don't take other people's belongings. It's called stealing

On 5/10/23, I was in a minor car accident. A Chevy Silverado smashed into the the front left of my 2013 Dodge Charger, I looked up some body shops near with good reviews and that s how I found out about Texas Collision.They had my Dodge for about 2 weeks and oh man they did a PHENOMENAL job! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and just over all great!My 2020 ram is there right now because a catalytic converter was stole from it, and because they did such an amazing job with my Charger, I ll be a life long customer of theirs now.I HIGHLY recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

2 twice I have had work done one my car with them. The work was done well and within reasonable time. All throughout this process they would call with updates. Definitely will continue with their body repair services, in the future, and highly recommend them!!

My service rep was Brandon Frame and he is my HERO! He originally stated that the work would take 4 days but he was able to have everything completed in 2 days!!! And washed my car! The waiting area is comfortable, clean and with a coffee/drink station! The girls at the front desk were always very professional and super helpful!I HIGHLY recommend Texas Collision Center!!!Service: Body & Trim

Please don t come here. These people are thieves. Get your inspection elsewhere. They were extremely rude to my mom and insulted her. Also, they charge you even if you fail even though no one does that. Please go elsewhere instead of coming here to get robbed.

Workmanship was good but left my truck real dirty on the inside just though my jack in back seat had bird poop on inside door on the door they replaced speakers didn t work

I was sent to another collision repair store and they would not call me back to set up my repair. Guess the job didn t pay enough.So, my insurance company sent me to Texas Collision. They called and got me in the same day for an estimate.When I showed up for the work I paid $900 LESS than the dealership quoted me. Their staff is extremely nice, polite and didn t care that they only made $19 on my repair job. I would recommend this collision repair place 100% over any other that I have been to.

I am so happy when pick up my vehicle at Texas Collision, with $6,400 repair job they did repair my vehicle with excellent job. I'm really picky person but I did't find any mistake they may have during repair process. My vehicle clean inside and oh my God the polishing out side make me give to them 5 star shop. The Staff really friendly they call to update every 2 days. And special thing was they gave to me 7% rebate of total repair cost and its really help me to paid my deductible. They offer me lifetime warranty for repair. I strongly recommend this place to every body

Took our car to get repaired for hail damage. It took them an extra two weeks from the promised date. In total was there for 4 weeks. Their communication was poor and the front desk person was rude and obnoxious. They told us to pick up the vehicle at 5pm and did not drive off till 6:30pm. While there 4 other customers had been waiting for a couple of hours past their promised time too. The paint job on the hood was done poorly also. Don't waste your time taking your car to this place. They are overloaded with vehicles and have work beyond their means. Which will equate too poor work and poor service.

My car was supposed to be ready September 9 and I didn't get it picked up till September 19 and the job was not complete! The paint job was not smooth or complete, my rear blinkers aren't working anymore when they were when I took it in, and they didn't put my stripes on my car. The front lady was simply rude to us and was not trying to help!

Love these guys! Unfortunately, I've been a long time customer because of a lemon I owned and I've been in several minor accidents. They have always done an excellent job. I thought for sure my last accident would have totalled my vehicle because it's so old but thankfully they were able to fix it. I've had to wait a little longer than expected to receive my car back but it's the holidays so I'm going to be patient.

I have taken my cars to Texas Collision for years for inspection stickers. I always noticed how clean the place always is. That in itself is rare for a mechanic shop. Anyway, a few days ago, someone scraped my car in a parking lot and left deep scratches on the side of the car. I took it to Texas Collision and Zac gave me an estimate and I accepted it. Zac was helpful and knowledgeable. When I got my car back two days later, it looked brand new again. The scrape was beautifully repaired and the car was washed and vacuumed. I heartily recommend Texas Collision.

Thank you for having pricing integrity and not overcharging for the repairs you did on my car. I was very impressed with the fair price and the fact that repairs were completed by the time/date that was initially promised. We will return with any future repairs or service we require.

The front desk lady is very nice. My exhaust was making noises and Julio got the part and fix it. He was fast and reliable. I recommended Texas collision!!!

I always go here for my expectation stickers. This place is fast and friendly and before they make u pay for ur sticker and something is wrong with your car they will fix it for u so it will pass of course u pay for the windshield wipers of course. In my case it was a back light. They are very helpful and I recommend anyone to go thier.

This has been a horrible experience. I proceeded with repairs at a different collision center after their several attempts to repair minor issues and Texas Collision informs my insurance that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Ridiculous. I also have an uneven hood that the owner advised me that Jeep manufactured their hoods that way, although, after having the vehicle for 3 years I've never noticed an uneven hood. Jeep dealership laughed at that remark-

This place sucks. Can't get a hold of anyone. Called multiple times to speak with the person in charge of vehicle. They are always out to lunch. Don't take your vehicles to this location.
