Apparently spending $1200+ at this shop doesn't even warrant you respect. BRYAN was rude to my wife after she thanked him for his service when in fact things didn't go how they were supposed to (she was being nice) he blatantly ignored her thank you when he didn't deserve it. This shop wanted to nickel and dime us until the end. They recommended a Coolant leak diagnostic for $65 and wouldn't put it towards repair or even waive the fee for us after spending $1200 with them. We bring it home to find the radiator spewing out coolant which they should have seen while working on the vehicle. This was a horrible 1st time experience and we will never bring business back to this place. Bryan never found it in him to apologize to my wife for ignoring her thank you. He had plenty of chances. What a stand up guy.

Managed to get me in as soon as possible for my car and the repairs went great and the pricing was very reasonable and affordable The repairs to my car are amazing and I have no issue with anything!

I am so glad I stumbled on to Shorts Garage. They are honest, quick, and thorough. They have worked on my car as well as my kids cars and I have been incredibly pleased each time. This is a trustworthy and affordable garage! I found this place by mistake and their pricing is better than other garages when I shopped around. Most importantly they do great work! Now I use Ernie and his team exclusively.

Charged me $600 to put my old parts back on . Total scam artist. Women DONT GO THERE!!! Told them to run the diagnosis and call before doing any work. Instead they TOOK THE CAR APART and THEN CALLED with a price $1000 higher than original estimate so you're forced into paying them.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Ernie has been our most trusted, reliable mechanic for several years. He and his staff provide friendly, prompt service and always at a no-games, fair price. He will always inform you what he's found, how he can fix it and ways to help keep the cost down if possible. He always explains what repairs are needed and what's recommended but not necessary. He has helped us with our old clunkers to screening the quality of a used car we were looking to buy. We are extremely happy with his service and care, we will always recommend him to our friends and family.

I love Short's garage! Ernie is great at keeping my truck running. I'm so grateful for all the work they've put into it. =D They are fair with their pricing and clear with what it is they are going to do. Ernie also doesn't do any work without running it by me first. I highly recommend!

By far one of the best experiences I ve had with a mechanic and auto shop!! Top notch service, great owner relations, quality work, on point communication with client, and hands down great pricing! Ernie described to me what issue my car was having before my check engine light even decided to stay on. The first time the check engine light turned off by itself before I took it in to have it checked. He didn't charge me anything because there were no found issues but he explained to me it was probably an issue with the exhaust. Nothing serious but I read up on it that it can cause idle issues and decreased gas mileage. I decided to finally go and have my work done after the check engine light decided to stay on but I was hesitant knowing that repair costs will eat through your wallet. The fees this time were about what you'd expect, diagnostic, labor and parts. The usual. It was a valve on the EVAP system and what I was being charged was understandable according to what I researched online except for the spark plugs. Maybe I have a misunderstanding about the complexity of changing spark plugs but that was the one thing I noticed that was questionable on the bill. Just like anywhere it's always a good idea to ask for them to break down the charges if you want to know exactly what you're being charged, preferably before you tell them to go ahead and do the job and not after like I did. I asked him about labor costs for spark plugs and he was more than willing to work with me after having a conversation with him about charges. I want mechanics and businessmen to make their money as long as they do a good job and on top of that he was willing to work with me. I like that he's willing to hear you out if you make a case about something. He will have a conversation with you and he will work with you. I will bring my car to him again the next time I need repair or maintenance. Highly recommend giving him a try.

Great service, fair prices, honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgable.I ve gone there for years now. Short s Garage is my first go-to for everything vehicle related and it s the only place I trust.They ve exceeded my expectations when servicing/replacing/repairing whatever the issue is. I m back on the road in no time.The owner is very patient and he has always taken the time to explain things in a way I can understand.You can count on truthful and honest quotes or feedback when you visit Short s Garage and they always get the job done right....the 1st time !!!

Fred is a very honest and well knowledgable mechanic. He has excellent prices and will only repair what needs to be fixed. Everything is agreed to upfront, he also goes out of his way to accommodate return customers like myself. I would recommend his shop to anyone.

I don't find many mechanics that can or will work on a manual transmission truck. He and his staff did great job on replacing the clutch plate, slave and master cylinder and rear main seal. I also had a persistent oil leak that was difficult to detect its origin. He located and repaired it. He is an honest and fair priced, trustworthy businessman. He will even provide video and/or pictures of repairs he is doing on your vehicle. I recommend Ernie at Short's Garage to anyone who asks me if I know of a good mechanic

Short's Garage gave me a fair verbal estimate, which they honored a few weeks later. They replaced the timing belt, water pump and all necessary elements. I am so happy to have found them!
