I had a fantastic experience at Sunset Imports. Saul the mechanic exceeded my expectations by installing my new radio and adding a backup camera, even though I didn't have an appointment. The service was prompt, and Saul was incredibly friendly. What impressed me the most was the unbeatable price for such high-quality work. I highly recommend this shop for its exceptional service, friendly staff, and budget-friendly pricing!

Saul over there took car care of my daughters car and installed a new alarm for a good price. Go see Saul for all your tint and alarm needs. These are good people that are professional and take care of their customers.

So after driving over 40 miles there and over 40 miles back not just one but 2x now this week it wasted not only miles and gas on my vehicle but also my time and money spent. First I was told to drop my vehicle off by 5pm Tuesday for my appointment at 9:45am a Wednesday, coordinating a ride to follow me there to drop it off, then being told when we arrived that my screen is actually cracked (no crack seen or felt whatsoever) and not covered by the warranty. Saul said he could order another touch screen and would only charge for the Jenson itself, no labor fees if I could bring it back in Friday since they did not have in stock. I was assured that it would only take 20-30min so would not have to drop off. Even after calling on my lunch break to ensure it was in stock now and still okay to come after work, told yes, arriving by 5pm just as I had advised him, Saul tells me I'll have to come back sometime next week.UPDATE: Today I got through the phone line and am scheduled to resolve issue. Will final update with results.I love the system installed back in Feb and the price was very fair but only 4 1/2 months later and the touch screen is completely blank. I can't even use an aux cord, nothing now. I have tried calling but no answer and no vm box to leave a message. Hopefully this can be fixed. Will update.

Saul and Manule and Tio Frank were awesome. This is our third vehicle to have a car alarm installed. They stayed late and made sure it was right. Going back next week to upgrade the truck. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Awesome job! Brought in my 2004 Cateye to get a double din and back up camera installed. They gave me a good price and did a professional job. Would recommend these guys

The only friendly and trustworthy car audio shop in San Antonio. Even asked me to just stop by same day to make sure the quote would be accurate. The only car audio store to not surprise you with added on fees. And the prices and quality of work are perfect !:)

Had a double din installed into my 2011 Silverado today and was very pleased with the outcome. Saul was very professional and helpful with everything. Great work! I had my infinity mids and highs installed, along with a 4 channel amp, and a pioneer radio. Sounds great, I can't even turn it up more than halfway. So crisp and loud. The time and price was what I was told and didn't change. They worked late getting it done, I can't say enough nice things about this place.

My son and his grandmother brought his 2002 GMC truck in today to have a double din stereo installed . Frank, Saul and rest of staff went above and beyond installing his stereo and they did a fantastic job!!! My son was 100% happy. Not many companies give you the personal service we received today. Thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to get some installation gear (I do my own installations) and they suggested a few items I almost forgot to ask for! That right there is an example of attention to detail. Much respect! I will be a repeat customer!

The shop is family owned and have been in business for over 22 years. They have top of the line products, great variety of items besides stereos, speakers, audio equipment like HID lights, car alarms, backup and other auto cameras, batteries etc. Their prices are very reasonable for both products sold and installation services! I highly recommed this businesses.

excellent place. I'm with a body shop and we send our customers who need alarms or stereos here. professional work for a decent price. plus they treat our customers right. Getting an alarm on my personal vehicle right now.

They are the best. They have done all of my audio work for the last 15 years. They are honest, professional and punctual. I would never think of going anywhere else. Not only do they make sure you get the best quality, Frank,Saul and Gary are they nicest people you will ever meet. If you think this is fake or some joke, if you go there and need work, tell em the Million Dollar Man sent ya. Hell, as much work as they do for me, you might even see me there!!

I have been MORE than understanding. When the guy increased the amount, i wasnt happy but i accepted anyway. In turn the first job took all day from open to close and was HORRIBLE. My tent had all kinds of air bubbles and was lifted in multiple areas but i couldnt see that when i picked it up at night time. So i took my car back and , the guy was not pleased and was Very short with me. Told me he wasn't gonna argue with me but took my car again anyway. The second time took a whole other day. I have a small 4 door. The second time my husband picked it up and the guy apologized because they only redid the back ..all day and only the back was done.. Still hadAir bubbles. (They contacted me and gave me exactly what was fair . now i am thankful!)

Was quoted a price, they gave me a breakdown of what those costs were. The day of service the price didn't change. Service was fast, all workers were polite, and took time to explain warranty and how head unit work. Would return for future services.

Great place been there 3 times in the last few months prices are good service is on point and they dont try to push anything else on you very cool guys and knowledgeable didnt mind answering questions. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I went to my appointment price was actually more then what saul quoted and still kept the quoted price..I live an hour away and will gladly make that drive to give these guys my business..As a matter of fact going today 4th time in 3months..

This place have the best prices in town, I go to customs sounds first for a estimate for install my subs and amp, they charge $465, and the estimate in sunset imports exactly the same work $130.A guy names saul or raul he is very honest in the other place the chargeme for some parts and saul tolldme like i realy dont need.he install my system and works perfect until now (allmost a year)the guy he does my instalation Lary at the end he explain to me how evrithing works.when i buy a new car tor shure i go to this place
