What can I say about this place? This collision center is the truth! I reached out to them when my daughter car was hit in a parking garage at school and the back bumper was destroyed. I met with Max, who was super cool, very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He gave me a fair quote right away and walked me through the whole process. Max, order the parts needed to fix the vehicle and had very transparent communication with me. The team at The Collision Center painted my daughters vehicle so flawlessly and the paint was matched incredibly good. The whole process took about 4 days and I was very pleased with the results. The car looked like it came from the factory! If you're looking for a good reputable and honest collision place to get your vehicle repaired and painted the right way, the first time without braking the bank. I highly recommend San Antonio Collision Center.

Our car was towed here by SAPD, and thank goodness. I worked closely with Conrad throughout and he provided advice that was solely intended for the best outcome for the customer, not necessarily the shop. That kind of customer service is rare. His team went above and beyond, ensuring our car looked brand new when done. I would highly recommend this body shop. I thank Conrad and his crew immensely for the work they did!!

My wife's car suffered $10,000 worth of hail damage last year. We took it to another body shop for repairs and they did a disastrous job. Thankfully, we have USAA and they sent us over to San Antonio Collision to correct the other shop's mistakes. We picked the car up yesterday and it is perfect. It looks brand new. I can't express with words how good of a job Elias and crew did in turning our nightmare experience into a wonderful one. I highly, highly recommend San Antonio Collision Center.

Had the worst experience with San Antonio Collision Center. Took my car in and had to wait a month to get it back when it was initially only supposed to be there for 2 weeks. The reason for this was because supposedly the collision center was waiting for the insurance company to send the final supplement. But the insurance sent me proof and called me saying that they were waiting on the collision center, they were unresponsive to the insurance company. I didn t get anything resolved until I had to had to get a little stern. I got my car back the next day and was informed that one, my battery had died while in the shop. I had to buy one from them myself, the only option I had. And two that the taillights haven t came in yet but they will notify me when they arrive so I can get them. After paying for a new battery and finally getting my car after a month, I noticed that the front windshield had a huge crack. I went inside to let them know that the crack wasn t there before, they tried looking for a picture from when I brought the car in that showed that it was already cracked but after inspecting the pictures there wasn t no crack. I was told to wait until I got called back into the office to be shown a small crack on the windshield. I had no idea when the picture was taken if it was the day I brought it or another day but they had proof that it was already cracked. They couldn t do anything for me. I got home and realized I had a picture of the same day of my windshield, 8 miles before the stated drop off mileage without a crack. And then to realize that the back seat seatbelt was left behind a panel when they were fixing the car and is inaccesible to use at all. I contacted Conrad to address the issue, he said he will get back to me and never did. The taillights arrived to the store, I was out of town so I told him I was going to get them after. After multiple attempts to reach him, I haven t gotten a response.Dead battery, long repair times, cracked windshield, unresponsive to me and insurance company, seatbelt left inaccessible, and never got my taillights that I was promised to get. Overall horrible service.

Outstanding customer service and incredible work completed on our Jeep. They also detailed our Jeep and put a nice shine on the tires. Strongly recommend SA Collision Center.

Oh my gosh. SACC is a blessing from God. They are so patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about what they do! I mostly want to thank Eli for being patient with me. This was my first time having to get my car repaired and he walked me every bit of the way. He even assisted me after I picked up my car. He does not leave you hanging! Thank you so much again Eli! This is a USAA preferred shop that wrote the estimate for my truck and unfortunately they left a considerable amount off of the estimate. They didn t add any of the damage to the left bedside and right front bumper cap. Eli also left the front bull bar with light off of the estimate pending me supplying a invoice. When did it become the policy holders burden to supply parts invoices? Definitely don t recommend this shop.

10 Stars! Conrad at San Antonio Collision is a man of integrity. He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. I'm telling everyone I know that this is the place to bring your vehicle. Everyone there works hard to get things done right and in a timely manner. The work they did on my vehicle is top notch! And they let me know everything that was happening: great communication! I selected San Antonio Collision Center to repair my car damage after reading so many glowing Google and other reviews. My initial thought was no collision center could be that consistently excellent. But, after getting my car back, here I am giving another five star rating. From my first call to Anna, the receptionist, and Eli, my service advisor, to looking at the finished work, everything was outstanding. Very professional, client oriented, and exceptional workmanship. What more could you ask for?

Had my wife s car damages repaired at San Antonio Collision and worked with Conrad through the whole process. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His only interest was in satisfying us in providing outstanding service at the most reasonable price. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time and when promised. When we picked up the car it looked brand new and no evidence of the damage. I am extremely pleased with the service, price, and results and will recommend to all in need. A quality collision repair shop. They know Toyota Hybrids well. Surprised us with car detailing, inside and out, on pick up. Only disappointment was the long time it took to get our car back (2 months), but know that was mostly due to parts delay. They did put a team on it to get it out the last day as I needed it to help out a homeless neighbor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough about the quality of this company and its people. Conrad, my estimator, was personable, friendly and astute. The quality of their work was terrific; my car looks like new. Plus, the time of repair was much less than expected, and the cost was a lot less, too. I think I'll go have another accident! Great ecperience!

Ok, so my experience was to do as much research as possible for my 2007 Chevy truck. I looked at pretty much all the collision repair shops in San Antonio and read all their reviews. I was surprised to see that all showed a high dissatisfaction on their repairs, from customer service, quality of work and lackof communication. Well totally the opposite with San Antonio collision center. Reviews were up to date and with a 5 star across the board satisfaction.Sound to good to be true, well it wasn t. The gentleman who was my contact for my vehicle kept me informed with every detail and up to date progress on my truck. When I saw my truck I was not surprised on the work they preformed. Truck looked great and I was satisfied. So if you have any doubts on a collision repair shop, I highly recommend SAN ANTONIO COLLISION CENTER and ask for Matthew Garcia. Elias and Jesse are AWESOME! I accidentally backed into my neighbors car and they fixed her and my car for VERY reasonable costs to avoid going through insurance! My neighbor was so pleased even she had them do some additional repairs for her! We will continue to use them as needed and refer to all our friends and family! Highly recommend them!

We recently had some body work done to our Escalade and it was like I bought a brand new SUV. The support and customer service was above and beyond what you would get in our world today! Estimate was on point, the repairs were done exactly on schedule, the shop is super organized, and my car was returned in pristine condition. Matt was a total pro and made the experience as smooth as can be. I highly recommend this shop for any of your collision needs!

Had great experience at San Antonio Collision Center. Went in to replace my Toyota 4Runner s visor. They replaced it quickly and without any delay. Eli provided great customer service! Definitely recommend this business to anyone with auto body repairs.

This place is amazing I was stressed out but the team was incredible they took a heavy weight off my shoulder .the staff treated me great I felt really comfortable Anna the receptionist was the best and my Eli was also great keeping me updated communication is very important to me and it meet my expectations my vehicle looks great and everything was timely thanks again San Antonio Collision Center -Mike

The staff is amazing and great customer service. Elias took care of me and my car. He did an amazing job. It did take longer than expected to repair, but there is a lack of car parts everywhere so just be prepared for a longer process than what you anticipated. But they were great at communicating with me and if I wanted an update or more information, I just called and they answered right away. 10/10!

My wife hit a deer recently in our 2017 Volvo and this was one of the only body shops that didn't give me a wait time to take our vehicle in after calling around to 7 or so collision centers. After completing the job, I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done and they even replaced a failing battery while it was in the shop and only charged me the price of the battery. The communication from the owner was great and I would highly recommend getting work done here.

I wanted to thank Conrad and the Team at San Antonio Collision Center for an amazing experience with my Jeep repairs. If you are looking for an honest customer centric experience where they treat you like your car is the only car they have going, this is the spot. This was my families second car to to send here for repairs. The comfort level that I have had knowing that they have my best interest relieved all of the stress from this process. They are always honest and upfront with expectation and time frames. If you are looking for a high quality 5 STAR experience, I would HIGHLY suggest taking your vehicle here.
