Brought my car in for the six month clean and shine under my Auto Butler plan That I paid $1500.00 for when I bought the car! Looks like they didn't even wash it. It still had bug droppings on the hood and dirt on the wheels wells! Not happy!!........Update!! Took my car back in to the dealership and they recleaned my car at no charge!Now she looks GREAT! THANKS GUYS!!

Lucy my sales rep was down to earth. My kind of ppl to talk to and we'll make business with. I was convinced with the BMW X5 beautiful vehicle. Lucy was not overbearing like most sales ppl and her personality sold me the vehicle. Smooth process, not to mention Jorge my finance guy. Was very helpful honest and a BIG PLUS for treating me like if I were his sister he was selling to. 10+ to both JORGE & LUCY try and work with them. My sons first car was the best experience for him.

I had an easy no pressure sales experience. Joshua Valdez the sales consultant showed me the suv I wanted and explained all the bells and whistles that came with the new auto. You must and I mean must ask about military discount in the parts department before asking about products. You also will not get any points towards your GM account if you buy parts at this dealership. The gentleman helping me seemed a bit lost when I asked for the military discount after he started my order and said he can't change anything now that the parts are listed on his screen. He said he didn't know how to add my GM account for points, but he was adamant that I gave him my VIN. Parking was full of new cars, so I had to park way in the back behind the service and cleaning area.

Brought my truck in for a recall. They were able to schedule me quicker than my local dealership which is forty miles south of where I reside. This was a two-hour trip (one way) to this dealership. Service was performed in a timely manner. First visit to this dealership service department. Would return if needed. No complaints.

Thank you Paloma! I cannot begin to say what a pleasure it was buying a vehicle from you. From start to finish she helped us out. Not to mention the great deal she got me! Her customer service is why I traveled over 600 miles to buy it from her, She even went out of her way to pick us up from the Airport, which isn t something the dealer offers!I definitely recommend buying from her. She explained the vehicle and made sure we had no questions. We had to buy out of town due to our dealer not being anything like this dealer. 5/5 Stars not one negative thing to say! We had a great experience buying our Yukon denali 2024 from GMC south San Antonio. Everyone is so friendly, and they all explain everything really well. I also would like to thank our sales rep Paloma villalobos, who was so nice and patient throughout the whole process. She was always so friendly, and she explained every question we had, and got us a good deal. Next time we change our Yukon we would definitely go with her again . She is great

The ONLY dealership I ll take my truck to for service. Service is great, I don t feel pressured, or up-sales into to services I m not ready for, or potentially may not need immediately. All of the service reps are friendly. First dealership I ve been to, where they send you a video of your vehicle, while in shop. I trust this team with my GMC Sierra, wholeheartedly.

Took my brand new $120,000.00 Denali ultimate in for the third time since I ve had it for a warranty a recall. Service advisor Joshua Trujillo stated to me it would be two days before it got looked at faster than any other dealership to diagnose engine light on the third day. He was called and stated to me that at least another two or three more days before they even look at it, so the two days was a complete lie And just tell you they need to get you to leave your vehicle. I contacted another dealership and they are able to get my truck in same day to be looked at and start working on. I will not be using GMC South service for any reason anymore.

We went to this establishment and our sales man Junior was awesome great personality and really tried to help us out with a good deal. But when we had to deal with the used car sales man Hector he had an arrogant cocky attitude who tried to intimidate us and when he wasn t able to he lost composure and we could tell he was upset started raising his voice and we felt like he was insulting us by what he was saying to us keep in mind this was in front of other customers. How sad that your salesman try their best and the manager has to treat customers like this. I changed my review from one star to 4 because they were nice enough to reach out to us and fix the situation Junior, Kris, Jorge and Marcelo went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and worked on a deal for us. Thank you so much for caring and taking the time to help us.

Great experience working with Joseph and the team at South San Antonio GMC. They have a ton of inventory and work worked with me over the phone to add upgrades/options and even sign my paperwork. I live in New Braunfels and Joseph drove my truck and to my office- I didn t even have to go anywhere to buy a car!

Do not bring your vehicle to get serviced here! I brought my truck in on Saturday morning and it was not looked at that day. I told the representative that I needed a rental vehicle and she straight up denied it, plus she was rude about everything. Due to that fact that the truck needed to get diagnose. She told me that it would take a week to do that and that it might take 1 month to fix my truck. I txted her on Monday to see if my truck was looked at and she said there was three vehicles in front of mine that it will not get looked at till they diagnose them. I decided to move my truck to Cavenders by 1604 today and it was diagnosed today and I will be getting a rental tomorrow! Listen to the bad reviews it has when it comes to repairs go somewhere else!

Go see Paloma if you are looking for your next auto purchase! Because of her outstanding customer service, patience with our questions, and experience making the process as painless as possible, we were able to buy our daughter the car she wanted.We just love the Buick Envista! We were in a bad situation after a hit and run ended up totalling her car. Bought two accessories for my truck. Only one of those was installed and not even correctly since I need to go back so they can fix it and do a better job on the wires. The other accessory I had to do it on my own because the technician couldn t find a way to do it saying was the wrong part and not enough space. After me showing them how it was supposed to be done they say sorry yes but I thought every dealership had certified and well trained employees to do their job. They charge good amount of money on labor and this guys couldn t even installed two lights. I m still going back so they can fix the one that I paid for, but for maintenance or any other purposes I will go somewhere else.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks!!! The service I received was top-notch seriously impressive... It's clear that Jose Fernandez and Abel Duenes care about what they do, and it didn't go unnoticed. They both were so great to work with. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. This was the easiest car buying experience that we have ever had thanks to them.
