AMAZING SERVICE PROFESSIONALS! I first became aware of Sun Auto when they fixed my daughter's car. We had been looking for over a year trying to find s place that could fix the issues she was having with her Fiat. Sun Auto was the answer! They were upfront about every thing and helped her to find the best way to get the money for car repairs. She had her car back in a few days and it was running better than when it was purchased. I took my Dodge in after an accident because it was running funny, lights were coming on, and it was making noises. They figured out what was wrong very quickly and let me know the costs up front. I dropped my car off before lunch and all repairs were done an hour before they closed. I had no down time from using my vehicle, outside of the repairs being done. IT RUNS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUN AUTO!

I called the night before to ask for a quote on replacing brakes, the quote was great and was told they could take care of my vehicle if I got it in in the morning. I dropped it off at 7 and it was done at 10. Great service great price, what more could you ask for.

I love how this place is still open. Same people just a name change doesn t hide how bad carx was. They are horrible about 4 years ago I reported them to the BBB because they completely messed up my car. Replaced a part for my AC they removed my whole dash didn t put it on back right had water leaking on my floor my car devolved mold and on top of that as I was driving my whole dash came apart. Got a new car. Cost me more money than anything. The GM at the time was worthless afterHe found out what happened with the car and they fixed it twice and kept making it worse each time he gave up stopped responding to our calls and it s funny few months later they had a name change. They know how to scam people. Better off paying more money and taking your car to the dealership.

Amazing service, very honest workers, and boss, they tell you the truth what's wrong and show you, I never experienced this kind of amazing service at any other places. Very helpful and courteous.. I recommend this place to anyone to come see for yourself! I appreciate the amazing job they all did , working together to get things done. I am able to make payments with snap. Eli is a great boss and his workers are very blessed to have him, they are all kind and friendly too... Great service here I just wish I would known about them sooner.

I think every woman dreads going to a car place. After the very first phone call I had with John at Sun, I knew I was in good hands. He told me to ask for him specifically and assured me I'd be taken care of. Eli greeted me the next day and was incredibly kind, and he didn't treat me like I was stupid! He listened to my thoughts on what was wrong. While I was waiting for my free inspection, a lady was on speaker phone applauding the shop on how amazing they have treated her and her daughter and how they have been honest, dependable and fair. Any anxiety I had about these guys flew out the window after hearing this woman compliment them so highly. I am so excited my coworker recommended me this place! Good job guys!!!!

This place was great from start to end of fixing my car. My warranty did not cover the problems my car had but Eli manager told me about the snap finance which helped greatly. Eli and his guys were helpful, patient and kept updating me on how things were going with my car. Thank you

Jon was an excellent help! I had the clutch on my AC compressor fixed/replaced about 1.5 months ago. A small oil leak from the engine compartment started following the repairs (small enough that I didn't notice for a while). Jon was able to get it checked out within the day that I brought it in and returned to me 1 business day following the incident. The manager, Eli, was also a major help in the original repair of my vehicles AC compressor clutch. Thanks to these guys!

This used to be Car X, I used to bring my car to them. Surprised it was now with new ownership. After that I started going to Goodyear ; they are always busy , not one tech is in the office unless they are talking to a customer but at Goodyear the managers take care of informing. The customers. I saw your techs constantly in the office chatting away. One if them ran back into your service area when he saw his customer coming back into the office, that was strange. I had gone in for the diagnostic prices are too high; I paid $65 in Del Rio but I needed my car checked out. I think it was around $108; that is too much money ; considering that other places charge less; not to mention your labor costs; you end up paying more for labor than the part for your car. Jesus things are getting out of hand. I decided not to have my car fixed there. Sorry but not everyone has that kind of money

This place likes to screw people out of their hard earned money! I had taken my car in and they had told me that I was linking oil into my spark plugs and coil so I had changed those out along with my cover which ended up being $1200. After, that I now have issues putting my gas in my car, and every time I start it, it now shakes from the front. I brought it back in and they had told me that what they had fixed has nothing to do with the evap system. So, I said okay but before they had touched my car I had no problem putting gas in my car! And now I have to figure out how I am going to come up with more money because of what you guys did to my car! Maybe you should hire mechanics who actually know what they are doing.

Kuddos to Eli Ramos! He is one of the most honorable mechanics I have encountered. We've been to this location a few times, and are always happy with our service. This time we needed a LOT of work done. We had gotten quotes at other locations, we should have just come here. They assisted us in getting credit to help with close to $3000 worth of repairs. They also were able to get us in and out so that we could pick up the kid from school.Eli is professional, thorough, and allowed my husband to go and watch the repairs over his "baby".

I have nothing but the highest praise for Eli and his team for the remarkable personalized attention they gave me. They walked me throgh ever detail. From taking pictures and showing me the problems. I have been to the dealership and did not recieved the care to detail and constant updates to the progress of the repairs. Their generosity and honest professionalismhas made me a now lifetime customer. Thank you Eli and all those great guys that work there.

Came in to make a delivery from my job and simply asked if they changed brake lights..I was answered with a yes and we can take care of that for you right now BY ELI RAMOS...he told me the price and I was in and out within 10 min of asking..thank you Eli I really needed that kind gesture ..yall have my business now

I don't recommend this company. I took my car in because the front-end was making clicking noise, after an hour wait a so-called mechanic took my car into a bay and 5 minutes later a verdict was formed.... I was told l had damaged struts and needed batteries...huh I had just got the car I was hot not at them at the BMW dealership in Houston.... So anyway I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to the BMW dealership here in SA.... the diagnosis they confirmed with video proof.....the only thing wrong was my center link bolt had backed off. So no I would not be able to recommend Sun Auto. On a good note at least they were polite while trying set me up for the okie doke. Oh by the way it cost me $95 for a lie.

I highly recommend Sun Auto Service. Both John Villarreal, the Manager, and Steve Reynosa, the Asst Manager, are great! They are very communicative and accommodating! They even gave me a ride to my doctor's office so I wouldn't have to reschedule! I had never used their services before and I was very satisfied with their team's work. I especially appreciated how they sent me an informative text with both photos and details on what needed to be done to fix my car. They were able to complete the work before the end of the day which was sooo nice - because it meant I didn't have to make any extra arrangements for the rest of my day or week! I will definitely go back to them with any future car problems.

I was told full synthetic was 49.95 and 10.00 more per quart. I had a 50% off coupon so I was expecting to pay maybe 40.00. When they gave me the total of 65.00 i was not prepared for that. I told Jon I have a 50% off coupon and he said it was applied. I asked what is the price and he told me 79.99. I told him that was not told to me. So if the price was 79.99 and 10.00 dollars more. I should be at 90-95 dollars and half off would be 50.00. So why did I pay 65!? With no break down or explanation on my receipt! Very poor customer service. More training and customer service needs to done at this office. That is the last time I ll be going. And I would not recommend this place at all.

Took my vehicle in for an issue while driving. Was told it needed brakes and front rotors replaced. I took it to another mechanic shop as soon as I left and was told brakes and rotors look fine. The issue was lower ball joints and they showed me in which I had them replaced which fixed the issue. Needless to say I will no longer be going here any longer.

Went in to get a tire rotation. I was in and out in no time and the staff was extremely nice. Will definitely come back! Great prices too!(John) hope I got his name right was awesome !

Steve Reynosa at the Huebner location is a very professional and courteous guy. He was very informative about every question I had and they all did a fantastic job on my 2012 F150. I'll continue to go to this location for all my needs in the future. Thank you again Steve!

Brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, specifically a compression testing and was given a proffesional hassle free experince. Staff told me exactly what the issue is. And we're very accomadating. Highly recommend this buisness

I went in to their shop on Huebner this morning for a much needed oil change after going to the quick oil change places for the past several years. Fortunately this shop does more than oil changes because my ten year old car had some issues I was unaware of. They were able to take care of the issues while I waited, and I felt much more secure with my car when I left. I am grateful I went there today day and would highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

They do everything and more in a timely manner. Dropped off my 13' Malibu and had a PLETHORA of things to be accomplished to include in depth electrical troubleshooting and they completed everything in a prompt professional manner. The guys at Sun Auto were great. Worked me in last minute and they were really easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure they can get you taken care of. No pressuring you into service you don t need and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back here again.

This was my first experience at Sun Auto and I couldn t be happier. I brought my car in for the state inspection and oil change. No appointment needed. The manager was personable and answered any questions I had. My car had just been in the shop 3 of the last 4 weeks so I was not confident about taking it to that garage. I received info the horn did not honk. This is tied to the fuse box which had just been replaced. The manager spoke to the mechanic to let him know. Knowing that he checked the fuse box and the fuse was missing! He simply replaced it and my car passed. I am an older single woman with one car. Trust and reliability is essential for me. I will be back for routine car maintenance from here on.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Great and trustworthy place! Not can be said of all mechanic shops. Fair prices and quick oil changes, usually takes about an hour even with high volume at times
