Had my apartment neighbors swing a door into my 3 month old car. Paid a visit to Start To Finish and made an appointment. In comparison to other jobs they had on their site, this seems pretty simple. Dropped the car off the day of and let them work their magic. In about 5 hours they were able to remove the door dings. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone with dents in their cars!

Ryan did a fantastic job on my 66 Mustang! I was amazed at the work and artistry used to remove the smallest of dents from my hood and my driver front panel. He has crazy attention to detail and a great work ethic. The price is very reasonable for the type of work and speed it was completed. Less than a hour! Would highly recommended this shop and I plan to bring all our vehicles there in the future.

I researched paintless dent repair locations in my area and "Start to Finish" received excellent reviews. After my visit with Ryan and Mauro, I now understand why. I have a "dings and dents" contract through BMW and Ryan patiently navigated the process and finished repairing my door dings in less than 90 minutes. Both Ryan and Mauro were very personable and professional. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact them. Strongly recommended!!

Start to finish did a great job on my truck! Had a pretty big dent on the passenger door and Ryan and Mauro left it looking like new! Completely satisfied with their work and would 100% recommend! They also have great customer service and were very helpful throughout the whole process!

I bring my Escalade to repair this dent that doesn t let me sleep , since it was right on the trim line, I bit that I would see something after repaired, but Ryan Nolin is just a PROFESSIONAL! It disappeared 100%, also he remove another 4 dents and it was for a very good price. Recommend this guys a lot!

My wife was coming home from work and got caught in a significant hail storm a couple of months ago. Our 2020 Buick Enclave got beat up pretty bad. I started researching places I could take it to get some of the larger dents removed. Every place I researched seemed to have very low (2 to 3 stars) reviews, and most of those never returned my calls. Then I found Start to Finish Paintless Dent Removal (which a few neighbors on Nextdoor referred). I read the reviews, almost entirely 5 stars (there s those one or two customers that no one can please), and I made the call. I had to leave a message, thinking no one would be calling me back. To my surprise, I got a return call within the hour. Mauro, the owner, asked me many questions and he really seemed to know his business. I made an appointment to take the car in for his evaluation. When I arrived, Mauro met me at the door and was very personable and friendly. He explained everything and told me what he could and could not do. I was hopeful about the outcome, but when I picked the car up a few days later, I was totally amazed. There were dents I thought no one could remove. They were all gone. The car looked as good as new. My wife and I were so pleased. Mauro went out of his way and did a fantastic job. His company is my go to dent removal for life. Best price in town. Went in on a Saturday by appointment at 9 am for 2 dents. Was out within the hour. Great work. Great customer service. Would definitely come back for future if need to.

Needed a few dings removed from one of my vehicles and found these guys who we're fairly close to me. Unlike most, they were open Saturday so I was able to stop by and have them look at what I needed. After a quick inspection, they said they could probably have it done that day! This worked out great for my schedule so I just left the vehicle there and told them they can have it til Monday so I didn't rush them.Picked the vehicle up and EVERYTHING I wanted fixed was done and looked good as new. Price was very reasonable and these guys are clearly good at what they do. I'll definitely be back thanks to all the careless people in town that can't seem to open their car doors without slamming it into the car next to them.

I had to went to another business that told me that they were going to have to keep my vehicle for 3-4 days so I decided to call here and I m so happy I did. Mauro removed a small dent in just a few minutes and he even fixed it for free. Thank you for fixing my new vehicle and reducing my anxiety. I will continue to come here for any additional needs.

I had extensive hail damage. Mauro was very thorough, taking me through the entire process in advance of the sale. I chose them to do the work because of that. The actual work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and looks great!

PDR on a 2022 Honda Odyssey door panel with a decorative crease. I traded the van in a few days later and the dealer did not notice that it had been repaired!!Excellent work as usual!! Highly Recommended!!

Had someone damage the hood of our brand new suv and looked up PDR in San Antonio and found Start to Finish. Based on the reviews, I made an appointment and took my suv in and boy was I satisfied with the work performed!!! Took care of the damage as if it had never happened!!! The work was completed quickly and at a great price!! Very professional and definitely knowledgeable of what needs to be done to perfection!!!! Greatly satisfied and now have a customer for life!!! Great job guys thank you so much!!!

I can not express enough how grateful I am to Mauro and his team. The customer service and quality of work is beyond the stars Google will let me give. After all the recent hail storms, my new car had significant damage that needed to be repaired. They not only made my Dory look fantastic again but Mauro was so considerate to the special circumstances we had going on. His kindness can not be measured with google stars. My new BMW got a really bad door Ding and I was so upset. My preferred body shop was going to bondo the dent and repaint both doors to match paint. It was going to take 5 days plus I would have to rent a car during that time. I took it to Mauro and he was able to fix the dent in hours and it looks brand new. They have a new customer for life, I won't go anywhere else!!

Had TINY dents on the rear quarter panel. Quoted me almost $600. Said they had to remove the tail lamp, and the entire rear bumper! I knew it was untrue, real time, as he was giving me the quote! Went to 2 other shops to get an estimate, they quoted less than $100. They would never disassemble the vehicle for where the dings were. They both were laughing at this estimate.Find another chump, START TO FINISH DENT REMOVAL. Buyers beware - they do lie about what needs to be done to do a simple dentless repair. Tough times cause for drastic lying, I guess.

Mauro came highly recommended by several of my friends. He did not disappoint. My son was out of town and I wanted to surprise him by getting the dent fixed on his truck. Went in to Start to Finish to get an estimate. Mauro said he could do it same day! Very, very nice job! My son was so happy. Price was more than fair too. Thanks Mauro!

Just got my brand new 22 lexus not even 2 months ago & got a small ding. I wasn t gonna just take it anywhere to fix it either. But got recommended here by a neighbor & saw all the good reviews & types of luxury cars he works on & I felt confident & he didn t disappoint one bit, called in the morning, set up an appointment for later that day, in & out within 30-45 mins tops. Super clean waiting area & nice service. Def don t hope I ever need to go back but if I do it s def gonna be this shop, hands down. Thanks again!

These guys are great, took my insurance claim to them and they repaired my hail damage on my 2021 Ram 2500 like nothing ever happened. They also completed the job in 3 days! I highly recommend them if you need any dent repair that does not require painting.

I used Start to Finish almost exactly one year ago after the hail storm we got in Uvalde, Texas. Mauro(Owner) and his team made this a seamless process from dealing with my insurance to delivering high quality results.To everyone who experienced damage to their vehicles on 4/28-29/21, I feel your pain because we work so hard for our vehicles to see them all dinged upI can assure you if you decide to choose Start to Finish you and your vehicle will be in great hands.Highly recommended!

Had a couple minor door dings on a freshly painted truck, he took them out and buffed them out very carefully. Really good work for a really good price. Looks like it did right after it was painted. Will be recommending to anyone needing work.

I like it when a business does a great job. They are suppose to, lol. A glowing review is forthcoming when a business goes above and beyond - when they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Start to Finish is such a business - they did a great job and I have zero complaints. This, self diagnosed, OCD perfectionist highly recommends LOL.

5 Star is the highest but I would have giving them a 20. My wife got the first dent to a door yesterday (we do keep up our vehicles in the best condition possible). I did call Start to Finish right away and Mauro advice for me to bring the vehicle in. I took the vehicle in this morning and Ryan inspect the dent and quoted the repair. They agree to take care of the problem right away. Wowww what a repair. Ryan did a super job. I couldn t even tell where the dent was anymore. The price was right and the service was above and beyond of what was to expect. I definitely will recommend to everyone to go and let Mauro and Ryan take care of the dent repair. As a 26yr. Army (R) veteran, I ve traveled domestically, and global for many years - and I ve experienced many businesses with their customer support toward their consumers; let me just say this: Mauro & Ryan are not only professional and accommodating, but are THE BEST in the business. I brought my Model S Tesla to them-after a door ding, w/PPF on it.I was a WALK-IN, no appointment. Mauro made a QUICK assessment and asked me to pull my car into their Bay Area. After about 30mins of working his magic - BAMMM, NO MORE FREAKIN DENT!!! I couldn t believe my eyes. Completely blown away. It was a very difficult job, with how Tesla door frame is, and the amount of space he had to work with. However, He prevailed and now, I have no dent on my driver side door. Now, I can replace the PPF!! Absolutely amazing work gentlemen!! No paint damage, no painting, or any of that stuff. Just an amazing team who works their magic at removing dents!Thank YOU Mauro!! Mauro helped me out with a difficult dent to repair on my new Blazer and he did it quickly and for a very fair price. Despite being a walk in I was out of there in 30 minutes. Nice facility and a comfortable waiting room. These will be my go to dent guys in the future, highly recommend.

I wish I'd taken before and after pictures. I took our 2018 Buick Enclave to Mauro (owner) and team to fix a series of dents we'd gotten from rocks, door hits, etc, as well as a hit on one corner from someone who had parked next to my wife and hit it when leaving the parking lot (primarily paint transfer). Most of the dents were on raised aerodynamic seams that you would think would be very challenging to make look right again, but the reviews here are all spot-on regarding the great work this team does. The Enclave looks great again.From the moment I took the vehicle in for an estimate, walking around the vehicle with Mauro and talking through what needed to be done, I felt good about the business. The front office area was extremely clean and businesslike, the work bays were clean and all business, and the employee who met us when we turned the vehicle in on appointment day (Ryan) was very courteous and professional. They kept our vehicle locked in a bay overnight until today when they performed the work.Bottom line: Highly recommend this team if you have dents you need to have fixed. Great job, Team Mauro!

Mauro and his team did such a great job!! They are professional and so helpful! I had a horrible dent in my hood from debris on the highway that hit my car. I really didn t want to go to a body shop to repaint& bondo and I m glad I came here they were able to remove the dent and you can t even tell anything was there! They also removed a couple hail dents from my hood. So thankful to these guys for saving my baby!!

I m not sure where to even begin....this shop is truly AWESOME. Hands down it s the best body shop I have ever dealt with, they provide quality work with excellent customer service. About 2 weeks ago, my car fell victim to a nasty door ding. It was a Saturday and I was really worried about trying to get it fixed. I found this shop online, gave them a call, and then I made my way over. Ryan did an amazing job making my car look even better than it did brand new. Then today I took the car back to get a rock chip repaired in the same vehicle. Mauro made sure to provide a quality job once again for me. I will recommend all my friends and family to this shop for sure! Thanks again for taking care of my ZL1!
