Amazing customer service fast and friendly. Great selection of parts for all various cars. I was in here looking for parts for firebridge and Camaros and I had a bunch of things that I needed. The cars are organized well and it's easy to walk through without tripping over things. The people with the front counter are incredibly nice and there are drinks and refreshments if you're hot.

I came from Austin (76 miles) to find a pair of roof moldings and as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted. As I entered the yard, the first observation was that it was very clean and organized aiding in my quick finding and removing what I was looking for. Upon checkout, Dominic was very polite, conversational, and fair in assessing the price of my purchases. I noticed a few things I will make a 1.75 hr return trip for mainly because of the hospitality.

Prices are so expensive, questionable in fact. Costs more than a brand new part from either amazon or through the auto parts store. Also, why put core charges on every single thing and 3 dollars to go in? Too expensive. Either or, the employees are pretty nice is why I am giving it a 2 star. Personally, I would consider this salvage yard as a last resort if no other competitors don t have the part you re looking for.

Bes5 salvage yard hands down friendly staff, well organized, and honest people working there. I I left my wallet behind with a large sum of cash the last time I was there when they were closing, and Brian was nice enough call me the next day when they found it, and to my relief the cash that I had was all there. I offered Brian some of the cash, but he refused to take it. These are genuinely good people. They have a great inventory and great prices. Highly recommended!

Kyle and Big J were huge help! This is my second time here needling part and I found it in a short time. Also, I sold my Toyota Sequoia to them in 2023. Customer service and Veteran service is outstanding

Beware, they automatically add a warranty instead of offering one. When I walked back in to decline the warranty they refused to subtract it. That is a deceiving practice. They should be clear and offer a warranty not automatically add one. Very disappointed.

Purchased quite a haul there today. Pulling parts is inconvenient. This company appears to do everything in their power to reduce inconvenience to the best of their ability. They provide very handy heavy duty carts for transporting your tools and weighty automotive items. This is the closest thing to a good retail experience that one can have at a salvage yard. The checkout experience which I had dreaded based upon my other experiences at other salvage yards was painless and actually a pleasure. Kyle and Oscar were very friendly and the process was very transparent and the prices were fair.I did a reconnaissance mission prior to my work there today and I recommend anybody purchasing a large quantity of parts do the same. You'll want to verify that the exact parts you need are, in fact, there without the labor of dragging your help/tools through their vast selection of donors. The cars are elevated on fabricated stands so if you want to do any work in the engine compartment it would be wise to bring a step ladder if you are at average or below average height. These stands also make it really easy to drop a transmission by the way.In short, I was very pleased with the quality and selection of parts available. I was able to get everything necessary to perform an automatic to manual swap on my son's truck. Thanks to wrench-a-part I have been spared hours of searching on the internet and the uncertainty of knowing whether these parts will work well together. Thanks Oscar and Kyle!

Best salvage yard in SA. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about inventory. My three day s of stripping a 99 Toyota 4 runner has been a success for me cause never in my wildest dream did I think is was possible but with the help from my hubby son-in-law and daughter, and sister and brother-in-law and sister-in-law we got it done!! Thank you for the good memories!! We will be back for more parts!! Pics coming soon!!

Came into the Roosevelt location today to find a part for my Chrysler 300.Was instantly greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Sylvia. She was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Help me find the car I was looking for but she did make me walk all the way to the back of the junkyard! Nonetheless she was great, I got what I needed and I was on my way!

I am writing this "review" because I find no other place to communicate by email with you. My first visit was yesterday. The entrance signs were not immediately understandable. I am in a wheelchair, and entrance was not readily available me. I had to enter the exit side of the building and ride around till I could get into the entrance area. Two friends with me did walk up to register but surprised me with a $9 entry fee for the three of us. Nowhere did I notice any signage speaking of an entry fee. The web site had a "read these points" but none of the demands there spoke of an entry fee. As a business man, I could understand needing to regulate "tourists" but would have expected an entry fee to be deducted from any purchase price. That did not happen. Having telephoned ahead and finding a picture of our desired vehicle on the website, we confidently looked for our parts. They were not to be found. The shell of a Toyota offered nothing but dents, broken glass and rust. I did appreciate the layout of the place, and the mud-free aisles. I fanticized that because there were so many varied sizes of bolts laying everywhere, perhaps I could pick up a 5-gallon bucket full of them, and take that to a metal salvage yard to recover the three bucks, and help you in cleaning the paths somewhat. Ultimately we enjoyed the visit eaven as we did not find the part we desired.

This place started out being great but over the past 12-18 months has become an over-zealous, over priced, poorly managed, hostile staff to customer interaction trash can. They Synders(owners) are totally out of touch with the local customer base that has supported their business over the years . Their prices are now outrageous, you can buy parts at APO Autofit and Certifit new for less compared to what they want. Stop taking your business here. Kyle and Chris are also rude walking cancers. Jeanette, Cassy, Elijah, and Jay are great, thanks to them for always being customer friendly

The yard has gotten way out control. You can't even walk. They mark good engine or good trans knowing it's bad. I have seen when they mark good engine with a big hole in the block.. way overpriced for junk parts. They charge for every single thing ( for example I tried buying a drive shaft they wanted to charge for u joints/ carrier bearing/ and everything separately. ) which would be more expensive than buying from used auto part stores that are already pulled with warranty.) Used to go there a lot, now I avoid them unless can't find the part no where else. They charge retail price on most parts.

These people are nutsThey are selling parts more expensive than brand newRecently, I went and got a mass airflow sensor. They wanted $48 when Amazon has it for $31.I have been there several times, and have been disappointed all the TimeWhen I go check out, the parts are 10 times more than what I thought they were gonna beI will not go anymoreI buy and sell use vehicles. Therefore I look for inexpensive parts, but this is ridiculous.

The Mngr Kyle and check-out Security Daniel fellas at the SA Wrench are super helpful and want nothing but the best experience possible for their hundreds of customers each day. Being friendly and supportive in one's quest to find that golden part goes a lot way when you might be being a bad day cuz your vehicle is in need of something on the fly This place has SOOOOO many F150s. Just wish I could find more Preludes. Good thing WAP has a notification search feature that works quite well.
