It was my first time here since all my previous services have been thru the mobile service. The location is a little bit hidden and there are not too many signs to known which one is the service entrance and which one the main entrance. I got greeted right away and Tiffany took my car even without an appointment. They told me that it was going to be around one hour to what I replied that I was going to be back later. They did offer a loaner but I declined since it was not needed. They were able to fix the problem and additionally they did a multipoint inspection, they refilled the windshield fluid and they top charged it!!! Definitely coming back. Well done!!!

My FREE super charging was never transferred during the time of my appt. I advised the sales advisor and he said he d look into it and open up a ticket. To not worry about it that it would be an over the air fix. It s about to be a week and now they are telling me that there is nothing they can do, since I got rid of my old vehicle on the Tesla app. This was not something that was explained during my pick up process. And I know they know that I was the owner of the vehicle I was transferring my super charging from. Even when signing the documents .. that specific section of transferring the supercharging was checked out in green. No RED flags. So I trusted them. I been continuously trying to get someone to help me. Call me . And it s like no one seems to care. I would have never agreed to take on a new Tesla if I knew how much of a mess this was going to be. At this rate it s been such a horrible experience and this is coming from someone who sells cars for a living. Im completely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated and the way this situation has been handled. My loyalty and money should have gone elsewhere. I hope Tesla really comes around and does the right thing but the fact that I have not received one call or text after saying they would . Has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend my people to go through this annoying mess I have gone through.

Terrible customer service. I bought Tesla back in July and they asked me go to the tag office to get my own tag otherwise drive Tesla home without temporary tag and they will honor 1000 mile for that and sign the paper that it s my liability if I get pulled over for driving car without temporary tag. So I rush to tag office to have a tag and Mr. Dion said I will get the money refunded and it s been more than 8 month though I asked through customer service line and automated messing service, no one responded on that. What a mess! My friend in California have 2 Tesla and he shares some terrible customer service experience as well that gives me some good feeling that I am not the only one who is suffering from this terrible customer service experience.

Best dealership experience! Emiliano and Daniela were very helpful in our leasing purchase. We were able to get a vehicle of the lot and took it home same day!! The delivery experience was top tier out of all car purchases we ve had! Thank you!!

I purchased the automatic garage opener. Technician showed up and never got it to connect to my garage. He left without it working and stated he would come back later. Then i get a call from an Austin number. He stated that getting it to work is a luxury. They don t have to get it to work because it is just like if you had it in a normal car. What he doesn t understand is when you buy a ICE it comes already installed, so they don t have to come and INSTALL any additional part on my vehicle. Until this company is help responsibly for their lack of reliability and customer service they will continue to take advantage of customers. I would say think long before dealing with this company.

Submitted Tesla financing application via app. They sent my application abroad to many different lending entities, which was unnecessary, and resulted in many credit inquiries, I'm currently trying to get them to answer me about where I gave the approval to do this.Also, be aware, when filling out the financing questions. There is no warning that the submission will happen. All you see is "next" after each question. There's no final review warning before submitting for the hard inquiry.It didn't matter that I got approved. They still sent it out to other loan companies. Now I'm having to deal with credit reporting agencies to see if all these inquiries can be removed.I'll adjust this rating if they show me that it was I, who unwittingly gave permission to send my credit application to whomever they saw fit.For shame.

Walked in and were greeted by Tim, extra nice guy. My son is a Tesla lover and we got a test drive and really enjoyed it. I was impressed with the car.

Tim our representative really took time to explain our vehicle to us and answered all our questions. He called us the day after to make sure our drive home went well and that there were no issues. All in all a wonderful stress free experience for the whole family and we felt taken cared of. All other staff we encountered at this location were also professional and courteous.

Don't recommend this place for service, they are the worst when it comes to customer service. I bought a brand new Model Y and as it approached 1k miles I opened a service ticket for an issue with my steering wheel slanted some towards the right. I suppose with the excitement of getting a new car I didn't really see it. I told them the tires are not wearing abnormally I think the issue is that from the factory the steering was not set straight. They said they only honor the first 100 miles for issues with the car. Mind you that I had to pick up this car in Houston so I would have had to put in the ticket on the drive home. I refused to pay and left not before telling the service manager a few choice words which in retrospect I do regret. I ended up taking it to another shop where I paid a fraction of the price and they confirmed my suspicion that this is an issue from the factory and that it is not typical for a car to have such issues within the first 1k miles. I won't be coming back to this location and strongly recommend if you buy one of these cars put in as many tickets as you can to be 100% sure your car is set because they will find any reason not to take responsibility for issues with their vehicles. These guys are trained to nickel and dime customers when you need any service on these vehicles. They defend tesla as if they get a bonus for blaming customers and not doing the right thing.

Service will let you down: Wife dropped off her model x for a windshield replacement and picked up a nail on the way in. Tesla would not remove the tire due to liability... Really? They offered to air up the damaged tire and send the car out on the road to reduce their liability. If your service department can't figure out how to remedy a flat tire, I should have bought a car that comes with some form of customer service team that is capable of taking care of their customers. When your policy to hinders your ability to provide customer service... After calling the service department and explaining that was unacceptable the service manager was able to come up with a better solution. I should not have to call a manager to explain sending damaged vehicles out on the road is a greater liability the remove and replacing a tire in your service bay. Just because it is a Tesla policy, doesn't imply it's good. Be the solution, run it up the chain, fix bad policy.Lou is working to improve his department.

Took my Model 3 in for a safety restraint fault service. Kevin and Tony were outstanding at getting me in and out. Even set me up with a loaner and 100% transparent on the timeline. They underpromised and over delivered! Thank you guys for your great customer service. Makes me glad to have purchased it new and know I ll be taken care of if any issues arise.

Went thinking this was just a charging station, and found their service center. Front desk always super nice and helpful, and even let my gf test drive a Y while I waited for the charge. Now she is going to buy one as well!

Great location for a test drive but try the other SA location for service. Left my vehicle dirty with dirty finger prints all over the b puller and didn t address the issues. Decided to not go back to have it done correctly so will deal with it on my own. Oh and yes it s a brand new car less than 30 days old.

Omg where do I start. This was the best Car service experience I ve ever had. The employees made it their mission to help me get settled in to my pre-owned Tesla. They were able to help solve all of my issues and concerns I was having at the time. The center was very welcoming and comfy. Amazing staff, big thanks to Dion and Robert!!!!

We had the absolute best experience here today. Came in excited and unexperienced with the tesla purchase process in texas. Needless to say Diego helped us get through the entire purchase process and out the door in our brand new Model Y! Highly recommend this location for your purchasing needs.

I love my new 2023 Tesla it s not just the best car I ve ever had, and trust me cause I ve driven Lamborghinis and Bmw and Mercedes and even American cars. It s also the fastest car you can get ! Thanks Tesla!

Good pickup experience overall, although they did not put the inspection report in the glove box so I had to get it reinspected in order to register the car.
