Overall my experience was good. What bothers me is that I went for a water pump. What I got and was charged for was a water pump and housing for the pump. Well my mechanic on put on the pump. It wasn t explained to me in detail that I was purchasing both which made my experience more expensive than needed .

No longer the reliable and capable brake shop I grew up with. Took brake drums to have them turned. Apparently that same day they realized they didn t have the right tooling to do the job. I went by a week later to get them, having never received a call from them. The drums just sitting there, unturned for a week. Oriellys could have turned 2 of them, but I wanted to have it done right .Service: Brakes

Took my Truck in for a clutch job. Came out not working right. Took it back Steve told me they won t fix it. Because they don t fix leaks. Well they cause the leak. They used old gaskets not a new one what cost 2$. I m going to have a chat with the owner. See if they will make this right.

Worst service ever! I gave the guy $200 for the part, or should I say for free.they told me they had the part, Then to find out it doesnt even fit my truck. The guy told me to try it, that it should fit, I said. okay, I told him it didnt fit my truck, but before that he told me "that if it doesnt fit to bring it back".So I was like okay, if it doesnt fit then maybe they will get me the part that fits in exchange for the one they got me, WRONG!! I take it back, and the guy basically say that the company that I got my part from can re-burst my money back or credit me only if I give the part back, which I was like okay, then lets go ahead and do it so I tried to do but the guy didnt want to do it. why idk!!! So another guy comes in and says they have the part for $93.00 and I told him I would buy it Just to fix my TRUCK!! AND THE GUY DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME THE PART!!! SO I FELT REALLY GIPT AT THIS POINT!! So the guy was just basically not trying to help me anymore!! It was like WOW so i was like so if you get me the wrong part I have to pay for it,he was like basically yeah and its 400 dollars if you bring your truck on top of the 200 I just gave them and 80 dollars a hour. Iwas like at this point I might have aswell took it to a mechanic shop instead of hear, it was just excuse after excuse, and got more ridiculous as I stood there hearing the guys B.S I wish the owner would have been there!! This is really not exceptable !!!! You cant just take people hard earned money!!

Called to make sure they had what I needed, they said "yep, we got it". When I got there they said "we're all out". THAT'S WHY I CALLED FIRST!!! This was 3pm on August 7th.
