Wonderful experience overall! Carlos and Miguel were AMAZING!! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and listened to what we were looking for while working with our budget. They even stayed past closing time to ensure we walked away with the car we wanted! I recommend working with Carlos and Miguel whenever you need a vehicle!

I'm so glad we went to South Park Nissan( even though it was far from our home) We had a very positive experience from the minute we arrived until I drove off with my 2024 Nissan Altima. I definitely recommend this dealer ship. No one there was pushy and they worked with us. Definitely a 5 star!!!

I recently went for a trade in. I worked with Junior, he was great! Amazing customer service! He did everything he could to get us a great car for the price we were looking for. I appreciate all that he did. He went above and beyond. Thank you South Park Nissan! My family and I love our new car Also!! They gave us 4 free six flags tickets! So glad we stopped by!!

Leroy was a great salesman and made the process super smooth. He got us the exact Rogue we were looking at and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, Miguel in the finance department did a wonderfuljob explaining everything to us and making sure we were fully informed when executing the finance paperwork. Overall a great team and great experience!

I had the pleasure of meeting Christina Baldwin today! She was so friendly and welcoming when I dropped off my car for scheduled maintenance. I knew I was in good hands with her and she would take care of me. She made sure all my questions were answered and had a great positive attitude. Great buying experience. Went in to buy a car for my son and our salesman Joseph did a great job helping us out. No one was pushy and everything was explained clearly when we had questions. The finance manager Brandon was very cool and helped us get the best deal possible. Thanks .

Excellent Service!! Ben was nice and courteous. He listened to my needs and was able to get a new transmission and more put in my vehicle and fixed in only two days. That s very fast Service. Not only are they nice but they do good fast work.

Let me just say I am so glad I stopped by and gave them a try. I didn t think I was able to get my own vehicle and under my own name but My sales person Joseph V. And Sales Manager Miguel made it happen ! They have such great customer service. I love my new vehicle. Oh and did I mention they gave me 4 FREE SIX FLAG TICKETS ! Thank you!!

By far the best place and choice I could have made my salesman Daniel is one I highly recommend and put my need ahead and made them a priority went above and beyond and did blow up my phone with crazy text messages or calls like other dealerships. I couldn t be happier with my purchase, Daniel made it easy and super comfortable with all his knowledge. Highly recommend

The maintenance on my vehicle was done right. The reason I gave 3 stars is because no one called me when my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick up my car, the Service dept. was closed and did not give my key fob to dealership. My car stayed overnight and I had to pick it up in the morning. I was not aware of what time they closed or that the dealership and Service dept. have nothing to do with each other. Had someone called me to let me know my car was ready, I could have had my car that day and I would have given Nissan 5 stars.

Took a bit longer than anticipated. The car was supposed to be washed as a courtesy that was told to us when we got there. When the car was ready it was not washed, the service representative went to run it through the wash and brought it back quickly. We left and didn't think anything about it once I looked the car over it was still dirty by the trunk and the rims. I didn't expect anything as is I would have taken it to the car wash for a wash but a bit better job.

Dropped off company car at 7 am. Left all info returned at 11:30 am. Was told that the leasing company had not called back to authorize the services. I proceeded to call Donlan handed the phone to service Mgr. Come to find out he had not submitted the wok order to them. So after this I still waited 3 more hours instead of putting my vehicle to the front. Terribly disappointed. Will not return there again.

Great and excellent customer service was provided. I have been going back to South Park Nissan Service for all services on my 2023 Rogue. I have never encountered any problems with the service advisers, they come thru with flying colors. This last appointment for service was done efficiently and professionally. I will continue going back to them for any and all of the services needed for my car. A big shout out to service advisors, Benjamin Church and Christina Mireles. Thanks for all your help.

I had my car repaired at this service center and I must say that the mechanic did an excellent job. The repair was done in a timely manner and my car is running smoothly now. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend their service!

My experience with Austin began on Friday when I was asking about my oil changes. He was able to find the info he needed and in turn able to help set me up with an appointment. When we arrived at the facility, he was friendly and introduced himself. My wife asked some questions as well and he answered reach of them and even gave her paperwork so she'd have the info. Very friendly young man, quiet but professional. He's a big asset to your company.

I ve had my car serviced here for over a year and the staff has never disappointed me. Always friendly never pushy and that is the reason why I keep coming back. Thank you for recognizing that people don t like to scared into purchasing work to be done on their vehicles. We just need time to think and you all have done a wonderful job of allowing us do to that.

I have had more negatives with this one dealership than I have ever had with dealerships combined. I am the owner of a 2023 Nissan Frontier and I have had so many issues with my vehicle. This, and the compounded poor customer service / service department. From the vehicle stalling, losing power, having to jump start in the morning, all types of alerts and beeps to the dealership not having rental vehicles, unable to provide ride services, waiting 10 hours in lobby, and vehicle released without operable headlights and gps not operable just to name a few. Not to mention I am not local to San Antonio. It s unfortunate that this is a new dealership. I will never recommend and urge to steer clear. As of this post, I have an ongoing issue that requires remedy and was sent home with a replacement battery, alerts across the dash and an estimated 7-10 days for parts to arrive.It is now 3/13/24, two weeks since my posts and have still not received a call regarding the parts that needed to be ordered. Or any explanation of what is going on with my vehicle.

So I went into this Dealership frustrated tired of being turned down I mean I was ready to pull out my hair lol as soon as I stepped foot into the door the staff was real friendly my sales Person Vincent took the time to sit down with me got to know me a little and looked at what I wanted and what mattered most to me and he was able to help me get into a vehicle even the Finance manager went in on his day off to close up everything else and I was able to take home my vehicle and my kids love it and all the space that our Pilot has I highly recommend this location the staff is friendly in every department THEY EVEN HAVE A KIDS ZONE !!! if you want the experience that I had please ask for Vincent he will go above and beyond to try and help you
