I made a next day appointment and Steven arrived a few minutes early for a rock chip repair. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and it only took 20 minutes.

Made a same-day appointment online. He was there a few minutes early, was very communicative about the process, and completed the repair (one crack) quickly. Overall very professional and happy with their service! Would recommend.

I got a rock chip on my windshield. I made an appointment online and less than 24 hours later they repaired it. The repair took only 25 minutes and the gentleman was very professional. The chip isn t noticeable from the outside and is much less noticeable from the inside. You can either pay out of pocket ($70 for a rock chip repair < 2 inch) or they can bill your insurance. Overall I recommend this company and would come back!

I had a rock chip on my windshield and was looking for place to get it fixed. Most places were wanting well over $100 for a simple fix. I scheduled an appointment on Sunday for an early morning service the following day, and I was emailed a confirmation within the same hour. Steven arrived promptly and handled the issue in less than 30 minutes. He did SUCH an amazing job! The crack is barely noticeable now, even my coworkers were amazed at his work. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to fix or replace their windshield. Super happy customer and would recommend them to anyone!

So happy with the professional and swift service that I received today! Very responsive and helpful in getting the job done. Same day service & they offer a mobile option for a small surcharge. Absolutely worth the small fee considering they will come to you within a certain radius of their store. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone who needs servicing. Good pricing and great workmanship.

These guys were super great and would 100% recommend going to get any service from them. Stevens quote time was on point and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Him and his buddy we re also incredibly respectful and fun to talk to. Steven is Awesome. I called and was able to get Same Day service. He drove to my house. He's honest and trustworthy. Did a fantastic job fixing the chipped windshield on my son's car. Will be using him for our car. Definitely Recommend

Great Experience.I bought a used car with a chip on it that I wanted to fix, when he arrived and inspected said chip he said it had already been fixed and really there isn't much to do to it except a little something for aesthetic purposes (which I had him do). My chip looks a little better and he saved me money when he could've ripped me off and I wouldn't have noticed. They are honest and have transparent pricing, if I ever have another chip I know who I'm calling.

Carlos did a great job and communicated exactly what he was doing with the repair. I'm a little farther out and they were still able to get out here.Had a big chip in my windshield and it looks 100x better than before.

First of all, these guys do top notch repairs! You can feel confident in their craftsmanship and quality. They are honest and professional.I have waited almost an entire month before posting this review. I waited so I could speak to the longevity and quality of the repair. It looks just as good as it looked when I drove away on 06/28!Keep up the great work guys! I will be coming back for all future repairs. I drive on Texas highways. I'm certain I will need your help again.

Excellent customer service! Process was explained thoroughly and results were great. This is my first review of any kind, so it is not given lightly. I highly recommend SA Windshield Repair. Made online reservation at 12:55pm, he arrived at my job at 1:50pm and job completed before 2:30pm, at a price half of what a competitor quoted! Keep up the good work and thank you.

It was super easy to make a appointment, which I loved! I was unable to go to his location due to being at work but he was able to come to my car, which I appreciated sm! He was responsive and showed up on time! He did a great job on my car and the small crack I had on my car is restored! Couldn t thank him enough, highly recommend to get your repairs done with Steven!

I called 30 mins before google said they closed, but Steve assured me it wouldn t be a problem to get my windshield fixed today [sunday]. I arrived and Warren was awesome. Super friendly and professional and did a helluva good job. Was very pleased with the service and workmanship. Price also seemed very reasonable.

I am so glad I found this company! I was upset that I found a chip on my windshield on my new car and I was nearly in tears getting different quotes on how much it was going to cost.I found San Antonio Windshield repair and it was very affordable and they come to your location! I scheduled the repair online then had to change it because of a meeting and they were super nice about getting my windshield fixed right away.Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair

Steven was awesome! He was super friendly and professional. He fit me in right away so my window crack wouldn t spread. Then he went above and beyond spending extra time to make sure that the crack was properly filled and looked nice. Set up an appointment online for the next morning, Steve arrived right on time and took care of my crack in about 20 minutes. He was very friendly and explained how everything worked to me. He even fixed another crack I thought was fine and didn't need repairs! Can't recommend San Antonio Windshield Repair enough!

I had a great experience with this company. I booked an appointment instantly online on their website. The technician came out on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. After the repair was done you could still see it a little but barely. I was still confident it was fixed. N ow its been a few months I haven't had any issues. So saved $300 on a new windshield. I highly recommend this company!

I called and got an answer immediately, without an appointment scheduled, and was able to meet and have the crack in my window fixed all within 30 minutes. Very affordable rate. I will go back if needed. Great service!

Very quick response to our request for service AND they came to our apartment to do the job. They were finished in about 30 minutes. The price was so reasonable. We can still see the area where the crack was but it is very faint and we were assured the repair will hold. Would use this company again.

I was told they would be here Monday by 2:30pm... 3:30 on Monday rolled around and no one showed. When I called, they apologized and said they were running behind...which would have been fine if they had not kept using that excuse. The dispatcher told me she would move me to Tuesday morning, and call me first thing in the morning. Again, no one showed and no call from anyone. I called several times and left VM's with no answer. I told them my vehicle was going to the repair shop at noon that day and it had to be taken care of before then. All day Tuesday, No calls...but a tech shows up unannounced after 3pm. I told him I tried calling when no one showed after i I was told someone would be there in the morning. I called their office again to get rescheduled...They have now promised Thursday at 2:30...here we are at 3pm and their answer to me when I call is they can't help he is running behind...

We have you use them 4 times. Tech is always very nice and courteous. The last time, we had just had a chip repaired by Safelite because it happened at College Station. A week later we got another chip, the tech came to my job and repaired. You could barely tell were it was. MUCH better job than Safelite. I have already recommend them to all my friends and family.
