Jesse was a complete sweetheart and moved quickly and efficiently even with a knee brace and was working alone. Stayed friendly and positive attitude and even was able to complete my inspection and I got back to work on time! He needs a raise! Thank you sir!

The guy at the register was great(blonde guy). I ve always had a great experience here but the guy underneath look like he was in a bad mood and left the screw off my cover underneath and now it s hanging down almost hitting the pavement. This time was not goodService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The workers were very friendly and informative about the oil change and other things they took a look at. They were kind to offer water for the road afterwards. We had a little chat while they were in the process of doing the oil change. 10/10

Both crew members were attentive, thorough and made sure it was quick and easy. I have come here several times and I live an hour away in Kerrville, specifically because of the superior service this Take 5 provides.

Nicest guys- best service! I cant say enough about the service I consistently receive at Take 5 on Ironside and Colony in the Medical Center. The technicians go above and beyond to help tge customers and ensure they ate completely satisfied. Take your car there to be serviced. Youvwont be disappointed

I went to the Take 5 on Rigsby when my oil was low in my car. I spoke with one of the technicians about why my car would be using oil. I have a 2008 Toyota Camry with 168,000 miles and he told me ohh it has a lot of miles so it s going to use oil. Well I asked Jesus at the Colony the same thing. He was very knowledgeable and suggested I had the coolant system flushed which I bought the car in May of 2023 . I will always use the colony location.

Went for a state inspection in and out in less than 20 min. Ryan helped me and was nice and professional! Ryan also helped with installing my wipers. First time being here and overall a great experience!

1st time ever, after your company completed my oil change, I drove off and my car started rattling noise on a consistent basis and the OIL smell way extremely strong more than usual.My husband took it back to shop and the mistakes that were taken care of but, still uncertain I will ever come back.

Was told they were out of the purple synthetic oil that I normally useThey upgraded my oil and also charged me for the upgrade which was a surprise so wasn t very happy with thatAlso the fact that the whole rack in the middle had the purple oil stacked on itThere were only 2 people there so understaffed but still got out within 20-30 minutesEveryone has off days it won t deter me from coming backThanks

I was having a car care day and had cleaned my car and decided to come here for an oil change. I got that and so much more; they checked my tires, both my filters, they even helped me reset my oil life tracking thing on my car. Derek, Bridgette and Angel worked as a team to make the oil change as fast and thorough as possible and they were all very friendly and kind on top of that. Derek even offered me a cold bottle of water to send me on my way, i usually find these things awkward but I can honestly say it was the best experience I ve ever had getting an oil change!Service: Oil change

Logan managed this location flawlessly. Thankfully it wasn t busy and as I went to park, He quickly jumped up and didn t even let me park before guiding me to the bay. Quickly diagnosed what I needed, made fair recommendations, and got my car ready for a road trip. Grateful for care and attention. Will make this my go to place

Review below this one was a year back. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience this time. Every single gentleman there looked miserable/tired and only one young man put forth slight effort. He made suggestion to change air filter but couldn't afford at the time. I'M the one that told them to have a nice day and the,sentiment was barely returned. Reluctant to go back. I've been going to this location for awhile now with 2 different vehicles. I placed the reminder sticker for next oil change myself. No big deal. They also didn't reset my car so it would stop alerting oil change was needed. You Tube showed me how and I did it myself. I hope their day got better.They were great! Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly... even in this heat at the end of the day. Will definitely be going back.
